I went to Frasada for a 90 minute massage and a Facial. The person doing massage gave me a 40 minute massage but i was charged for 60 minutes. I was in the massage room for a total of 45 minute which include the time she took to set up. I asked for a 80 minute massage. She also did mostly reflexology which I did not ask for and is cheaper than what i paid for. Facial wasnt bad but also felt rushed. Face mask was left on for less thab 5 minutes Facility was nice and clean. front desk qas nice.

Ive been going to Frasada since it opened, and it never disappoints. Went Saturday for my monthly pedi and as usual, Daisy was fantastic. After spending two weeks at a trade show and vacation respectively, she got my feet -- and my mind -- back in balance! And I love the color on my toes! Until next time!

My daughter and I have been going to Frasada for massages and facials for over 10 years. We walk out feeling so relaxed. It has become our mother daughter tradition . The staff is always professional. The place is always clean and sanitary. I love that they are a local and parking is easy . They are the best .

Tracy is an excellent colorist. Erin has been cutting my hair. She does a great job. They are more expensive than other places, but Im worth it!

Had 3 amazing experiences at Frasada.First with Claudia, she cut my hair and bangs and I loved it. Showed a pic of what I wanted and she did made me look awesome.Second and third were with Royce. I decided to go for a different bang. I showed her a pic and she made it happen.All 3 times covid protocols were observed. I wore a mask and washed my hands upon entering the salon. Everyone wore a mask fully (no one had their nose out). I felt really safe, cared for, and listened to.The prices are great! The stylists are great! I really enjoyed my visits here.There is also a spa open, haven’t had a chance to book anything yet but I really want to.

I made an appt to do my eyebrows. When I got there I was told to go upstairs to wait. After 10 min I asked who was doing my eyebrows and was given a name. Receptionist said she must be delayed in her facial. When appts are made and honored you can run 5 minutes late but not 20. After 20 minutes the nail technician was asked to do my eyebrows. I refused. The other person was still not there. There is no business there. Since they don’t respect customers enough to make and keep them I understand why.Don’t waste your time considering this place. They don’t really have services to offer or staff to implement them

It was wonderful, had spa & salon treatment. All staff friendly & professional. I would definitely recommend it.

I booked color and cut. It should have been color, then cut, right? Well the color went A-Okay, but then I was parked at the sink for 25 minutes, with sopping wet hair, waiting for my cut and blow out. BTW, the salon was not busy, I was one of 3 customers in the place.Finally I asked for a dryer and brush to finish my own hair at get out of there.

My first time having a facial here and it was wonderful. Elsy is amazing.

I could not ask for better people to come and do my wedding partys hair and make-up the day of my wedding. First, they will travel to you, which was a huge help to me. Secondly, they are so nice, respectful, professional.... I cant think of enough good things to say about them. They are extremely organized and had the best prices for services. I would highly recommend Frasada to all future brides!

Went to Frasada and the staff was the rudest Ive ever encountered. They asked if we had an appointment and we said No. They had to look at each other with those big round eyes before saying we dont have anyone available right now. They couldve been more polite. Was it because we were not in our best attire? I am absolutely not recommending this salon.
