This was my first visit here. I came after reading reviews. I asked for long tips w/ acrylic plus gell polish. Tony did a great job, was really nice and fast. FINALLY, a nail tech who pays attention to detail when it come to length and shape, including the sides and top! Ive been going to different salons trying to find a new home base. Ive been to 8 different salons this year. I can finally say I found a good nail tech! Im sure there are plenty out there, I just havent had one. I have had tech after tech that can do an OK job, just not one the does a great job, but Tony did! 💅🤩👍Thank you!

Its very clean and nice looking but Ive had these on for a day and they look like I had them for 2 weeks.....they dont fit properly and I asked for letter I said If you cant do it thats fine. He said he could and its just a no for me. There other services might be nice but I wont letters arent in righy place I asked so looks like fing ED...suppose to be D.E. I wony be going back.

Worst nail salon on the area. My second time coming here I’m sitting in the lobby waiting for my appointment that should have started 15 min ago. They could care less about appointment times. I came in to see Donna she is so rude pretty much toldMe to bad about my nails. the last time I came in the gentleman that sits nexts her cut my toes made me bleed and all my finger nails where uneven I asked him to fix and he was rude about it i ended up leaving and I’m back two weeks later. I had heard Donna was good came back to try her wish I didn’t waste my time on this place again! Worst attitudes we are paying for this service not the other way around for them to sit there and bad mouth us in a different language.

Ive been getting my nails done here for about 2 years now. Donna is wonderful, skilled, friendly and kind. In all of my many appointments shes probably only been running late once or twice. Ive seen Donna work very hard so I can only imagine it was previous customers that put her behind schedule. Andy and the rest of the team are super nice. Place is clean and I have never once been anything but completely comfortable and relaxed!

I arrived around 2:57 for my 3:00 appointment. My service for a toenail polish change did not begin until 3:30. No apology, or reason given from staff. Im aware this nail salon is not exactly upscale, but nonetheless its unacceptable. It is imperative to arrive on time for appointments because time is money, but the clients time is valuable as well. The service was decent, but I will need to touch up my big toe due to it not being completely polished. I would not recommend this salon.

I have been going there for years and anyone I sent there was happy also. Andy and Donna are great! They always try to accommodate you with your appointment needs. (Even if you broke a nail.) I strongly recommend an appointment. However, they do take walk-ins but you may have to wait.They have various types of polishes and colors galore.When I have a pedicure the chair is comfy with a great selection of massage choices.The atmosphere is very pretty with the lighting and colors, chandeliers and music.Highly recommend 💅

Donna and Andy are the best nail salon owners ever! They always take care of you no matter how busy they get! The best way to get seen is calling ahead to get an appointment. They range from Gel/shellac, acrylic, and dip. Pedicures are always to die for! Get the deluxe so worth it!!! I will always make sure to see Donna no matter where I live in the metro Detroit area.

I dont normally get my nails done. I walked in and felt welcomed right away. They were clean as well as friendly. I highly recommend them and will be going back for future visits.

I tried out this place today for the first time (and had my first pedicure since pre-Covid). I had the royal pedicure and Kim was amazing! I would highly recommend!

Made an appointment... still waited 20 minutes... the guy who did my pedicure was so unfriendly and rushed through the Golden pedicure..... like who gets a deluxe service and is done in 30 minutes? The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and the other staff seem to be really friendly.... but this guy was rude and rushed me and didnt even want to do a design on my toe! He needs to work on his customer service

There are two men. The younger one is the one I had. Look I get that you wont to complete the service, but to half do a pedicure that is a paid service is unacceptable. We go to the nail salon for two reasons... beautification treatments and relaxation. Thats not what I got. Frustrated at best. Ill try the older lady next time, but if that doesnt work Ill go somewhere else.

This nail salon is horrible! They rip you off and talk bad about you in their language. I was over charged twice and they never tell you what you are paying for. They are never on time for appointments but expect for you to leave them a tip. I will never go back there again!

Donna is very sweet and accommodating. She really cares about the customers that come into this salon. She makes sure you are happy with the service by asking if you like the color and everything before you leave. I even have my mom to start coming here and even her is always satisfied every time. Tony is great too! I usually request him to do my nails. He is very thorough with the way he cleans my nails and everything. These two are my favorite people to do my nails. Thank you so much! ❤️

Super clean, decor is great, music relaxing but he cut my nail too short which hurt for days and I was surprised because of the level of experience I expected. English was also good.

I got my nails done on August 24th, a full set with gel polish and one holographic accent nail. I thought it was great and Andy did a wonderful job, except for the fact the holographic nail was very patchy. I was mistaken. Six days later my nails were coming off, but not like they normally do after having a set on for a while. Instead of coming up by the cuticle, two of the three nails I lost came off at the point where he superglued the tip onto my natural nail. The acrylic stayed on my natural nail, but the entire tip just broke off. After spending $54 on nails WITHOUT including tip, that was completely ridiculous. I decided to call in and see if theyd be willing to fix it. Andy said I could come in so he could decide if he would fix it and for how much. I wasnt going to pay anymore for something that wasnt my fault, but I came in anyway. Donna told me to come back later and she would fix them for free. I even told her I didnt want Andy to do them and she said it was fine, shed do it. So I come back and she sends me to him to do them. He starts to fix up my nails, which is fine. He can take them off, but Donna and I agreed she would put the new set on and fix the other ones. All while he is trying to fix them he is being rude and disrespectful. Plus since he was aggravated he was rushing and slipped with the dremel tool three times, catching my skin every time. Then, I was told that because my hands were currently sweating (82° and humid out) my nails would never last more than a week. Mind you, I have been getting my nails done for 8 years at least. I have NEVER had an issue with my nails lasting anything less than 3-4 weeks every single time. When I told him I have never had this issue he started becoming very aggressive. Every time I noted that a certain nail was coming off that he chose to ignore or some inconsistency he would snatch my hand and tear the acrylic off of my nail. Then came time to replace the nails that broke off. I politely asked him to get his wife because I did not want him putting on my nails. Here is where things exploded out of control. He started telling me he wasnt ever going to let anyone in the salon fix my nails again, shoving a bottle of nail prep in my face telling me he uses it special to make nails last longer, telling my my nails will never last more than a week again, shoving me out of his work area to send me to Donnas, all while yelling for his wife to come do my nails because I didnt want him to do it. She already knew that though from our previous conversation at 2 pm. When I went to Donna she had an immediate attitude. I was going to do a different color as I I couldnt find the exact color match I had before with the short amount of time they gave me to look. Before all of this happened, they had said it was fine. When I reminded Donna before she even started that one of my nails previously had holographic pigment she flipped out saying if I chose another color she was going to charge me for another set. I said fine and quickly chose another color similar to the one I previously had. Mind you, still not exactly the same. When I tried to tell her what color he put the holographic pigment on (he used a bright neon orange instead of the coral I had on the other nails) she told me she knew what she was doing. I tried to tell her that he used a different polish on the accent nail to give it the desired look, but she was having none of it. Just kept snapping at me that she knew what she was doing and that I needed to just let her do it. After she calmed down a bit she was okay and decided to try to talk to me like a human being. However, she was VERY rough with my hands. My fingers now ache from how roughly she was using the dremel tool on the nails. Not to mention the three times Andy slipped which already caused me pain. I did still tip her $10 because I was there for 90 minutes, and I am not a savage, but being treated like that by the OWNERS of a business is completely unacceptable. Ive never had these kind of issues before or been treated so poorly at a nail salon.

Treat yourself to a great experience. I just left after getting the Royal Pedicure and shellac manicure. I’ve been going to Donna for a couple weeks f years now. She does a great job every time, I love her. The place is incredibly clean and they are very conscious of Covid requirements.

My boyfriend and I came here. I had not had my feet done since before the pandemic started. I was alittle skeptical because I have place I normally go to but they were booked that day. This place was not full and they were only taking appointments. They also followed all COVID guidelines. My boyfriend loved it too since it was his first pedicure.

The service was nice up until they told me $10 for a polish change then told the white man $5 20mins later. I end up not doing the polish change and let him finish (since he was in the middle of doing my nails) with just a soak off. Won’t be going back.

The best choice of colors and gels. It seems like such an obvious thing for a nail salon to have but they definitely have the best and widest selection. Anything you are looking for and they have it.

Had a great time. Came on a Saturday night approximately 1830. They close at 1900/1930. Didn’t matter to them that it was end of their day. They were very friendly and accommodating. As a man I often find places that do the minimum but this place really stood out. Very personable staff that had us laughing the whole time. Pedicure was great. Very efficient and thorough. Massage was even better. Will definitely be back.

Good service, clean, friendly staff. They didn’t talk my ear off, but didn’t ignore me, either; great balance. Only briefly spoke in another language while working on me, and she genuinely apologized afterward and explained there was a crisis with her nephew. I appreciated that she wanted to be sure I wasn’t insulted by it. Affordable prices, which is nice because I didn’t see pricing posted anywhere.I don’t like how you have to pick your nail color. Rather than selecting a color from bottles on a shelf you have to check out painted artificial nails on color boards connected by a binder ring. And no apparent logic to the color collections, such as grouping all reds together, all blues together, etc. It’s cumbersome to try to separate desired colors from undesired.Also, I’ve gone twice and no type of refreshment was offered. Perhaps they no longer do that. But I like them and I would recommend them.

Fast, quality work. Always schedule an appointment and be patient and kind. You dont know what kind of day happened before you walked in. These people work hard and care!

Had a wonderful experience today. Had a pedicure and wax. The staff was very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The air is clean, compared to other places were you smell the nail polish and stuff.Definitely will be back.

I came here to get my nails done with Dip powder for my wedding (which was the next day) I asked the technician if they could do a French in dip powder and said yes! Would you like clear or pink? I replied clear. That was the end of the conversation. There were no recommendations or advice given to me about choosing the clear versus the pinkOnce I could see the outcome I immediately stopped her and told her that it was not looking good because the clear part looked as if there were hundreds of tiny bubbles under which was a result of the powder. That was when she then said you should have done pink, the pink hides that. We dont do French dip with the clear because of this I told her if you had let me know that before we started I would have taken your advice and went with the pink! How was I supposed to know that? The other technicians all agreed it did not look good. I asked her to just take it off and redo it since it looked so horrible. Thats when she said, we will charge you double for that I said absolutely not. Then the manager came up and tried convincing me to cover it with glitter, which I tried and that looked even worse. The nail tech and manager started speaking in their language and after, the manager said well she told you not to do the clear and to do the pink and I said that is a lie! Whatever she just told you is not correct. She never said that to me. Instead of doing it the right way and removing it and restarting they kept trying to cover it. So I ended up with layers of shellac over the top of the dip, which inevitably ended up peeling 3 days after I got them done. This was the worst nail salon experience Ive ever had. So unprofessional and had the audacity to actually lie to try to make themselves look better. I will never ever go back here and have made sure to tell all of my friends and family to never go here either.

Donna and Andy are SO NICE. My best friend and I go every two weeks, and always feel like we are going to visit our friends. They do a fantastic job, and really want you to be happy with how your nails look. They offer drinks and snacks, which makes the whole experience feel even more like your pampering yourself, but at a competitive price. I always leave happy, and excited to come back. I live in Livonia, but it is worth the 25-30 minute drive.

Wonder Nails is the best nail spa in Novi! As long as I have been treating myself to manicures and pedicures I have to say that my experiences here have been the BEST I have ever had. Donna and Andy are a wonderful couple that make you feel comfortable and welcome. They go out of their way to provide you with the best service in town. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a nail spa that you will want to go back to every time you want to feel pampered and more. They really take pride in their work and want you to walk away feeling relaxed and looking forward to your next appointment. My husband knows when he wants to do something special for me he goes right to wonder nails to buy me a gift certificate.

Primo job! So, I naturally assumed he must be the better between them. Until I had the opportunity to have Donna do my nails. It turns out shes just as meticulous as Andy!! I absolutely love coming here. Your seen punctually if you arrange an appointment. And walk-ins dont wait long. They have appropriate staffing.They also offer a relaxing 🍷while your receiving your pedicure on a reclining massage chair. Comfortable lighting and pleasant surroundings complete the salon.Easily replacing my former nail artist because of timing. Timing is important for me and opening at 9:30a during the week and also being open on Sundays make Wonder Nails a hands down easy choice.People often dont take the time to share the good. But when your experience is so good, you have to. I myself, value the opinions people share online. Good or bad you want to know the experience. That being said, I give Wonder Nails 👍🏽👍🏽Upon returning to the salon it was a different story all together 😖 they were dismissive and impatient. I’m learning friendliness and courtesy are reserved for first timers only or perhaps if your white, which I am not. Smh, this world is so annoying.It appears we will never over come 😞😕

That’s crazy my baby girl has 2 years old she’s don’t like using mask so the I think the Chinese lady say I can not do the pedicure coz the baby not used mask that’s crazy I was looking for a place to do my pedicure but these people seem crazy to me how they are going to demand a two-year-old girl to wear a mask if she doesnt want to 👎

I went into this place and was told that they were busy and I needed to come back tomorrow. Today is Monday and they had 2 people there. I cant say how many appointments they may have had but the way I was even greeted was terrible. A white lady came in directly after and they told her to come back in an hour. My husband was extremely upset and told them such and they acted frighten and once he walked out they nicely called another white lady who had just walked in to the back for her pedicure. I will never give them my money. We just moved out this way and this was one of many racist experiences, unfortunately.

I got a shellac manicure here and in less than 24 hours my nails started to chip and peel. I would never go back and most definitely advise all my friends to stay away from this place.

The husband and wife duo owners only cared about their Skype or FaceTime-ing with their family? It made me feel I was in their way! In my observation the other 2 customers there during the time I was, were also not talking. I had to ask for coffee and they just looked at me....so I said with the awkward silence, “oh that’s ok.” (I really should have left, their polish began to chip that evening)...So no beverage was offered to me.My normal nail salon I usually go to was busy and I needed just a manicure for an event next day. I will continue to be faithful to the place that is always nice and clean and K-cup coffee always ready. It’s a nail salon off Pontiac trail and commerce rd. Also they are less expensive than this place and their polish stays on a very long time! So will not be returning to this wonder-nail place again. I mean they didn’t even smile? What?
