Scheduling service call was extremely easy. I had to change the time, due to other issues, and they were extremely flexible and worked with me to keep the appointment on the same day, rather than bump me. Showed up early so as not to disrupt my whole day. Tech was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Solved the issue quickly without trying to throw in any add on costs. I would highly recommend All Star to anyone.

Had repair come to the house because had no cool air. He was there for awhile then told us he needed to order a part that would cost over $900. He also said the part wont be in till Mon and he would be back Tue. We had the hottest temps in the 90s and nights in the 40s. My 92 yr old father had to endure the heat and cold. Different repair came and found out that it wasnt the part and fixed the problem. Which could have been done from the first visit. Then we were charged another $95. Whats wrong with this picture.

Robert was great, on time, called before arrival, and courteous. He explained all about importance of continuing the maintenance contract yearly, and how it could effect the warranty. Also pointed out I may want to consider the 3rd point of filtration inside with a uv light. System only a year old but small amount if mold on the sticker. I have unfortunately sold my house, but left all info and a renewed 1 year maintenance plan and quote for 3rd filter system for new owners. We recently had a new AC installed and couldnt be happier with the entire experience! This is a Family owned business and they treat their customers the same. If I could give All Star Heating and Cooling10 stars, I would. Friday my Air kept freezing, had called other AC repair places and no one would come out because it was raining.Read great reviews online and called. Tech was at my home within a few hours. Long story short, decided to buy a new unit instead of the repair as my system was older. Within a few hours had system picked and financing in place.Monday morning Alex C. andDavid W. came to install my new unit. Cant rave enough about them. Answered any questions that I had, very knowledgeable, clean and very courteous. Unit is now installed and I couldnt be happier. Everyone I dealt with was very professional.My antique AC unit finally went over the rainbow.Call late in the afternoon and Tommy came the next morning and wrote the order. Tommy explained everything and did a good job setting up for the installation. The morning after that, they were here to replace it. No waiting time which is unheard of in Florida during 90 degree weather!Alex C. and David C. came to install the new unit. These two didnt stop working all day. Due to some unforeseen problems, they both worked in the heat to correct the issues, and didnt stop. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.Im very satisfied with All Star on every level. Great company and technician. Next day service and arrived right on time as scheduled. Tommy was very professional and did a great job explaining things. Didnt even jump when he found a fried rattler on the cooked capacitor. Replaced the cap and flushed the drain and advised me on maintenance. No hard sales push unlike other companies. I bought a service agreement for the year but only if Tommy is the tech sent!

They also came, back to make sure that everything was working properly and discussed different drainage options for my AC. The All Star tech who came to my house fixed my A/C unit in a little over an hour when Id originally called another company who took 4.5 hours and ended up having four local techs coming out to tell me they dont know whats wrong with it. What a waste of time! I was so happy to have my experience with All Star and appreciate them greatly. They do get very pushy for you to become a member with them which of course includes an annual fee, but if its worth it in the end since you never know what could happen to your unit!

Tommy with All Star Heating and Cooling was very responsive and came out within an hour to replace a burned out capacitor. Within 15 minutes I was back up and running. Tommy even called back after he left to check and make sure everything was working correctly. Thank you All Star and Tommy!

You will not be disappointed.First of all this review relates to the following: a complete overhaul of the air conditioning system-- replacing the inside and outside units, all ductwork, return vents and registers, replacing electrical, copper tubing, installing additional vents and airways above doors (to keep in code), respraying all of the insulation, plus so much more. Prior company poorly installed my unit 3 years ago, these guys came in, gave me very great competitive rates for a whole new system and repairing damage from the old unit. This is the best company and service you could ask for. Our air conditioning went out on Labor Day weekend. I called them on Saturday morning they were very busy but they got someone here by 5 that day. We needed a whole new unit as ours was over 15 years old and could not be repaired. I was going into surgery on Wednesday since Tuesday was the soonest they could get us a unit they said they would get us two standup portable air conditioners. By 7 that night the guy arrived with two brand new units they had purchased new for us to use till we got the new system put in. Tuesday morning they had two technicians here from Port Richey to start installing our new system. Then two more techs David C and Alex came to finish the job. They were from the Ocala office. They were polite and worked all day to finish the job. This company is very lucky to have such great people working for them.There are not enough good things to say for this company. Also thanks to LV and his wife Lori for coming out on a holiday weekend and getting us started. Many thanks to all Bob &Kathleen McGrogan
