Friendly staff, everything was clean and seemed sanitized despite other people’s comments on here. My pedicure came out great, my nails not so much. Sort of highly disappointed with the outcome of my pedicure 😩 shape is great, color application is the worst I’ve ever had

They use to be ok, until one day. I walked in and the nail technician was doing a pedicure on a client and they both started laughing. It was empty per usual and I said, what is funny? No response, so left and went to a better place that was very nice and friendly.

They did not pay attention to what I was asking for. Sat down to get my pedicure. One person came and then 3 seconds later got up then the person who gave me the poor manicure sat down and put on the wrong color, then a customer came in asking about a fill in and before she could get a sentence out they cut her off and turned around. and dismissed her. When I paid they waited for a tip. Here is my tip. clean your place, learn better technique and maneurism. I will NOT go back

I like this place,but the guy that did my nails the last 3 times was watching a video or a movie on his phone while doing it and he had his airpods no much conversation there.When ever I get my nails done I look forward to the massage but this guy never does it.

Kathy(Phong) made me feel comfortable and at home from the time that I sat down until the time I left. Very professional and a pleasure to talk to. The time flew while I was there. I definitely will return.

Staff is rude. not friendly to talk to. brought a friend and was getting annoyed we were talking next to eachother while she was getting her nails done. the nails look good though that’s why i’m giving it a 3.

Great service!! My shellac has lasted a month! I am pretty amazed. The staff was very nice at all times and love their pedicure seats. It just a very nice and relaxing environment. Walk-ins are welcomed, but go early because they are so good they do fill up and get a wait list.

Very unclean, very rough and not gentle with my nails. all equipment was unsanitized and had obviously been used multiple times on other clients. one of the nail techs cut my friends finger with a dirty nail file, and put super glue on the OPEN WOUND

I just went in to get dip nails removed, but they did an amazing job. Apparently the place I got them done at did a lot wrong, so they educated me on how to do it correctly and safely! Will definitely be coming back. Super kind, fast, and friendly.

I’ve been hopping around from one nail salon to another for years. I tried Novi Nails today for the first time, it was a great experience. Yen took her time, and was very meticulous with my pedicure, my feet look and feel great. I also got a shellac manicure, it looks perfect! Yen was very pleasant and sweet, I was sorry to hear she only works part time. Their prices are great, they have a huge selection of colors, the shop is very comfortable, and everything is well organized. I will go back soon.

There’s a new owner and she’s done a great job fixing up the whole store. A lot better from the previous owner. So many options to pick from and the new workers are so nice. Worth every single penny! I found my long lasting salon. I hope they keep up the excellent work!!

I got a pedicure done once, it was way better than most other places! The staff is so nice and friendly! This place is clean and homey! Love the colors they offer, and the service is very professional! It’s far from my house, but it is so worth the drive!

CORONAVIRUS HAZARDI normally would never leave a review like this, but i want to warn anyone wanting to come here during the c-19 pandemic. The woman doing my sister’s nails was showing key symptoms of coronavirus; (throaty coughs regularly, wasn’t able to breath properly, congestion). She took off her mask during some periods. Going to work while knowingly having these symptoms is beyond selfish and putting everyone there in danger.

Love this place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have color trends for nails, the place is always clean and the prices are fair. I don’t mind driving forty minutes to get my nails done...I can set my appointment online too, and that’s so convenient!

I usually don’t write reviews but I just had to because my nails have NEVER looked so good! They are so attentive to detail, gentle and didn’t make me feel stupid when I asked questions about shape, longevity and color (I don’t normally get my nails done). Scheduled my next appointment before I left, yay!

Came here last week for a full set. overall they did a pretty good job, my only complaint is that the nail length is not uniform and some of the shaping is off (i get coffin shape). annoying to someone as ocd as me but i get that its hard to get perfect. TONS of polish options which i love! i plan to go back for a fill here in a week or so!

Today I went to this salon just to acquaint with a new place. My apprehension as I came to this salon for the first time was dissipated immediately as I walked in. The manager, Cathy, a beautiful and friendly lady, greeted me with big smile and made me feel really home with her cordial hospitality.The salon was busy with customers. It took just about 1 minutes for her to prepare the table and set me in. I was gladly surprised that she was so quick. I just needed my hands and feet nails clean. She did a very good job. I am even happier because for such a good service which was professional and friendly, it was a very reasonable price comparatively to other salons that I had visited before this one.I have learned that this salon has been renovated recently with a new administration and staffs. It is beautiful, clean and professional.Thank you Cathy. I definitively will come back again soon.

I love coming here. Everyone is pleasant. Always have the newest colors. Sophie is amazing. She is my nail tech. I wait for her. Overall love that its clean. And a one stop shop. Eyebrow wax also. I totally recommend Novi Nails. And very quick. Also can set appointments.

Nice little shop. Nothing fancy. They have nail stations and tile floors. My pedicure, however, looks great and the service itself was wonderful. Got rid of rough skin, treated and massaged my feet and calves. My pedicure took about an hour. I will be returning!

The shop is ok. Service is sketchy depending on who you get. I went here for almost a year, which goes to show it isnt all bad. But after noticing things like them not greeting me when I walked in (but greeting others), or having to wait forever for shellac while the 4 people who came after me were serviced first, I began to feel taken advantage of as a customer. And quite frankly discriminated against. The shop has customers of all backgrounds, but it is very apparent their treatment of some customers is different than others. I tried to make it work here as long as I could, but I honestly cant get continue to give my money to an establishment that makes me feel unwanted, uncomfortable, and unappreciated as a customer. Not to mention the way the women hound you for cash tips! After a year of tipping at least 20% EVERY TWO WEEKS, I dont think I need a reminder to tip in cash. A proper hello when I walk in though would be very much appreciated.I vowed 2 weeks ago that would be my last time in this particular shop. Id rather shop around and look for a new nail shop where I feel comfortable and my patronage is appreciated. Theres a nail shop across the street, Tulip Nail and Spa. I will be trying them today and hoping Ill have a much better experience.

Had a full set with shellac done this morning. Very disappointed. I asked for rounded shape and they are square. He did not trim my cuticles so the shellac doesn’t go all the way to the base of my nail so therefore it looks a week old already. Not to mention he seemed annoyed throughout the whole process. Waste of my time and money.

I have been to 3 places to get my acrylics done. The 1st place put them on and they didnt feel right they didnt look right and then broke easily. The 2nd place fixed that but still couldnt quite get the shape right and I asked for and ombre and they gave me a splatter instead, plus the one nail they did put on fell of not even a week later and a different nail just split in two for no reason. Today I want to Novi nails. And I was extremely satisfied, they got me and quickly and they fixed my nails they corrected the shape and they help me pick out the correct colors for the design I wanted. 10/10 will go back. I saw jon btw, very polite and quick. Its definitely out of my way. But worth the drive and the wait.

Terrible job on my pedicure and the worst toe polish job I’ve ever experienced. Had shellac refilled and it didn’t last on my nails. Save your time and money.

Worst shellac job ever after the first week i got them taken off and then i came back to the same place after that and they started chipping after 3 days i just want to take them off!

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to and Ive been getting my nails done for years not only was the lady who did my nails rude she made them two different sizes and didnt put enough acrylic on my nails so they chipped and started to break off they charged me for taking my other nails off without even okay it with me
