I have gone to jasmine nails a hand full of times and each time they did a good job. However, this is the last time I will be returning. The woman who did my powder gel manicure had zero experience applying the powder and it turned out clumpy on my nails. I asked her if she could fix it and told me she would “later“ and the end product was still clumpy and very poorly done. I went back to tell them to fix my manicure as I paid for a poor job. Nobody apologized and they did not even offer me a discount for the poor experience. It is only worth coming here if you get your nails done by Tiffany (and if you’re interested in waiting for over an hour).

This nail salon is fantastic. Soooo many colors to choose from. Reasonable prices. And friendly staff.

Absolutely love this nail salon, Melo is awesome! I was apprehensive to try the coffin shape on my nails but he assured me my nails were just long enough to try it........they came out great! Ive had my nails done here 3 times, powder gel, and each time they last 4 weeks which is fantastic. Overall the salon is clean, very sanitary when it comes to covid precautions.

Extremely clean and following all cdc guidelines which is obvious as soon as you walk into this beautiful nail spa.

I have been going here for years!! I absolutely love the owner and the staff! I go here every couple of weeks for my mommy time off and I feel so comfortable in the environment and they do such an amazing job!! They’re doing such a great job hygiene wise too during covid. They make sure temperatures are taken and taken all of the necessary precautions. I would never go anywhere else!

I’ve been coming to Jasmine nails for over a year and I must say “I’m never disappointed” with the services they have provided!! The products they use are definitely good quality! I’ve gone over a month without getting my nails done (mother life) and they still looked great (besides them being outgrown). I’ve gone to many different nails salons however nothing compare to the QUALITY OF SERVICE I get at Jasmine Nails!!!

I rated this place a 5 star because they are always clean, polite, accommodating and actually do nails correct. I purposely waiting till my 3 visit there before rating them. I have tried 3 different people and all 3 passed my test. I would recommend!

I love this place! They always do a really great job and they’re all very nice except for one lady. I do have one complaint about this lady Eva who is incredibly rude. I asked to see different colors for the powder because the ones I was picking out was not matching the ones in the book. I wanted a dark blue and they looked dark blue in the book however when she brought them over they were purple. I asked her nicely to change it and the second time she rolled her eyes, sighed and said oh my god. I was very polite and nice but she was so annoyed and didn’t wanna do her job. She rushed my manicure because she just didn’t care and she messed up one of my nails. I still gave her a generous tip because that’s the nice person that I am but she didn’t appreciate it. She needs to be reprimanded. Next time I go there I just won’t go to her because I do love this place a lot. So I still give it 5 stars and recommend to everyone. But don’t go to Eva if you want a good service.

Nail service is great but they overbooked and I find there is always about 30 to 45 minutes wasted wait time

I started going to this salon about 2 years ago and have always been happy with the service and with the beautiful job they do on my nails. I used to get regular mani and pedis but graduated to SNS powder. They offer many services and are very clean. I highly recommend this nail salon.

You need to make an appointment, but when you get there at your scheduled time you wait an hour, they take walk ins before you. Some nail techs do not understand nor speak English at all!! Making asking for what you want very difficult . There are many many other salons in the area with I am 100% sure better service.

I’m always on the lookout for good salons and Jasmine’s is one of them !I called before I came but I do recommend making an appointment they seemed very busy but I can see why . Will definitely return again to do my nails in the futureNail tech- Tiffany

I am from florida i am visiting my mom we decided to get a pedicure at this place and it is absolutely disgusting they make you charge for everything 10 dollars here 5 dollars there like come on 10 dollars to take my nail polish off never in my life did i ever come to a poor nail salon and forgot to mention the music i have three off my kids with me and this music is horrible cursing every song that comes on i am very disappointed and i definitely don’t recommend anyone to come to this place.

DO NOT GO HERE CREEPY TOUCHY WORKERS AND TERRIBLE WUALITY !!!!!! Ive gone to this place a few they are extremely inconsiderate and will make you wait over an hour. The men who work here are extremely inappropriate and always made my 13 year old sister extremely uncomfortable. My nails have split, cracked, fell off all within the week of getting them done. The owner will side with employees and cursed me out over the phone when I asked for a refund

Amazing job! Hands down best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Tiffany the new manager approached me when I came in asking for acrylic tips, and took one look at my nails and said I should get powder instead because I have such nice nails. And it does less damage. She did a beautiful job on my nails and I’m so happy with how they came out. I’m so glad I came here and switched to powder tips. Also the prices are very affordable!

Been going here for a year was satisfied until yesterday. One of the workers there is rude and Ive had it. I put up with her since they changed owners. So Im done. I miss Abby and Maggie.

Horrible horrible horrible. Went there the first time had app at 2pm for my self and my niece they did not acknowledge me at all and it took them THREE HOIRS to do my nieces nails. I told them I had an app told me they were busy. Ok cool. When I was leaving they gave me a $5 discount and were apologetic. Fine. Didn’t wanna ruin my time w my niece. Go backAnd I literally could not even tell you what a mess my nails were. The shape was terrible not one nail match the other. Colors I didn’t pick. I understand the language barrier but I felt that whenever I spoke up I was annoying them. Then I contacted them via Instagram bc I couldn’t believe that the pictures on their Instagram are the actual product. The lady (I believe Tiffany) was once again very apologetic. ToldMe to come back to get them fix at no charge. I goToday. Not only did I pay full price I once again left there extremely unhappy. If they don’t “know you” they will literally ignore you. Doris was sweet but the shapeI wanted was coffin I ended going home w square nails too long on one hand to type and too short on the other. After two and a half hrs I wanted to just be out of there and never be back. Super dissatisfied and disappointed I get plain neutralColors and I have never had a place make a relaxing experience so stressful. Wish I couldRecommend it

I love going to jasmine nails. The new owners is so wet and talented. I can bring her a picture of a design I want on my nail and she can replicate it exactly.

This place USED to be my go to spot for a perfect mani/pedi. However, the last few times I have gone, not only did they raise their prices but the gel manicure they pushed on me fell apart within a week and the gel manicure too. I think its under new ownership (probably explains the poor experience)
