Super love the staff here!! The color of gels are so cool! I got a magnetic gel that is 2 toned! Nancy is amazing she even did a custom flower or me on my nails and toes! 🥰🥰🥰 best place to treat yourself!! I recommend the mani and pedi, and she fixed my eyebrows, I feel so much better with my appearance now! 😁😁😁😁

First time was great came back and received a pedicure in under 10 minutes.

The young man who did my pedicure said he was brought from Orange county because the regular workers werent showing up for work, getting more on unemployment. Wish I had asked for his license. He stabbed under my large toenail so sharply that I jumped out of my seat. My daughter in the next chair asked if I was alright. (No.)Last manicure came off in a week.Ive gone there 3 times over the years (Not since the toe stabbing) and every time they say, Our credit card reader is not working. We dont know why. Go next door to Vons if you need to get cash. By the third time it seems shady...all cash? The rest of us pay taxes in our businesses. They dont have to if its all cash.

Ive been getting nail services at this nail salon with Michelle for past 2 years. Im always happy with my nails whether its acrylic, shellac or gel. Today I asked for a Thanksgivingnail design and opted for a turkey. Michelles design was exactly like the picture I showed her. Never disappointed! Its my absolute favorite place and Michelle nails the holiday nail art !

I am extremely pleased with there service! It was my first time getting acrylics done and I was super excited! I lived the entire thing from start to finish; the only downside is the price is just a little high from what my friends have told me. Other then that Ive gotten tons of compliments from people on my nails! So thankyou awesome job!!

One of the worst manicures I’ve gotten in years. When taking off my old gel polish, she barely put any acetone in the cotton balls to soak my nails in. After she took off the foil she tried to scrape off the gel but that didn’t work. So she used an electric filer to just grind down the top later of my nails. Then I asked her to cut my nails to half the length they were. My nails were very long, almost half an inch, and she cut them almost to the nail bed. I pointed out that she cut them very short and she said that that was half. I decided I wasn’t going to argue with her because it wouldn’t get me anywhere. Then after she finished cutting and filing one hand she soaked it in the water and only then did I get an opportunity to look at my nails and I noticed that they were square shaped. When I came in my nails were squoval and she just decided to do them square. I asked her to make them squoval and after telling me that “square is nicer” (as if I care about what SHE thinks is nicer) she goes on to file my nails in an oval shape (of course marking them even shorter). I reiterated to her that I wanted them squoval and pointed out that she was filing them in an oval shape. She apparently had never heard the term squoval and told me what I wanted was called “square round”. Never in my life have I heard this term. How can a professional nail artist not know the term squoval??? at this point I decided to shut up for the rest of the experience. She rushed through the painting of my nails so they are all lumpy looking, and they are all different shapes and extremely short for me. I don’t even know why I’m giving this place two stars.

Horrible dip job for 50.00I left with nail polish on my finger tips. It was a rushed job and she kept getting up to leave me and assist with pedicures. I wont be back.

Got a full set. First time lazy job, my coffin shape nails were not coffin shape anymore when she was done, they were curved in weird ways, bumpy, 3 hours later my nails were sticking to my clothes, my hands, my towels after washing hands, the paint started peeling off on its own. Went back same day to get refund was told no and that they would fix it, one broke in my sleep and the next nail broke on my way to the store. Garbage quality.

One of the girls was arguing with the person doing my frinds nails. What should have been a relaxing time turned into a nightmare. Worst pedicure experience ever. They did not stop even when I asked repeatedly for them to argue later after we were gone. Will not be back and definitely will not return

The inside of this nail salon is an experience all it’s own. It’s very beautiful. The staff is very accommodating and professional. My nails look fantastic. They were so nice, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Me and my friend went in and asked for a full set of gel acrylics and the girl seemed like she was rushing to get my nails done and was on her phone the entire time, mine and my friends nails after we got them done felt sore and my fingers honestly hurt, she left cuts from clipping my cuticles way too deep, and my nails felt sticky and still even feel sticky no matter how many times I wash them, my nails are also very uneven, I felt dirty sitting in there chairs and there were ants crawling up the walls at the sinks to wash your hands, I didn’t bother to tip her because she did such a horrible job I will not be back anytime soon.

I visited this place is by my house. The service was terrible. I got an Asian woman in her fifties. I asked her how much for white tip nails since is my favorite and she said twenty. During Performing the service she took off her mask. It was a hot day so I didn’t say anything since they have a clear shield in front of them. When she was done my nails were not filed correctly, they had sharp corners and I told her. She tried to fix it but she didn’t. I told her they were still sharp and all she said was they are good nails. I’m not sure if she understood me. She was going to apply the gel with all these white dust from the nails she had filled previously, I told her no I would go wash my hands. She said ok. I came back and she applied the Shiny gel and told me to put my hands in the uv light machine then she walked away not checking the time or if the nails were dry. She went to talk to her other co workers. I had to stand up and ask her if we were done. She said yes, pay In the front. She didn’t bother to check my nails if they were ready. Ok what whatever. I walked away to pay and the guy said it’s $40 plus tip cash only. I told him, the lady said $20. He said no, she said $40. The lady heard and rushes over and clearly said $40. Not 20. Ok I must of heard wrong. Cash only. I told him I will have to go Vons to get cash. The lady said leave your phone so I know you are coming back. I told her no, I would be back. She starts walking behind me and follows me to Vons. I was soo uncomfortable and will never visit this place again.

I never have a problem with this place . Michelle is the best . Everyone loves my son and I, we are warmly welcomed every time we go in. She does a wonderful job every time. Of course if you go at a busy time it will take a while to get serviced. Call ahead and make an appointment. I rarely do that because I can wait to have my nails done... but this place is great. Good people, great customer service, definitely worth it. And the pricing is reasonable.

I’ve been Going to Michelle and Lynn for almost 6 years and they always do a really great job -if you don’t time it right you might have to wait but it’s always been a good experience. It helps to schedule because they do get busy and also to have the same person do your nails all the time.

This is my go-to nail salon. Never once had a problem. I had to wait 10 minutes at the most to get seated and started even without a appointment. I once got matte gel acrylic nails and it cost $45. Not bad. Its an extra $5 for matte top coat and $15 or $10 for gel. So if you want regular it probably would be $30-35. Thats average. This is and will forever be the place Ill go to.

I have been to many salons in the area to get my nails done. I have been so disappointed with all the shops and have had horrible service, rude technicians, and even got a staph infection that was really bad. I decided no more nails for me, but I finally got over my fears and went to Nail Club. I love the people there. They are so friendly and nice. I have John do my nails and he is terrific, always doing the extra for me. Wendy does my pedicures. She is fun and great at her job. Both are friendly and professional. So far I have not had a bad pedicure or manicure. I like the older ladies only because I am older. They are all great. The owner is always friendly. Sometimes it gets hectic in there but always manage to get their job done. I have been going to Nail Club for almost 3 years. I wont go anywhere else.

If I could, Id give this place 0 stars. Ive come here about 4 times to get my nails done. The first time, I was satisfied with my nails which were done by Wendy who I swear is the only nail technician that knows what theyre doing. the second time I came, I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday so I called to make an appointment. She tells me to come 30 MINUTES before the store closes for a full set!? So I come in at my appointment time and she starts doing my nails. As the store starts closing, she seems more focused on that than paying attention to her customer, then she finally asks if I can come back tomorrow to finish... Who does that!! I was very upset because it was my birthday the next day and I had run out of time to go somewhere else. This place is conveniently near my house which is why Ive given them so many chances. The last time I got my nails done here will officially be my last!!! I got a full set with gel and she said they were dry and good to go, as soon as I get to work, I notice a warp in the paint in my thumb nail, as I pressed on it lightly I noticed THE PAINT WASNT DRY!! (Gel polish dries under UV light so it should be dry before leaving the salon) and I wasted $45 on getting a full set that was ruined the same day.

The guy that did my nails cut my skin on mostly all my fingers and wasnt nice at all! When it started bleeding he ignored it and kept filing my nail. I asked him to cut them a little shorter than he did and he got mad at me...when i took my hands out of the light when they were done he aggressively put my hand back in! Will not come back (edit) i took off my acrylics because they were hurting. My mom does gel nails so i have to go to get them done. She soaked my acrylic off and one of my nails is half way off! Im in so much pain my fingers hurt and one of my nails got infected!

This place is nice if you get the right technicians. Ive been here quite a few times and Ive experienced some great manicures and pedicures and some I wasnt too impressed with. Some takes pride in their work. But some give this place a bad name and could use more training.

Got a full set and pedi. I got seated right away but Nancy, who did my acrylics...cut two of my cuticles while filing my nails. Also some of the paint was bumpy and the acrylic was thick. Upon request she fixed this; however the pedicure was great.

Not the greatest mani/padi, it was good, but the cleanliness of the room and amazing massage I got pushed it to a 5 star rating

Horrible! Never going back ! There was bubbles in my gel nail polish had asked if they could fix them and told me they didn’t see anything. She was being lazy to fix it . And then told me she will fix just to make me happy but she didn’t see anything. Very lazy employees

These women made me feel so beautiful with my full set gel Tiger Eye and amazing pedicure!! They really took their time and made sure I was happy.

I used to come here often, but this experience has definitely lead me to want to find a new nail salon. Ill say the woman who did my nails seemed new, however she worked on my feet very dry, was knicking my feet as she worked, didnt seem to know what the pedicure packages are, washed my legs with the same dirty towel, and with cold water.Definitely need to find a new place.

I’ve been going to nails club for years and never had a problem. Recently the staff has been sloppy with their work and have a bad attitudes. I recently went in to give it another shot and I asked the lady for acrylic nails and it was awful. Absolutely terrible. All my nails are a different length,clumpy, nail polish under my nails, poorly painted, and crooked. I asked if she could fix them and she gave me attitude and rejected my tip. Diffidently won’t go there ever again!

I just walked out because Two different people were working on my full set and they left me three times to wax people!! . Ive done nails for ten years and Ive never seen such poor customer service! I bought liquid at sallys next door to finish my own nails! Ridiculous! Theyre not even worth $7...let alone $27!!! Ridiculous.

This place is terrible. Cut my toenails so short it hurt and left red, irritated strips of skin above each nail. Now one is starting to ingrow because of it. It hurts terribly. Just horrible. Asked for a design on my big toe and it was so ugly that I actually had the lady remove it. I have never had to do that at any other nail salon ever. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere different to go. This place sucks!

It was uncomfortable, embarrassing, and expensive. I made an appointment but still had to wait 20 minutes. They claimed they could do a facial but the woman didnt have the supplies, used old, smelly cremes, and kept leaving the room every few mins to get other supplies, leaving the door open while I laid without my top on the table. She couldnt figure out the lighting or music and I had to stream my own soothing mix from my phone. She only did a facial massage but said she would do all exfoliation and steam when I initially asked, then changed her story. This place was terrible but you wouldnt know it by the price - they charged me $50 for what ended up being about 7 mins total of massage interspersed with about 20 mins of uncomfortable, exposed, stinky, and continually jarring feelings.

Worst experience on a pedicure. They let the new lady practice on my feet. After 3 hours they still were not right.

Walked in was greeted with a smile once I sat down I seen 2 Roaches crawl by me. I went in a a fill and fix a broken nail. I got that done but the gel that afternoon bubbled and came off 2 of my nails. I will not go back their again.

So upset I literally got a full set with gel polish 3 weeks ago and paid $40 I went for a fill today with gel polish and they charged me $33. I asked why and told them that makes no sense . They told me the prices change.

No one listens,I had three people come and fix my nails. I gave two stars because the last lady did what she could. Overall I walked out not getting what I wanted my nails to look like!!
