LOVE LOVE LOVE! I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time here today. I arrived a tad bit early and the super kind lady took me back right away. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. It hurt like absolute heck but the lady helped me through it and gave me tissues. The results were soo clean and amazing! My eyebrows have never looked this good. Will definitely be coming back 🥰

I was this afternoon at the spa with my daughter to get her eye brows done. When the lady who did the eye brows was done she left my daughters face covered with hair and I tried to clean it up and asked her if she has a brush and she responded no and ignored my request. I never saw this treatment before, she should clean the face at least with a tissue which I did, how could you leave a spa when your face is covered with hair like that. That was unprofessional and I did not appreciate it. Hope this review would provide better treatments for customers in the future!

Very great place. I go there for waxing. Discrete and welcoming. Sam, the owner, she is awesome and knows every customer. Shanti is awesome too. Both are friendly, heartwarming and just great.Note: both are vaccinated and take appointments only currently.

I did my laser treatment for face and underarms and I am impressed with the results. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for laser hair removal at reasonable prices.

Lovely and Friendly. Its very clean and good work. I have got myself waxed. It was very quick and neat. She does the eyebrows very well as well. It is not painful.

This is the only place I go for my eyebrows now. Hurts like heck to get them threaded but it lasts longer. They also have good cleaning practices. I stopped going to nails salons after the lady finished her lunch and attempted to do my eyebrows without washing her hands. The ladies that work at iShya are great as well.

The special product of wax and her techniques she uses for Brazilian is amazing. It is fast, less pain with smooth, clean outcome, surely a 5 star service!!!!

Went here within a 15-minute notice for the Express facial and they took me in, which I really appreciated. The service itself was great, I did not catch her name, but it could have been the owner. The facial was very relaxing and although I only had time for an express, I do plan on being back for the full facial some time in the future.

Amazing! The staff is so friendly and very welcoming!! Sam really knows her stuff. I recommend doing a free laser consultation before your appointment. It really helps the technician and yourself. I love that they take time to further their education so you know youre getting the best. Not only you can be confident in their work, but they treat you right and pamper you. Fabulous place!!!

Best place for saloon services. The staff at isha spa as always is friendly, helpful, and professional. I have received a good spa treatment and waxing. The one time I wasnt 100 percent satisfied they worked with me until I was. Great place, nice ambience and great service. Sam in particular is very very professional. Dont even know how did I not know about this place before. I went for body waxing and threading services. The lady was super amazing. I just love her. Been to few other places and came out with weird experiences. People should def know more about iShya spa. Even the owner was sweet. I would def recommend everyone to this place as they even charge very less prices with excellent quality. I couldnt be happier with my experience and results of treatments from iShya Spa. The staff is super friendly and Sam who performed my procedures has been knowledgeable and very informative going through the process. So far Ive done three treatments of skin rejuvenation and Laser Hair removal. I can honestly see a difference with my skin, It glows! Looking better than ever!! All pigmentation in my face is faded, 90% is gone!!! Hair removal is a great success as well; most of all it is pain free. I highly recommend iShya spa for all your beauty needs.

I live in California but I have a few family members who are faithful to this shop so I decided to give it a try during my visit today! Wow am I impressed. I messed my eyebrows up terribly attempting to touch them up on my own and she fixed them wonderfully. I honestly have no idea how she was able to revive my brows, they look fabulous! I will definitely return when Im in the area. She also touched up my mom and sisters brows and we all left looking marvelous.

Professional and clean. I will be going back. But if youre getting a Brazilian...make sure the backside is handled. Part of my bum was left undone. I prefer being done front and back (rooda to the tooda) 😃

The building is easy to find, very clean and nice. Shanti has very gentle hands and is great at what she does. I went for the Brazilian and left very satisfied. They also have a Groupon that they will give you that price if you use it even after you’ve used up the groupon.

I have been to many places for face threading, had welts that was bleeding and burning.And my face was burning from how painful the process was.Then I found Ishya Spa. They are so gentle, and through with minimum pain. So glad I found them.Never go anywhere else.

Bought a Groupon for the skin tightening treatments. Originally didnt know what to expect. I was very pleased. The spa is located right outside Macys in 12 Oaks Mall. Very clean, private and professional treatments. I bought a 3 treatment package, but was suggested that I would need more. Ill determine that after my 3rd treatment.

I never have to look in the mirror to verify if she did her job right because it has always been to the tee. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Just wish they werent late on the appointments because I ended up waiting 30 minutes until I was taken in. I am returning customer but dont like that when I make an appointment, Im taken in late which defeats the purpose of making an appointment

I have had few laser hair treatments in the past at a Med Spa in Novi; It was painful and the result was not significant. Therefore, I was looking for a good place to do rest of the laser hair removal sessions. I am lucky to find iShya Spa at the Twelve Oaks Mall, Novi. I believe, I found the perfect solution to complete my rest of the hair removal sessions! iShya Spa has the latest technology and amazingly, there is no pain at all….! I see remarkable results within a few days. Clean facility, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing. The only negative aspect is that its hard to find the Spa as it is located behind the escalator next to Macys.

A Groupon led me to this iShya Spa and my experience has been wonderful. I bought 3 laser skin treatments. The owner explained the process very accurately and made me feel so comfortable. The new location is lovely, painted with cozy neutural colors. I look forward to my next appointment.

The lady who works here, Asha does a great job with threading. But the owner herself is not good with threading at all. She would just try it on your face and cut the skin everywhere! Go only if Asha is available and make sure the service is not overcharged.

Waste of my time. It took me an hour to get here because of the construction, I was one minute late and the lady told me they cant take me in. She suggested that I walk around for an hour in the mall and come at 6. I called her at 5:00 saying I am simply looking for them inside the mall and she made a big deal because my appointment was at 5pm. Terrible customer service.

I went to ishya spa the other day, and I did my eyebrow and facial with Shanti. The facial I got was very relaxing and Shanti has some amazing hands. I never had any facial like the one I did with Shanti. The owner of the spa was also very kind and nice. I would highly recommend this spa to everyone.

I am visiting Novi, MI for my employment assignment. I had an opportunity to visit IShya Spa and learned they were running a special for laser skin treatment. I signed up for 3 skin rejuvenation treatments. I was so happy that I found this place and Shayama, the Med Aesthetician, was very professional, friendly and went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I am glad I got the best treatment with a best deal which I cannot find in Houston Texas.

Seems impossible to redeem Groupon with them. called 3 times, owner says she is not in the office to look at schedule than will call me back. no call back till I call back again, than there is no times available at all for next 4 weeks for a 15 minute treatment. not sure what to think of it.

Not open on Monday like the website says. Long drive for no reason :(

Horrible experience my wife went there and she rushed on her face she literally took 10 minutes to do her face and on top of that they charged her $100 and they did horrible for trying to rush before they close she was very very very unsatisfied with the service and will never go back there ever again
