I had a full set of nails done here on June 2, 2020. On June 12, 2020 two of the nails fell off and two others were starting to lift already. I have been getting acrylics for many decades they are NOT supposed to fall off 12 days!

Went here for the first time and absolutely love my nails! One of the best sets Ive had. And they were so kind. 10/10 would recommend.

It’s been a while since I’ve gone to the salon. I usually do my own nail care but for this occasion I wanted a salon. I will say it was an overall pleasant experience. They kept checking that I was pleased with every aspect. I gave it four because I wanted my toe nails shorter, the male technician was reluctant to cut shorter because then too much skin would show. I told him I like it that way, I stopped persisting and let it be. I will try his suggestion of not cutting super short so my skin doesn’t grown in. He also grabbed a darker color red that doesn’t match my nails. I’m in time crunch so I also let it be. Other than that the end results good. I would probably come again if needed.

I am happy to report that my visit to Nail Care and Spa today was outstanding! Ms.Tina was exceptional with the manicure and pedicure! I called yesterday afternoon to schedule my appointment. I have a great experience.OBTW Ifound them in my Google search and looking at reviews. 👍🌞and, Tina, yes I visited Pho Ha and the food was perfect. Thanks much! Ill be back next time Im in the area.

Great Experience! Crystal is super with nails and makes you feel comfortable! Besides she does a very relaxing masssage!

Only gave them one star because I had to give them something. Worst nail shop ever told the lady these are my real nails and they have to be soaked off so she starts cuttin them with nail clippers. I stopped her and she got the other clippers out and took a chunk out of another one of my real nails. She messed them up so bad I had to cut them all down and start over again after 3 years of my own nails. Dont go here unless you can speak their language or they wont understand you.

I went here because I needed my nails done for filming a tutorial video for an app. Got the dip, and the color ended up being way too sheer than what my boss wanted so I needed to have another layer of a darker color added. The woman seemed annoyed and told me it would be another $5, then increased it to another $10 so it was $45 total. Additionally, my friend came with me and is disabled and needed to tape a card to her fingers to keep them uncurled to get them painted. The staff denied having tape (or understanding what we were asking for) until my friend was visibly very upset, and by the time they grabbed it my friends anxiety had gotten too bad to go through with it. Will not be coming back.

This place is awesome. Very friendly, and they make sure that your nails are what you asked for and correct any mistakes if there are any.

Have been going here a few months for acrylics with gel and I love them each time.

Knowledgeable...lots of options from acrilic to gel and even dip powder. I will be back

So I went into this place with an open mind and Ive been to hundreds of salons. This place has to be the worst experience ive ever had. It wasnt the work ethic of the technicians or anything wrong with my nails it was the customer service that had me baffled. I was getting toenails done and I had a female walk up to me and grab my hand and tell me I needed a manicure and I said no because I know my nails arent long enough to have them look good with polish and she proceeded to tell me that my nails are for chewing then. Yes I do bite my nails but Ive never in my life had a nail technician make fun of me for it. And then she spoke about me to another customer right in front of me and even pointed at me! I feel horrible that I had to pay money for this experience. Not to mention the male who did my pedicure also made a comment about my toenails being too short when I actually had them too long and they broke and j had to cut them heinously short. Again I say Ive never had a nail technician make comments about things that arent relevant to the service they are providing. It shouldnt matter how short my nails are, Im there for a service and I should be able to get that in an environment that I know will be a pleasant experience.
