SOS Refrigeration &HVAC do an excellent job at servicing my older unit. Whenever I call there has always been a prompt response coupled with an ability to identify and repair the problem quickly at a reasonable price. I appreciate their service and highly recommend them.

I woke up to a warm house...unit running but not cooling. From the time I left a message until the time SOS responded and fixed the problem was less than an hour (Luckily they were working close by). Sean and his team did an outstanding job installing an air conditioner in our lanai. He first quoted a price to us over 3 years ago and we finely pulled the trigger and gave Sean a call. To our delight the price he charged was very close to what he originally quoted. Hard to believe in todays market. His installation team did an outstand job and left the work area clean and tidy. We asked Sean to complete the job before the 4th of July and he pulled it off with final approval from the county inspector delivered with 3 days to spare. BTW...the lanai is cool.

Sean was fantastic! I have had a few ac people come out and have not found one that I trust or would have back again. SOS has definitely changed that, they will be our go to people from now on. Our AC went out and i messaged Sean, we spoke on the phone at 8 pm and walked me through some troubleshooting. Quoted a price to fix it and came right out and had it repaired in no time. SOS was the fourth company I had to evaluate the issue at hand. The other companies diagnosis didnt solve the problem in which time and money was lost. SOS put in noticable work to find the issue and the pricing was affordable. The problem is fixed and Im still cooling beautifully. Amazing! SOS team was HONEST, friendly, polite and worked diligently to get the job done. They will be my go to from now on.

SOS Refrigeration has always been my go to guy for all of my A.C. problems. I have also asked him to take a look at my refrigerator. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, excellent on his prices. If your looking for someone to do work for you. Look no further. This is your new go to guy. Instead of trying to take advantage of a situation, the owner talked me through cleaning the drain which was the problem. Will schedule a service call for going through the system but tonight he got me back up and running in less than two minutes over the phone. Would recommend them to anyone that needs any AC work done.

If you want good service and honest answers about your AC unit, call SOS refrigeration. Unfortunately they were the third company for me. The one before was air pros who walked up to my AC and could see it was the compressor and would be $3200. Well SOS did more than listen to it. They actually checked out everything and found out what was really wrong and that part would only cost me $450. I had 5 AC companies come and SOS was the best! Dont do what I did just call SOS !

We always have a good experience with SOS! Sean came out to help us and we are always happy with his work. Hes very friendly and helpful. We never feel pressured and never get that I hope Im not getting screwed feeling. We feel like hes very thorough and listens well to our issues. Were very glad we finally have an ac company we can trust, especially after having some very bad issues with a couple other local ac companies. I have referred family members to SOS and they were very pleased with his work and installation of their new ac unit. SOS was very responsive and was able to come out the next day to get my AC unit running properly and the cost did not break the bank. When something else went wrong a few weeks later, they came out free of charge because it was a return call. SOS is an affordable, reliable, trustworthy company that I will call again if needed.

Called and had someone come out quickly to my home. My house was in the mid 80°s when I called Sean, he was able to give me a temporary fix until he got here to solve the problem. He was knowledgeable and efficient.

Contacted SOS one evening when our a/c went out. They replied within minutes offering to come out that evening, which I wasnt even expecting a reply until the next day! Luckily we had a window unit for the bedroom, so I wasnt completely dying. So I set an appointment for the next afternoon which is also surprising in this Florida July heat, Im sure everyones is going out! Got a call that the techs were about 30 minutes away and they were there promptly! There were 2 nice gentleman that introduced themselves with a handshake. I described the problem, and they went right to work! They quickly got the problem fixed, and the price was more than reasonable! My brother had a broken thermostat at his home in The Villages. Another HVAC company told him he needed a new HVAC system, quoting a price well in the five figures. I called SOS for a second opinion, and Sean came out to the house same day. He correctly diagnosed a broken thermostat. For less than $200, my brother’s AC and heat are working again. After being without a working AC unit in my home for a week and a half because another company failed to show up multiple times, I was referred to SOS Refrigeration. My unit was looked at and I had a quote that same evening and we scheduled the work to be done that same week. Shawn loaned me a portable AC unit until the work was completed which was a life and sanity saver! Sean came out the same day I had my AC issue resolved my complex concern with knowledge I would expect to see from a professional but I infrequently do. Sean was professional, courteous, and honest advised that a new unit maybe necessary but not at this time. Fixed the issue I had with the handler leaking into my house and even cleaned my exterior unit because he felt it needed it. Cost was minimal and for the great service Sean provided I would gladly refer him to friends and family. I look forward to working with him in the future for any further AC/Heating concerns. SOS showed up very professional vehicles and equipment trailer. Introduced himself very professional and very polite. I was given a quote very fast for a entire system replacement like I had requested and also from several others. I was given the option to add a nest thermostat and very happy with the decision to add and have installed. The removal of the old system and install of the new system was very fast with way more work than I asked for the sos team went the extra mile to ensure my happiness. Same day we never broke a sweat inside during the whole removal and install due to the dedication to finish as fast and proficient as possible. I am very very happy with my new system no more worries about losing A/C during the summer this year! SOS should be the only HVAC company called for any issues or questions or quote.
