Wife and I went here to get pedicures and she got a full set. Pedicure was about 10 mins long, water was either too cold or too hot, and my feet still feel like they did before we went.Her nails look fine but the lady had to redo them a few times to ensure they were what was ordered. Will not return.

Professional, pleasant staff, beautiful salon, affordable prices and pretty short wait (which is a big deal for these little walk-in shops). BUTTT Wasnt super impressed with the actual work though. The fresh set was starting to lift after only about 3 days and after about the 5th day, one totally came off (and no, I wasnt doing heavy labor with them). I usually get atleast 2 weeks of wear. Also, the shape of my acrylic full-sets was off on around nail bed area (pretty sure the nail artist didnt lay/shape the acrylic correctly.)... So overall, nice experience, but didnt quite deliver on the actual service/product that I paid for.

Short staff, but still friendly and professional. The only male nail tech was great. He was always polite when answering the phone while so busy. Fill in with gel polish and toes repolished with regular loved it.He also reshaped my nails so they looked better but shorter which was fine for me. I will return. Way to go Vint I think thats what he wrote.

It seems every time I go here to get a pedi I end up with that young boy. He doesn’t do a good job. Today he cut the end of my toe. After he got it to stop bleeding he finished up, went to the next customer without saying sorry or even thanking me. He left me sitting in the chair for 30 minutes. I had to get up & act like I was leaving before he told the older man what my charge was. I don’t think I will be going back!!

I use to go here all the time 2 wks ago I went and the lady to the left did my nails they came off from the top they were lumpy and this came from her rushing to get through my nails went today and requested a specific worker that I know does good she said yes and then I ended up being sat in the lady chair to the right when you come in and she did the same rushed my nails were all didnt sizes weren’t shaped right and the polish job was horrible. I have never got my nails done and turned around to ask for them to be taken off. And I still paid for a full set and pedi never again will I go to them where my services are rushed but expect to get paid

WORST PLACE EVER !!! I Went On A Saturday Then Sunday The Next Day, 2 Of My Nails Broke Off So I Went Back But I Just Wanted Them To Take Them Off And I Wanted My Money Back. So The Lady Tried To Give Me Gel Polish Which I Paid For GEL ACRYLIC And I Had Designs And Diamonds. She Didn’t Even Give Me My $51 Back.So I Recommend Not Going There At All !!!!

This nail salon does a decent job on nails, I like the color selection and the girls are nice. Dont go in on the weekend expecting to be seen quickly, this place fills up. I always like my manicure after Im done!

Busy, nice nail salon, with several friendly women and I saw one Male. Visiting from Florida and decided to get a fill in and polish change on my toes :) will be back next time!

Only nail salon in Aiken I will visit. Fantastic, friendly service, love the services offered. When you get a deluxe pedicure they really take their time with the leg massage and they go out of their way to make sure your visit is enjoyable. Very attentive to your wants for nail design and specific requests.

TERRIBLE!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! When I say Inails in Aiken has became worst over these few years that I’ve been going. I WILL NOT!!! Step foot back in that place. Everything from acknowledging certain customers down to just completely lying about how long they’ll be taking with customers. I don’t understand the simplicity of everything, just be honest. Yea they use to be good with pedicures but now they sucks!! And I can give af about them..they have poor customer service and professionalism and they will definitely NOT get any more of my services nor from my family either! If they have 0 stars thats what I will give.

I gotten a pedicure... gift certificate from the hubbie... the young man did a good job with the massage and all but the polishing was not of my liking...

There were three of us that came in and they got us taken care of right away.

When driving by I saw this place was finished with remodeling and open finally. So I decided to try it. This turned out to be a wonderful idea as not only were the two technicians helping me very thorough and professional, the interior is semi-circular and very calming - pretty to boot! I certainly plan on coming back!

I don’t even know where to begin, so alright I just moved to Aiken with my mister and I needed a fill-in. I’m from up North so I’m use to getting exotic colorful nails. But because of my lack of familiarity with how this salon would be after reading review I decided to get something simple. Literally a fill-in and my nails painted black. Mind you before I got there I called and I asked “how much are your fill-ins and are walk-ins available?” The man on the phone responds with “ A fill- in is $15.00 with regular polish.” I’m like okay great and I even made an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait.Me and my fiancé arrive and we end up waiting a half hour. Mind you I was there on time for my appointment. Then when someone finally acknowledges our presence I’m told to sit at a desk and I wait there for another half an hour. By this time it’s a whole hour later than my appointment and I have yet to even get my nails touched.After the girl gets there she says “it’ll be 20$ since I have to take off your previous Gel polish” I’m like “wow $5 extra to take off Gel polish” in my head of course. So, after that she’s using the electric filler and she moves it wrong or something and it completely cuts my skin causing me to grab my hand back and my finger begins to bleed. No apology or anything and when I asked for a band-aid she said nothing.She goes on to file the rest of my nails, and she gets to my pinky on the opposite hand and at this time she’s still removing my old Gel polish and she does the SAME EXACT THING causing me to bleed again. Now me, I’m a heavy tip giver. I don’t mind tipping when I’m happy with someone’s service but this time I did not. She drew blood twice and hurt me with the filler on the same pinky three other times.This place is NOT where you need to go for quality work and costumer service. Will not be getting my money again! My fiancé said he’d take me all the way to Augusta before bringing me back there again!

Owner wife got upset because she had my nails uneven she kept saying nail not crocked yo finger crocked then when I asked her to fix it she got rude rough an had an attitude. Almost snatched my real nail off when she was taken the set she out on off. Then ANOTHER lady came over to redo my full set n she kept saying the nails wont be the same she cant do that they all we be different. I was so upset. Very terrible! WILL NOT EVER GO BACK AN WOULDNT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE

I will never go again. Its only been a week and my nails are lifting near the cuticle. My natural nail seperated from the tip before she could even get the gel on. $45 for something that didnt even last i am mot happy and i wouldnt recommend ANYONE go here!
