For 3 weeks Ive had problems with my drain when I would take a shower flush a toilet it would back up into the shower I had another plumbing company come out and they freed the drain but it only lasted a week and then it came back the problem when I called you RJ came and he had her exceptionally large snake which was able to go down the toilet and clear the problem and Im very happy about this RJ did a very professional job he was very good and very careful with everything and hopefully in the future that if I ever need any plumbing or AC issues I will call RJ from Patricks heating and AC service sincerely Michael Chapman.PS EVEN MY CAT LIKES HIM

We had an after hours breakdown of our AC. Kurt called us back promptly and arrived within 10 minutes of calling. He assured us when he arrived that he has years of experience with our Rheem system. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the whole process as he went. He then informed us about a maintenance plan that we could sign up for but there was no pressure to sign up. We will definitely call Patrick’s again if we need service, and will also likely sign up for the maintenance plan.

Chad and JR inspected our water heater. The issue was not repairable, and they gave us details about ordering a new water heater. We placed the order with these two gentlemen and made an appt for 8-11-21 for the new one to be installed. Easy, great service!!!! First thing on 8-12-21, Justin and Jarvis were here with the new hot water heater and smiles on their faces. They removed the old and installed the new in a flash. Now we have Hot Water again! Clean, polite young men!! Will call Patricks again if we need repairs.

Had JR fix our sink. He was super nice and professional. Came in told me all the choices and how much they would be. Did his work in a timely manner and put with our noisy dog. Would go back to them for further plumbing needs.

Very prompt response time. We met with the salesman on Monday and Justin & Jarvis showed up the next morning and removed the old system, installed a bread new Lennox A/C unit inside and out. They had us up and running by 1:30pm, were cleaned up and gone before 2. Great job!

Got a note in the mail for a$29 a/c check up. Called the office and scheduled appointment. Office staff explained the work that the technician would do. She was very nice.A/C tech came out and completed the job. My a/c is in good shape and all levels check out normal. All for $29! I still can’t believe it. Will use Patrick’s again next year.

Our tech Junior was there for us within an hour of our call. He could not fix our 17 year old unit, but stayed until the sales person could get there and stayed to answer any questions. John and Shayne replaced our unit the next day. Efficient, professional, kind. It was an expensive unit, but top of the line heat pump and 5 ton to accommodate our home. Priceless to have it replaced in 24 hours from outage.

I called Patrick’s to look at my air conditioner as it seemed to be running too much and was making a hissing noise. Kurt, the technician was here on time and was very professional. He conducted service for my air conditioner and explained everything so I understood what he was talking about. He talk to me about a maintenance agreement plan but he was not pressuring me to buy it. He gets an A+ rating from me as does the company

When requesting prices on the phone I got a song and dance about the technicians not being available for that. I was told I would receive a call back which I did not. That is fairly unimportant. I would not bother to mention it. The problem is this company reels you in with a $49 diagnostic appointment which is actually very cheap but then their prices are over the top ridiculously high for actual work!! ! I had to pay for the diagnostics did not use them for the job. Technician also did not want to take the time to find the outlet pipe in the yard which I feel he should have.

They charged way too much, stated they are experienced and everything, charged us for new thermostat for $259 while you get on amazon as low as $60, only to find out ours is not really broken. and also capacitor for $259 but online you can get it for $16!!! Extremely not happy for their service, it’s like a daylight robber. We want our money back!

CALLED THEM EARLY IN THE AM ON JUNE 18TH, NEEDED GAS LINE FIXED. AT ALMOST 3 THEY SEND SOMEONE OUT THAT HAS NO IDEA ABOUT GAS. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM IF THEY DO GAS AND THEY SAID YES. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND THEY SAID A SUPERVISOR WOULD CALL ME BACK, BUT NEVER DID. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR THEIR REPUTATION. THIS WHOLE RESPONSE IS SLANDER AND LIES. I ASKED THE TECH IS HE WAS GOING TO PRESSURE TEST THE LINES TO FIND THE LEAK. HE TOLD ME HE DID NOT HAVE THE TOOLS TO DO THE JOB. I ASKED HIM WHIY DID I WAIT ALL DAY TO NOT HAVE THE TOOLS? I NEVER DEMANDED HE LEAVE AND YES I CUSSED WHEN I CALLED IN BECAUSE I HAD TO GO WITHOUT GAS. THEY ALSO NEVER TOLD ME YOU NEED A PERMIT TO DO GAS LIN ES. SO WHY SET UP A REPAIR YOU CANNOT LEGALLY DO. WHY NOT TELL ME THIS IN THE MORNING SO I CAN GO TO WORK AND NOT LOSE MONEY AND AS FOR REFUSING TO PAY, THAT IS A STONE COLD LIE. NO ONE ASKED ME TO PAY A DIME. WHAT WOULD I PAY FOR? YOU WASTING MY TIME? I CALLED AN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND ONE NEVER CALLED BACK BECAUSE YOU DID NOT CARE UNTIL I BLASTED YOU ON GOOGLE. YOU HAVE SLANDERED THE RIGHT PERSON THIS TIME.

I am of old school (a good owner or contractor, like Mike of the flooring company does, follows up closely with his customers) and we have had to chase after your staff, a few times, already.2) Per a GOOGLE / Wikipedia definition of lanai: A lanai or lānai is a type of roofed, open-sided veranda, patio, or porch originating in Hawaii. One can easily see or Airborne Tree Service can verify, from a posted photo, that the ducted Family Room is NOT a lanai, but a fully enclosed room, which as per the same photo, has never the back lanai had a tree fall on it, whereas, the main home did, at the end of 2017s Hurricane Irma, which another posted picture shows. What an amazing company!! Our HVAC system was 17 years old. We needed to have it replaced so we called Patricks. They came out and Jay gave us several pricing options. The very next day Justin and Garda showed up to do the installation. They were prompt, professional, efficient and curtious. The entire new system (inside and out) was working and they were gone by 11:30AM. I highly recommend Patricks for all your AC and plumbing needs. GREAT WORK!

I had my hot water heater replaced. My dad and I were planning to do it ourselves but our piping was outdated and I have a well. Chris came and completed the free estimate and had me scheduled first thing on Friday. Chad ending up being the repairman and the whole experience was educational and entirely enjoyable. If I have any other work, Im calling them first.

Chad and Jr came out for pricing on new shower pans in our house. Both were polite, nice and very informative!!!!!

They tried to charge 1008...told us we needed 2lbs of freon and a thermostat...said freon was 279 a lb...and the thermostat was 479....well I called another very reputable hvac company....they said the r22 freon that we supposedly needed was only 110....and the thermostat was 211....for a grand total of 431...thats a huge difference....so we went with them...turns out we didnt even need the freon that they claimed we desperately needed....or the thermostat. All we needed was to have the thermostat we already had calibrated...so their diagnosis was way wrong and if they had been right..it was triple what other companies charge

My garbage disposal was leaking due to an unclog drain resulting from a loosening of the top of the disposal system that needed tightened and the area around the mouth of the disposal needing to be cleared and cleaned of debris.

Technician arrived after dark. At first, said I needed a new relay. That didn’t work. Then said I needed a new blower motor or a whole new unit. Charged me $190 and fixed nothing. Within 15 minutes of him leaving, a salesperson called and told me a new blower motor would cost $1200 or I might be better off with a whole new unit for $5600! My unit is 6 years old. I told him I was going to get a second opinion. I did. Turned out it was the blower module. $300 NOT $1200!! Within a half hour my unit was back up and running.Patrick’s tech was here for an hour and a half and accomplished nothing.

To be honest the man they sent out was nice and sold me on the job. I even called in and paid the $300 dep for work. We set a date wile he was in my home, he was on the phone with the office and he set it and I put it on my calendar. (see not bad so far) Then I get a call 1-2 days before the service that was about a 2 week wait and they wanted to set up my day of service ... no it was already set????? This seamed unprofessional and made me not trust them so I canceled. You have to be strait forward. I needed a fit and it should if been set right first time.

The tectnition was outstant in resolving a problem created by another employee.And at no charge for the correction.
