I’ve had Stinky Pinky the last 3+ years. They’ve been so great honestly. I had abdominal surgery last year and couldn’t take my trash out so I was going to skip trash day but they came up my driveway and grabbed my container. I’m moving states and wish they had a branch in Georgia.

Horrible customer service! The lady made it my responsibility to make sure her new trash men are doing their job and picking up my trash. But since I didn’t inform her on the same day, it’s my fault and I don’t get my money back or they won’t pick up my trash…

I have nothing but praise for Stinky Pinky! They are by far THE BEST trash service in the area.I especially wanted to brag on whoever was servicing Wildwood West Subdivision today!!!I heard the trash truck so I checked to see if ours had been emptied yet. They were pulling up as I looked. After emptying our trash bin, a tiny candy wrapper size piece fell to the ground. The garbage man actually picked up that tiny piece and took care of it! That says a lot about a persons integrity and character, he wasnt aware anyone was taking notice.Being as small as it was, a lot of people would easily choose to ignore it or simply overlook it. Its nice to see others who care and do good even when no ones watching (or unaware that they are). I took noticed and just wanted to brag on him and the company. Thats the kind of service you get with Stinky Pinky. Good employees, kind, affordable, and they have never missed a pick up and dont leave trash behind. Highly recommend! A++++

Took my money after not picking up 2 weeks . Lost a debit card to call find out acct suspension. UNBELIEVABLE to Very RUDE not telling me when they were gonna pick up until gave acct info. To then say another week. To got a month $41 + charges then picked up my Can. Rude to most UNBELIEVABLE to Lied after. 1 month and no pick up accept 1 week. Charges UNBELIEVABLE. Asked for Mgr to call back Did Not!!

Great company! Called to have our septic tank pumped as it had been several years. The gentleman were very friendly and even answered my 6yr old son’s questions with a smile on their face. They have great prices and excellent work. The friendliness was an added bonus.

Had a rough start with them, but they have been great and have came every week now.

When calling to make a payment today, I was just about to ask a question about my service when the woman on the line said “Okay bye!” As if you say, “ you paid so now I have no time for you “... such a shame... I was one of the first set of people that signed up when they first started the Trash service... they woman a couple of years ago had amazing customer service... I wonder where it all went... I’ve been a supervisor in customer service for 14 years and today’s experience was shoddy... a real shame

Best trash service around! The gentleman that comes down our road are very professional and polite. They always waive and when I forget to put the trash at the road they will get the can for me to make sure my trash is taken care of. Every time I call the office whoever answers is always professional and polite. I couldnt ask for a better service.

So, I get a motion detector notification from my security camera. As Im watching one of the notifications I notice an OUTSTANDING customer service representative worker walking down my driveway and getting my trash can and emptying it for me. Now Im thinking, not knowing whether were home or not; this kind soul took the time to go out of his way and render excellent service!! I am writing this review because I fell a little bit behind on my payment. The last company that I was with which was airborne as soon as I missed a payment they were here emptying my cans and taking them. I have actually fell behind again where I paid quarterly I sometimes forget and they sent me a letter stating that they know things happened and that theyre here to help so basically to give them a call and they would work with me. To have a company that is not selfish and greedy and worried that they might miss $5 I will always stand behind this company and refer them to anyone that I know. I want to thank you kat for your professionalism and your help in this matter...

So just now, I parked my car in front of the trash can forgetting it was garbage day since my son takes it up the night before-I lost track of days and figured it was empty and he just hadn’t brought it back down yet. They roll up and actually get off the truck and looked for it which was amazing! My old company would have just kept going (and has). Thank you for the extra effort and for not overlooking my forgetfulness on this chilly morning!

Out of multiple trash services I have used by far they have been the best. I never have to wonder if my trash was emptied or not. They have always been polite and very professional. I have not used there septic cleaning service yet but will be calling soon and will leave a review

I live in a townhouse complex and everyones trash was emptied except for mine before the holiday. It was out there the night before, so there was no reason for it to not be emptied.

To whom it may concern, my experience with stinky pinky boils down to an interaction with one person. everything that had been agreed to (in writing i should add) was changed, not that that is anything that would have translated into a problem. However i wasnt notified (still not an obstacle to civil discourse) the individual who answered the phone was difficult to communicate with. mostly because they seemed to be making the confusion my fault instead of simply giving accurate info to correct the confusion. at a point the individual became angry and stated we will simply cancel your service then hung up on me. at no time was i abusive or use any inappropriate language. i did call back and speak with a lovely individual who was sincerely apologetic and we agreed to continue service. after some thought and reflection i decided i would not enjoy calling and having to speak with the rude person only to have them get angry and cancel service again. after i canceled this person called and apologized that i took her action to be rude and abrupt. yes she actually blamed me for miss understanding her hanging up on me as rude or abrupt. an insincere apology is far worse than no apology. the insincere apology is what pushed me to leave this review. if you dont have to interact with the person i dealt with youll be fine. the other folks seem to be pleasant and interested in good business practices. ( i changed 1 star to 4 as i stated it was just one individual) had to change back to one star after they decided to steal money from me

I have used this company for years for not only my home but also my rental properties. Hands-down the best in the business. Very professional, polite and leave the work area just as clean as it was when they arrived.

I don’t know if the price they gave me to pump my septic was the cheapest in town because I didn’t call anybody else.... Cause, hello? Their name is Stinky Pinky! ‘Nuff said! But I did think it was fair, I gladly paid it. When I called they got a truck out the next day. Both the office staff and the pair that came to my house were nothing but nice and courteous. I’m happy with the whole experience.

My wife and I have called numerous times to get these truck drivers off of our property. My neighbor is a customer and they turn their truck around in my driveway every week. The Stinky reps on the phone told us over and over that they would stay off of our property. That was a lie. They still trespass. They still dont care. Im about to buy a NO TRESPASSING sign and a spike strip for the driveway, right after I file a police reort. And spare me the whole We are sorry for the inconvenience response. Youve lied before. You will just lie again.

This is by far the best business I have ever dealt with! Their customer service is above top notch and they go above and beyond to provide the service that you are paying for. I didnt realize they were still collecting trash on a certain holiday so I didnt take my trash can to the curb. I realized later that the gentleman came all the way up to get it by the garage and then put it back too! I cannot recommend them enough!

I cannot day one bad thing about this company they go over and beyond since I am a limited mobile person it’s the best thing I ever done was to get this service although am very sad they had to discontinue the house service because I am afraid this may become a issue for me but they have helped me to try and work out a solution and am thankful for that so I will be trying to get trash to the place for them and safe for me THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE HELP

Quality Service. These guys came out quickly and gave it all they got. Unfortunately, we need a different service technician because they traced the problem to indoor plumbing issue.. They did not charge us. All we had were some cookies we already open. Awesome company! I went out of town and came home the night before trash was picked up so I had no trash and didn’t put it down by the road. They got off the truck, walked up to my garage, grabbed the single pizza box out of the can, and took it back to the truck. Great customer service...super impressive!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. After a different septic company did a number on me, they not only fixed that mess but fixed the original ones as well. Very dependable, respectful company. I cant say thank you enough. They went above and beyond, if ever I need any other work done this would be the company I call.

They did a fairly big septic job for us and we couldnt be happier. Showed up early and did the job right! And more than fair prices.

Two weeks ago I was so sick I couldnt get out of bed. I heard the guy picking up trash and remembered I hadnt set out my can for pick up. To my surprise, the gentleman picking up trash walked up to my house, got the can, emptied the trash and then returned the can to my house! I was blown away by such great service!!! Well as far as there trash service goes they actually got our trash can out the very next day. I have had many different trash services in the past 15 years and to get it the very next day was a first after an initial sign up, i am getting a good vibe.

I called Stinky Pinky, talked to Sandy, who was a big help and had the truck here the next day. The guys that showed up were friendly and helpful. They are also cheaper than others in area. I would recommend them to anyone who has need of their septic pumped! I would even wear a Stinky Pinky T-shirt to show my appreciation and to pass the word!

They are reasonably priced, have never missed a pick up, great customer service! Our trash can is supposed to be at the curb on Sunday night but...we forgot. It is Christmas Eve and we are kind of all over the place mentally. Well I heard the truck coming, realized the can was still on the porch, so I grabbed my jacket and ran. To my surprise, the man was at my porch grabbing my trash can! I thanked him profusely and then noticed once they left that he had even put the trash can back up on the porch. It really blew me away. Most people don’t make customer service a priority anymore but they certainly do and because of it, they will have a customer for life!

I just walked back in from grabbing the bin, it was freezing and i hadnt made it out to take the bin to the curb yet. The crew that picks up off MLK blvd stopped came up the driveway got the bin and cleared it of trash. I made sure to go get it and wave as they left. They waved back. We moved into our rental about 4 weeks ago this week. I am still adjusting to bringing the trash to the curb as we lived in an apartment and didnt have to do this before. 1 night, I forgot to bring it and wanted to cry because it was full and I needed it to be emptied. I was hoping they hadnt came yet but they did. The greatest part about it was, they were kind enough to come to the front of my house and grab my trash bin and the garbage beside of it. HUGE thank you to the amazing pick up men/women and driver. You helped me more than youll ever realize. 3, 3 and under and trying to maintain a household is stressful! So thank you SO much!!

Had a bad experience with them.... Were the cheapest in town, very unprofessional person I spoke with over the phone we had some back and forth.... and then she decided to cancel my service having them to come pick up my can. But didn’t reimburse me my 50 bucks. So yea it’s a “NO” for me!

Dont use this company, charged me to replace a baffle and never replaced, charged me 175.00 for work never done....

Not only quick and painless, but offered Military Discount, Paperless Billing, Auto pay...and provided competitor contact information and recycling information; what more could we ask for?
