I loved it! I got powered gel and there were many color choices, and they did a good job. I totally recommend and it’s cheaper than other places in the area!

Horrible experience! I have gone here for a few years because of close proximity to my home. I am 9 1/2 months pregnant, and walked to salon yesterday for a mani/pedi. Not knowing that masks were required for vaccinated and unvaccinated, I did not bring my mask with me. Upon arrival, I apologized for not having my mask stating i was looking to get a mani/pedi. The owner rudely told me to go to my car to get my mask. I responded that I didnt realize they had this policy, I walked here from my home, Im clearly very pregnant, I saw the box of masks to the left of me and responded, could I just have one of the masks here you have a box of them! He paused and rudely responded 1 $ for mask!!! I was like are you kidding me? You want to charge me a dollar for your mask ?!? I was like forget it! Ill go somewhere else! BTW I come here all the time, for you to try to charge me for a mask and be so rude when I was about to spend about 80$ at your salon is HORRIBLE customer service. Never going back there again, they are extremely unprofessional and have terrible customer service. Also, place is not kept very clean, the reason I went for as long as I did was bc of close proximity to home and prices werent bad (but they have since increased their prices as well!) DO NOT GO HERE!

Went there couple of times for pedicure and manicure. After visiting this salon I got several warts caused by HPV virus on my toes. My dermatologist explained to me that I got it because the salon doesn’t sanitize their equipment and tools appropriately. During manicure they pull out nail clippers and other sharp objects out of the draw. Once they are done, they never sanitize it and put it right back until the next client comes. That’s how nail fungus, hepatitis C and HIV is being transmitted. They check your temperature and make you wash your hands, but never sanitize their equipment themselves. They also request tips for providing massage that is supposed to be free.

This place is unprofessional they had me wait for over an hour to get my nails done every time someone came in it made the wait time longer if i didn’t get up and leave i’d probably be there till they closed

Decided to give it a try the staff is rudePerson (Belle) who did my mani pedi was rushing through out the entire time not doing a good job my nails were messed up by the end of the day. Would go back to try with a different person.

I did not smudge my nails. This is how the nail technician did them. My daughter has mini mouse on her finger. Total cost for our manicures with the design is $20.

On Friday, 12/22/2017, my family member was getting a pedicure and manicure. After the pedicure; she sat for her manicure. During the manicure, the manicurist older man asked my family member, No tip for her(pedicurist)? First, its unprofessional and rude to ask a customer if theyre going to tip. He inquired about a tip for a separate service(pedicurist). As a customer, you have the option( many people tip this way) to tip after the nail polish is completely dry, when youre ready to leave the nail salon. My family member tipped the pedicurist about 23%($5). The older man had no reason to assume that my family member was not going to tip; she has had always tipped at that nail salon.

Every single time I go here Im disappointed. I try it because its conveniently located next to my job but I dont know why I think itll change. They are lazy and do the bare minimum. Their only goal is to up-sell you. They advertise their mani/pedi promotion but its very obvious they dont want to work for that amount of money because they cut all kinds of corners. Today I was accidentally given ice cold water for my pedicure, and no foot scrub was used at all. Then I asked that he scrub my foot bottom well and he said thats why you should pay for the callus remover. As if using the scrub brush is no longer included in a standard pedicure. Thats ridiculous and his manager even stepped in and said the scrub brush is included. Ugh, super aggravated for something that should be relaxing turning into a nightmare.

This place is overrated. They are behind in terms of technology for things like pedicures. When I walked in they were relatively friendly. I witnessed them tell some young black girls that they didnt have time to do their full set tips, but then some young white girls came in and asked for the same; shamefully they were obliged without issue. I had to talk Lillian through my pedicure. I walked in with pretty dirty feet (it was rainy today) and after she completed the pedicure, my feet were still absolutely filthy. She was more willing when I agreed to pay for additional services (callous remover @$7; an extra 10min massage @$10). Honestly, I clocked out and simply accepted that I took a bad referral. Spent $37 on a lousy spa pedicure and declined a manicure.

They do an okay job with my manis/pedis, however it angers me that they purposely use different staff to either do your feet/hands so customers feel obligated to tip all individuals. Additionally, they have a sign that indicate the different pedis from 1-4, they always say you said you want #3 or #4. My response is whats wrong with the basic pedicure, Is #1 no good?
