Went here for the first time and got a gel manicure. The next morning it had faded and left me with a ombré look which has never happened to me before with this color (I get it often), it’s supposed to be the darker pink at the tip and somehow faded overnight. I went in as soon as they opened the next morning attempting to explain it to the owner and nicely asking if she could fix it since I was going to be in a wedding and this isn’t what I paid for. She asked if I had been in the pool or sun (neither, it was cloudy and rainy from the time I got my nails done until the time I went to get them fixed) and offered 0 apology, explanation or even a refund for this happening and said she couldn’t fix them for another two days. As I was talking to her and trying to figure a way to work it out she then answered the phone and completely ignored me.

Highly recommend! They took me same day and did an amazing, thorough job!! Everyone is super friendly and helpful too - totally worth the price.

Great place! First time coming here for a pedicure. The woman who took my appointment I guess forgot to pencil me in but they took me anyway. Very friendly everyone here. And clean & relaxing. I’d definitely recommend.

I came in with the absolute worst nail job from a hometown salon, Angie literally perfected my nails!!! She started from scratch even though I came for a fill and completely fixed my nails. I am IN LOVE they are beautiful and the staff are amazing

Had a simple mani-pedi, no color or anything - I didn’t find the place comfortable, or the service anything special. My nails feel like they had zero pampering.

Love the Nail Bar! They always do an amazing job on my UV Gel (LCD Hard Gel) and everyone there is super nice and professional. Angie and the team are the best!

LOVE the nail bar!! They are always so friendly, and you do have to make an appointment but they are always willing to fit you in and make it work in their schedule. Been going there for 4 years now and have never had a bad experience with mani, pedi, waxing.. also very conscious and clean.

I love the caution they’re taking these days and my gel manicures have never lasted longer.

I have been going to Nail Bar for 15 years now. Angie, Mellie, Marianna and the other ladies are great. The place is clean and hygienic. Always get compliments on my UV gel manicure with people not even realizing that the nails are not natural. Booking in advance is required as they fill up rather fast

Ive been going to this place for a year. Its a clean and pleasant place to do your nails and depilation. Everyone that works there is respectful and clean, and the prices are very reasonable! This place is way better than most nail salons Ive visited in the city.

My wife was a sad lady when she came home from this place. You gave her a little finger cut and the wrong kind of nail stuff that she didnt ask for. ☹️

I was turned away from getting my nails done and told “they don’t have time to do my nails”. I have never experienced something like this ever at a nail salon. It was extremely rude and I will never be back.

It was really good service. The only thing that I didn’t like was that my cuticle was cut too short and I was bleeding.

I’ve been going to the nail bar since I was in college and working at a tanning salon nearby. The staff is second to none, Ashley and Angie are the BEST! So accommodating and sweet. I moved to the city for 5 years and after a while commuting all the way to Hoboken for a manicure was just too much, but I can tell you I never found anything as good as The Nail Bar in nyc. Now I am a mom and back in Jersey, I don’t have much time or money to be getting my nails done but whenever I do have a special event or vacation I am RIGHT back at The Nail Bar! Gel polish manicures have lasted me UP TO A MONTH! Eventually I take it off myself at home just because of my natural nail regrowth and not because of any chipping. This place is immaculately clean, the staff are some of the most friendly and sweet ladies I’ve ever met, and at the end of the day the work speaks for itself. They are a bit pricier than other salons, but BELIEVE me, you are getting your money’s worth.

The owner is just so rude. While my pedicure was okay, pretty basic to mess up, I wouldn’t give this salon my business again.I came there once for a pedicure and let it slide thinking she was just maybe having a bad day but then when I made an appointment for a UV fill in she told me I missed my appointment, which I didn’t, and then me she would have someone else do them but “don’t expect much”. Not really selling your employees well, so i told her I would go to another salon thanks anyway and she mumbled something under her breathe as I left. I did not give her an attitude back and she just overreacted to nothing. There is so many salons in Hoboken, it’s every easy to find another.Super unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend supporting this business.

They offer Zoya, CND Weekly Color, Essie (and Essie long wear for an additional charge), opi, and a few other brands of polish.
