Went to Lenas nails for tithe first time was pleasantly surprised. Best pedicure every. Anna was very good. Very pleasant relaxing experience will be going back again. I went with a friend who also feels she got the best pedicure ever. Would definitely recommend to anyone .

My first time here this evening. Took my 2 daughters and everyone’s nails were beautiful. They took their time and it showed! Any way my girl and she was super sweet. Lena did my daughters and she loves them. I didn’t get the other girls name who did my second daughter but everything was great! We will definitely be back! Merry Christmas to all!

Very reasonable prices and very thorough and high-quality services. They take the time to give you a full experience, and do great work.

I drove 20 mins to the salon to have my nails done only to be told that the nail tech was nor there. I called before I headed to the salon. She could have asked me what service I needed. A waste of time. A waste of gas and I will not be returning or referring anyone to this nail salon.

I hate having to talk bad about a place, because I also have a company, but dont go to that place they ruined my nails, Ana sanded my nail so low that I feel the meat, horrible work, even I would do better, the nails wont they lasted 5 days, you should return my money, I went there to redo it and the nail broke again, I never made a nail as horrible as here !!

Terrible service. I asked for candy cane design and showed her what I wanted and she said she was able to do it. As she applied the dip powder she noticed that the colors were mixing and bleeding into each other. I told her I didn’t like how things were going and she told me she has seen pink candy canes before so it looked okay and laughed. She then proceeded and said the reason why it was happening was because she didn’t have all the tools she needed to do the design. Very unprofessional, I told her she could’ve saved me time and just told me she wasn’t able to do it and I could’ve changed my design. I was there for 2+ hours and came out with horrible nails. Nonetheless, she had the audacity to still charge me even though the application is terrible, patchy, and super thick! It hasn’t been a full day yet and my nails are already peeling!!!

I have been coming to Amy since 2018. She is very professional and well mannered. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you Amy!

The skinny and young girl I believe is the manger was very rude to me and the nail technicians.

Service was meh. Nail tech was on the phone for 20 mins. She grazed my cuticle, twice, with the drill. And the paint job was almost like it was her first time painting(?). Not the worst place Ive ever been but def not going back. Price was reasonable.

Beautiful manicure! Its been years since I had my nails done and the young lady that did my nails was very sweet and patient! Ill be coming back!

I asked Amy how much it would be for a fill and polish change. She said the tech that was doing my nails would have to look at them first. The techs began to speak in their language (rude) then she Kim said $18 for fill $2 for cut down. I agreed, she proceeded. She then tried to convince me to get gel polish, I declined. When she removed the polish from the third nail she, Kim said you have gel you pay $3 extra to take off. Im ok with what your price is for a service. Whats the point in looking at my nails at the beginning then switch the price after she begins. I was trying to find a good salon I could patronize close to home. I dont like bait and switch shady, just to make extra money. Also asked for almond shape, she shaped my nails round. This salon is off my list.Clearly from your response you dont understand the real complaint here is the appearance of up charging once youve begun the service where I have no choice but to agree. I certainly wasnt walking out with unfinished nails. She knew I had gel polish before she began and when she couldnt convince me to get gel again once she was on the third finger, thats when she added the additional charge to remove the gel. This is unethical.

I went a few weeks ago. There was no one there waiting and it took about 2 hours for me to get my nails done. One of them was crooked but nothing to bad and overall they were good

If you are looking for basic acrylic nails and a sub par pedicure then this is the place for you. I walked in as I was leaving cvs picking up a prescription.

Me and my wife come here frequently and we enjoy our pedicures and manicures. This is one of the few salons that we were able to sit back and relax. Give this salon a try!

I went to Lenas nail, due to the shop I normally go to was closed today. So I thought I would give a new shop a chance. When I went in a lady came and asked me what I needed for today, I told her a full in. So then sat there for a while, then a gentleman came to tell me after he fixed one ladies nail, he will do my nails next. Then when it was my turn I explained how I would like my names done. The gentleman man nicked my finger two different times, and my nails was filled at a slant. I was so disappointed that I ended up filing my own nails. After getting my gel polish applied two of my fingers was rippled. And the compensation for the inconvenience was being charged full price of $33.I will no return to this shop again or recommend.

Absolutely horrible. I went to get my nails done for a special occasion. The guy who start off my nails file down my nail beds until it was pink. I told him not to, they started speaking with each other in their language and sent me to another person. They left acrylic underneath my nails. By that time, I was ready to go. I ask to pay so I could go somewhere else to get my nails fix. They asked me to $43 for an unfinished job. Then they tried to at least fix issue. I asked them to be reasonable, they refused and then charged $48 for still an unfinished job. Chunck of acrylic was still underneath my nail. After walking out, still had to go pay for bad service. Wow. Costumer service ridicules. I never write reviews but with this experience I had to. Would not go there if I was you.

I went to Lena Nails and I will NEVER go back again. I went for a fill with dip powder and it looks a mess. I am so disappointed in the service. My nails are dull, uneven, not shaped, and they look like they were polished by a 3 year old toddler. Save your money.

The gentleman i had did a bad job. He filed my nails like he was afraid. While polishing my nails, he seem unsure of what he was doing. Im not going back.

I come here to do my eyebrows and they always do a wonderful job, I always have an image to show to make sure they aren’t toSkinny and it’s always done right, also low price.

They seem very inexperienced. I think the mom has the license and everyone else works under her license. My pedicure was terrible. Took 2 hours. I had to tell the young boy how to do it and what steps he needed to do next. I will not be coming back here.

They done a fantastic job on my feet & toes.
