Let me just tell you this: MICHELLE GAMBLE is amazing. I came in with long blonde hair, and I left with a perfect dark brown shoulder length cut. She was so nice and talkative, she knew exactly what she was doing, and she asked my opinion on everything that she did!!!! 100% will be going back!

This place is high end, with the price tag to match. Every ounce of my body is screaming to deduct a star for their high prices, but I decided that that wouldnt be fair. If people are willing to that premium for a moderately more luxurious experience, then theyll get a good haircut for their trouble. Their staff do seem to know how to give a good cut, and Id say you can trust them with your hair for your coin. Ive come to realize that I simply am not their target customer, their prices are a bit too steep. Maybe thats the price of beauty, but I wont review bomb them just because I wasnt in their demographic. So. The place looks nice, theyre professional, and theyre doing what they can with covid to make the most out of whats possible right now, and I respect that. Good on them.

My long time stylist, Katie Martin, is a new stylist at this salon. I was nervous about walking into the new salon, because I didn’t know anyone and I wasn’t sure if Katie arrived yet. The moment I walked in the door, I was taken back at the beautiful, chic set up of the salon. You walk in a instantly feel relaxed because of the beautiful layout and color scheme. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel that much of a newbie. The products they use, as well as sell, are top of the line. I got the prettiest balayage by Katie, but my hair didn’t feel dry and stringy like it has before.This salon is top of the line and definitely worth trying. I’m excited to continue getting my hair done at this place!

The worst customer service, went for a massage to find out the massage therapist I booked with called in and I would have someone else. This has happened twice. No notification, poorly managed. Will not return!!

I have just started to have Kat do my nails, let’s just say she is a miracle worker, my nails were a mess from just being done at a different salon and after she was done correcting the mess, they were beautiful!!! She is well educated on her service, performs her service to the highest level and is a delight to be with! My nails seriously have never looked so good! I rarely write bad reviews because I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but in this case its necessary. Prior to vacation, my wife made an appointment for shellac mani/pedi on Friday, Feb 12. The appointment was during the day at the time the spa had available, so she made arrangements to leave work early. Despite confirming the appointment by text the night before, she arrived only to be told the girl who was supposed to perform the service took the day off. And they were too busy to have someone else do it. The woman at the front desk was very rude and told my wife that they tried to call her and let her know but her voicemail was full, which was true. But why not text in the same way they do to confirm appointments, or God forbid, try her back a second time? Instead, they left her high and dry and every other place was already booked due to Valentines Day. If you like overpriced services with the chance you drive 25 minutes there only to be turned away, this is your place. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!

Had appointment for service, I was refused service due to having Botox ten days earlier.Was not mentioned at time of appointment, or when I checked in. Not until I was undressed and ready to begin service was it brought up. Nothing further was said. Unprofessional, poor communication, no follow up.

Whether it’s getting a haircut with Erin or a pedicure with Suzanne the service is always top notch. And now, with Covid worrying people about safety, I can say that I’m 100% confident in the measures that have been implemented to ensure both employees and guests are safe. I cannot recommend Visions enough!

Hands down best pedicure experience of my life. The whole staff from the moment I walked in was great the atmosphere was beautiful and so relaxing. Jennifer White gave the most relaxing fantastic pedicure ever. I was here almost 2 hours well worth the time and money. This is definitely my new spot to go. I have some really bad spots on my heels and I’m still so amazed how soft she got them. Highly recommend the royal pedicure. Can’t wait to come back for my birthday in a month.

I have been a Visions customers for years. I followed them from their old salon on Novi Rd. to their new, and absolutely beautiful salon/spa on Beck Rd. I can honestly say, I have never had a bad experience and have always left there feeling amazing. My friend and I went in on Valentines Day and had facials. Tressa and Mary are the BEST!! It was my friends first time at Visions and she said it was the best facial shes ever had. Every Christmas, birthday and Mothers Day, when asked what I want, Visions Gift Card is first on my list :)

I am a diabetic and had a pedicure. Bess knew just how to take care of my feet. I felt like a million dollars when I left. I highly recommend this salon.

My husband and I went to Visions for a couples massage, it was the best massage either of us had ever had! The atmosphere was so warm and relaxing, the massage itself was fantastic, and then we sat in the sauna after the massage for a while. Couldnt recommend the spa enough. We will definitely be going back.

I went to my hair appointment after waiting for weeks to get in. I had a color and cut scheduled. My stylist wanted to give me highlights by bleaching my hair without using Olaplex even after she saw my already damaged hair. Then when I requested she use Olaplex she charged me additional $30. When it was time to cut my hair. I had showed her multiple pictures of the hair style that I was looking to achieve. It was an reverse angled bob, very popular and common right now. She did not know how to cut it, I ended up with a 12 year old hair cut from a mom.She stopped and asked another hair stylist to help her cut my hair. The other woman proceeded to chop off my hair making it shorter and shorter. Finally I asked them to stop. It is so uneven and choppy I dont know what to do with it. I have very straight hair so it shows everything.I asked to speak with a manager but no one was working until Monday.Lets see what happens. I spent $300 on a disaster. a $172 cut and color plus plus plus not even sure how it got that high. One of the worst experiences . So much for 2 years of growing out my hair.

A friend recommended I go here for a hydro facial. My appointment was with Mary and I was happy with the results of the facial. Staff is professional and the spa is clean. Relaxing atmosphere. I plan to make this a regular part of my routine.

Every time I come to Vision Spa Salon I am impressed by the level of service I receive. Amanda B. does amazing things with my hair, is incredibly creative, and makes you feel at ease the minute you sit down. The atmosphere at the salon is funky but relaxing and you are always treated like a star.

Best. Massage. Ever.I had a prenatal massage, with the incredible Beth. I love that they have a pillow with a hole for the belly and breasts that allows us prego ladies to lay face down, instead of having to lay on our side.The whole experience at Visions was perfect from the super soft robes, to the snack bar, to the heated shoulder wraps, to the sauna (that I unfortunately couldnt use due to baby growing!).

The reason for 3 stars:1) Their hospitality overall we expected more. The friendly factor is a little dull.2) Their shampoo bowls? Is a deal breaker for return hair visits. It is because the water pressure is so so weak. Getting hair washed is part of the enjoyment of getting hair done and I found it was not enjoyable at all.The salon looks nice inside and I’m sure other services there are fine and I look forward to trying other services there.I do like the lady that did my hair. Very nice lady.

I love Visions Spa. Been going there for quite some time. I use Rita for my massages and Suzanne for my spa pedicures. The spa pedicures are amazing, an hour long of pure relaxation. You go into a darken room, soak your feet then move to a comfy recliner where they apply a cool eye pad, hot mitts on your hands then tilt you back for total relaxation for an hour. It is amazing!!!!!

It was a great experience. Bess is Amazing and Knowledgeable. The all natural products had me upon entry. Ill be back today to purchase items. My new go to place when visiting

I had a great experience at Visions. Kyleigh was very kind and professional. She listened to my every request and answered my unending list of questions. She even gave me a much needed lesson in blow drying my hair for the best results. My hair feels healthy and looks so good (even after I did it myself)!

My brother gave me and my sister a gift certificate for the Royal Package. This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire day. A wonderful relaxing day of pampering! The staff was amazing, the facility was super clean and lunch was delicious. 80 minute massage, paraffin hand treatment and best pedicure ever! Thank you all for making our “sister spa day” perfect!

My experience with Visions was great! It started out as a rough day for them, as their computer system crashed the day before and a lot of appointments were lost. Including mine. However, it worked out and they were able to squeeze me in at a later time. They were very nice and apologetic about the situation, and even gave me some thank you gifts for being patient with them. To top it off, I loved my hair stylist and my new haircut looks awesome! I will definitely be going back there!

I have been going to Visions for 14 years and even though Ive now moved to St. Clair Shores, I still make the trek across town to go there. The spa is so nice (there is NOTHING like it on the east side) and the employees Ive gone to are all lovely and very good at what they do. Its my treat to myself, and while I dont get there as much as when I lived 5 miles away, I will be still making the hour drive for the Visions experience!

I had a fantastic experience at Visions! After moving back to the area a few months ago, I have been trying to find a new place to get my nails done. After several tries at various place, I think Ive found it! I got a gel manicure with Helena and not only did she do a great job on my nails, she was fun to talk to. We ended up talking about Star Wars for most of the appointment, it was awesome! I am so pleased with my experience and definitely will be back.

They have a great variety of services, quality beauty products and also many other nicely selected things for sale, great for gifts. We arrived with no appointment and the attention was great, we didnt wait that much considering we didnt have an appointment. Installations look great and they offer a little coffee and snack area for those who wait. I didnt get a haircut myself but I look forward to go back and try.

I gave two stars instead of one because I have to take partial responsibility for not looking up the prices online before booking. I booked a couples massage...$190 for 60 minutes and $280 for 80 minutes WHAT?! So for 20 more minutes I paid an additional $90?! I feel like I could puke just writing this. I’m an ER nurse, I literally keep human beings alive on ventilators and I make $31/hr. I mean COME ON $280?! My massage was a fluff massage, I said medium-firm pressure and received light pressure...my husband gives better. With tip I paid $300 for an 80 minute massage (Being a waitress for 9 years before becoming a nurse I fully understand the importance of a good tip...normally leaving less than a 10% tip is unheard for me...but...I shouldn’t have tipped at all looking back at it). Never again will I go to this place total rip off. I don’t care how many frozen grapes and orange-infused water refills you give me...NOT WORTH $300.

I have Never been so pampered in my whole life and that place was Awesome and Amazing. Pam did a Fabulous job on my toes. I wish I could afford to have given her more of a tip. She was Absolutely Fantastic. If I were to ever afford to be pampered like that, I recommend going here and having Pam doing your Pedicure.

This was by far the best day spa I have ever been to. I had received the Signature Package as a gift, so I was there for a massage, a facial, and hand & foot treatment. I loved how the day spa section was its own area, and how quiet and peaceful it was and just beautiful inside. I so appreciated all of the little touches that went so far to make me feel relaxed, welcome, and pampered. I loved the sauna I could sit in for as long as I wanted before or after services (or in between services, as the case may be). I loved how every service I had involved me getting massaged in some fashion. The robe and socks were nice, as were the snacks and beverages available in the sitting area. I loved the heated pack someone was always putting on my shoulders while I was waiting for my next service. All of the services I received were awesome, and everyone there seemed to only be interested in making sure I was as relaxed and as comfortable as possible. I have not felt that relaxed in a very long time. I wanted to move in and never leave.

Great for a girls day. Relaxing private environment. I marked 3 stars because some of the younger staff was rude and abrupt. Also 40 minutes into my hour massage there was a loud ruckus that lasted for the next 25 minutes coming from the esthetician room. Totally ruined the relaxing experience.

Had a special Breast Cancer fundraiser to attend - so as a breast cancer fighter I decided to treat myself & have my make-up done rather than doing it myself. DO NOT go through Angela. I love this salon, but have now had two bad experiences with this “tier 3” hairdresser. I am giving one star due to her work specifically. This is due to not only her lack of skill, but lack of professionalism as well. I brought my mother in who is very simple, for a darker “light brown” look. She argued with me on the look we were trying to achieve until I finally submitted to trusting her to do as she pleases, as long as she has a darker look overall. My mom’s hair turned out white blonde, and she left the gray, so that when she pulls back her hair, it looks like she needs it done. For $180... I could have done better with a box dye. Angela proceeded to argue with my mom and sister that my mom’s hair looked light because of the light. Now we are going somewhere else to fix her hair... thanks Angela. 👍

In an effort to turn an out of state wedding weekend (for this Wisconsin girl) into a bit of a relaxing weekend too, I found Visions online and booked a facial. My experience was *out of this world*. From being greeted at reception, to every single step of the process, I could not give higher praise. Kathleens facial was **exceptional** - and I highly recommend her! If I lived here, I would no doubt be a regular. I truly thank Kathleen and Visions staff for taking such good care and being so good at what you do - it matters, and it made a very significant and personal difference for me today. Called to order a gift certificate for $300. The lady on the phone had a horrible attitude. I tried to kill her with kindness, but she was just in a nasty mood. Asked to order the gift certificate and she said it would be an additional $10 to order over the phone. Lots of other Spas out there.

What a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, efficient, and obviously highly qualified. I enjoyed the sensitivity of the staff asking questions about previous skin care, product history, and careful review before application. A luxurious and lovely adventure from start to finish.

I’ve only been to this salon a few times and will not be back. I recently got a pedicure and the experience was so disappointing. I was expecting my feet to feel and look amazing for such high end prices. I was shocked that I got a better massage and pedicure from places much cheaper. Even though it was late in the day I should not have felt rushed. I was not even asked how I wanted my nails shaped and I can still feel callouses on my heels and big toes. I felt totally ripped off after leaving.

Ive been going to Visions for about six years or so. Everyone there is welcoming and wonderful! I adore Michelle G. for hair, and when Michelles schedule and mine conflicted for a bit, I saw Angela and she was amazing, too! For nails Ive always had outstanding experiences, but I try to see Bess whenever I can! Over a year ago we moved 25 minutes away, and I still make the drive on 696 to get over to Visions. No one else compares.

Hard to review since I always fall asleep!!! But mind you, Im not complaining. I took my mom there for her birthday so we could both get spa pedicures. They wrap you in warm towels and blankets and put a cool lavender mask on your eyes. Then they make your feet all soft and wonderful, but I dont remember much after the lavender mask because that put me right out. To say I was relaxed would be an understatement. Ive fallen asleep during this service before though so I wasnt terribly surprised. I warned everyone that I might snore, but they assured me that I did not!!! Ill definitely be back.

I have gone to Visions for years now and had the Signature Foot Treatment. I have always loved this so much that when my company treats us to a spa day this is the service I choose. This year I was so excited I upgraded to the Royal Massage for 80 minutes. In the past they have always massaged my legs as part of the service and this year they did not. When I asked the tech said she just likes to focus on the feet even though the description clearly states the legs are included. After letting the spa know of my concern they offered me 15% off a future foot treatment and literally suggested I just use a different tech next time that does a better job. I do not feel this was a satisfactory resolution for a $100 service (Plus $20 tip) to not get what I paid for. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled by management. I honestly felt that my $30 pedicure I receive at my nail place does a better job.a minute ago

We got a gift card for the couples massages which included a dinner after the massages and i must say the dinner ruined the experience. The food seemed like it was ordered the day before and they microwaved it and served it to you...we were sat in a dining area between the lockers where people would change. I would never do that again. Disappointing. to say the least. Only giving it 2 stars because its a nice place inside.

I had been looking for a VERY long time for a salon that could meet my particular hair needs.I brought my photo of what I desired in a hair style, the formula for my hi lights for my hair, and a photo of the type of scissors that was needed for my hair cut to achieve the look I wanted!I asked is there anyone here that could meet these needs? VIOLA!They have met every one of my requests. In fact, if Im not completely satisfied they will make it right.Give Vision Spa & Salon a try and you wont be disappointed.

Was not super impressed with my masseuse and it was extremely pricey considering what the facilities offer. You can go to a Las Vegas full day spa that gives you included access to their pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room for the same price.

One of the best local spa experiences! I make an effort to treat myself to a massage or body treatment from here at least once a year. Such a serene environment, and the waiting area is the best--super quiet, snacks/beverages for guests, comfortable seating. Couldnt recommend this place enough!

I only came to visions Once and never came back. I walked in and there were 2 counters with a female at each one talking to each other. No one acknowledged my presence, and even when I walked up to one of the counters, my presence still was not acknowledged. They still kept talking. I walked out, and one of them said, have a good day. The customer service and respect was non-existent. I booked a spa day for myself and my 2 friends at another place.

I used Visions Spa Salon for hair and makeup services for my bridal party on my wedding day. They were FANTASTIC! They arrived early, set-up quickly and immediately got to work. I had a big bridal party - 8 bridesmaids, bride, mother of the bride, mother-in-law of the bride and an aunt. The girls at Visions not only provided stunning hair and makeup looks for everyone, but they were able to finish early! Susan Cripps did my bridal hair and makeup. Her attention to detail, fashionable eye and skills made my look flawless. I am SO thankful to her! I will definitely use Visions again in the future.

I loved my services at Visions. The spa itself is immaculate and the customer service is outstanding. Also, if you are pregnant this is the place to go for a prenatal massage. They have a magical pillow/cushion on the table that will allow you to still get the massage laying on your stomach. Ask for Rita!

Ive been visiting the salon regularly for my haircuts and Ive always had a positive experience. Great atmosphere, desk staff, and stylists (Amanda gave me a very nice haircut my last visit). Be sure to call well in advance so that you can schedule the best time for yourself, they seem to keep quite busy.

Fairly pricey, as most high-end salons are... but talented stylists who do what you ask, NOT what they think would look good on you, LOL. They ASK what you want on each visit, unlike another local salon (they kept repeating same highlights every time until I was almost completely blonde 🤤/I only need PARTIAL highlights/mostly dark brown hair...smh.). VISIONS SALON listens to customers.

Amazing spa and salon. I go every chance I can. Pricy but definitely worth every penny for the most luxurious pampering youll find in SE Michigan. Definitely on par with the high-end spas on the East and West coasts. Wish there was something like Visions closer to Ann Arbor.

Super disappointed I had a appointment today for reflexology hand and foot, head neck and shoulder stress and headache relief and added a hot wax scalpel treatment I showed up and there was none there who could do these treatments, not even a massage. They made me book with a credit card Incase I didn’t show up and they sent me a confirmation which I showed to the hostess . There wasn’t even a manager on site for me to talk too!!!

Had a 9:45 appointment at 10:30 nobody had helped me yet. Wait in line 10 min for them to go ask my stylist what happened and said oops I have all ready started someone else, come back later . Nice too bad I had to go to work and now my hair isn’t done what i needed it done for. Completely wasted my time, and they were rude about there mistake!

Everything about this spa is AMAZING. I have found my new favorite spot! They service was superb. My appt time started before their official open time, but I arrived 10 minutes late. They did not dock my massage or body polish time for my late arrival. This is very rare. They have a very wide range of extremely relaxing services & they also have a sauna for afterwards. They have locker rooms for your belongings, they provide you with a robe and slippers for your stay. And at the end of my massage, they gave me socks to keep along with the poultice they used during my massage. They have frozen grapes, cucumber water and other small snacks for your stay. And I just cannot stress enough how amazing my entire experience was from the moment I walked in to the moment I pulled out of the parking lot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I was a little scared when I walked in and probably drove Angela crazy with my fears, but wow! she trimmed it up, added long layers and it looks fantastic!! I went to a retreat that weekend and so many people complimented me on my new hairstyle (two of them were stylists at another salon). I love Visions Salon and I highly recommend Angela!!

I had the most amazing experience at Visions Spa today when I went in to have my 1st facial ever. Oh wait I need to give you a little background about myself to make this story make sense to everyone, I have been in the beauty industry for 30 years and I know a LOT about customer service with that being said I was so fortunate to get Teresa and the reason I say this is because she started to give me the most WONDERFUL facial but about 10 minites into the facial I started to have a reaction to one of the products. NOT Teresas fault at all!!! This beautiful women did NOT freak out she kept calm and she kept me calm, her professionalism is UNBELIEVABLE!!! I then spoke to the owner and he was so sweet.. He gave me a very nice lotion on the house and I was not charged for todays service!! So to make this really long story just a little shorter lol I will MOST definitely be back next week for my facial with Teresa who also called me tonight on her own time just to see how Im doing. This Spa truly cares about their clients which is SO rare these days..Renee

Brittanie, is an amazing hair stylist with an personable and professional personality. I keep coming back to her because she nails it everytime. I love how she consults with me on what will work best with my hair type and style. Will definitely be coming back! Visions salon is great!!

Beautiful spa (Katie P. for massages and Jennifer for pedicures) Great hair stylist (Vanessa) Staff is always very polite and very attentive. Its a whole different world when you enter the spa and thats what I love about it.
