The owner Jennifer, techs Lisa, Kim and Mike provide excellent customer service. The services are of the highest quality. Jennifer has gone to great lengths to ensure the health and safety of the clientele. I feel very safe going to the shop in this time of pandemic.

My nails were not neat...pretty lumpy and some sides were missing polish.Also, one nail was filed too low (in error) causing other nails to need to be shortened.

I got charged $52 for a fill.Nothing special done to my nails. I didn’t complain because honestly there’s no point to argue with them. Just don’t waste ur time going to this place.

I can’t remember the name of the guy I had but he did a GREAT job. He is the first person I ever had to do my overlay the way I requested. They have gained a new loyal customer and I live almost 45 minutes away! The only reason I am not rating it 5 stars is because the prices are outrageous.

There is a man who did my nails today, my fingers were bleeding as he cut them while pulling the extras of nails. He charged 40$ but worst service ever .

I’ve been coming to Le Nails for years since living in Novi. In October, I moved to Plymouth. I’ve tried many local nail salons in the Plymouth area and have not been satisfied. I’ve decided to return to Le Nails. The quality and customer service I continually receive at Le Nails is worth the drive. Tommy is my favorite. 😊

I’m going to do you a favor! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! My son and I went this salon on May 8th 2019, I have done manicure and my son a pedicure. Our experience there turned to be the WORST place we have had ever experienced. 1) customers service is non existent. 2) the technician who did the pedicure to my son cut his nails too short to the point that he was limping with pain! How was it possible when you supposed to get pampered ? We had comeback today to see what could be done to correct this problem and the answer from them was “ THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM, NOT MINE “. .... really? Your technician had caused that my son is bleeding and limping with pain!. Needless to say we left that place frustrated that they caused a problem and offered no solution. We are absolutely not coming back to this salon and I’m stopping my payment. As for my manicure; I ended up with crooked nails and very poorly done. I also advise the owner that I was writing a bad review and she seemed not to care, WOW!

People were friendly. My pedicure looks great! Didn’t have many bright colors to choose from though.

Worst place ever !! I asked if the tools being used were sanitary because they didn’t come from a plastic bag like normal Jennifer who did my nails said yes that she took them out from the back but I didn’t feel too comfortable with her answer then I saw her assist another customer where the tools for the pedicure were coming from a plastic bag as usual this place didn’t make me feel safe being there !! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for safety violations. Worst pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had !

Horrible experience here two weeks ago. Went with two other people at 5pm when they closed at 6pm. They clipped our nails so low they bled and they were jerky with their moving of our feet. Very rude. “Put your feet in the water!” I was told by an angry tech. “It’s too cold,” I told her politely. She rolled her eyes and barely adjusted the temperature. My nails looked horrible and were uneven. Will never be coming back to this pathetic establishment.

I was there with my daughter and her friends for their birthday, they accommodated all six girls and did their nail quickly. My daughter hasnt chipped her polish yet, and she works with horses.

This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life. They had extremely slow service and very poor quality skills. I advice not to ever go here unless you want to waste your money or have great patience. I had my nails done by Wendy and she was extremely rude and was mumbling things under her breath and did a absolute terrible job on my nails. I could’ve did my own nails at home in 10 minutes. They charged me $23 for regular nail polish and when I called the store I was told $20 for shellac. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could.

Okay, so my mom and sister both went here for acrylic nails. The sign at the front said $20 for each person’s acrylics. They went in, and they got their nails done. When they came out, the people there had cut the acrylics short, without asking first. The people that did the nails added something on the top of the nails that was an extra $25 WITHOUT and forewarning or telling them. The goal came out to $80 WITHOUT TIPS. Let’s just say that none of the nail artists got tips because we were scammed out of our money, without being told what was being done.

I had a mani and pedi done here both were shellac. Mani was a new set and pedi had acrylic on toes, so it was a pretty detailed service. Gentleman did awesome job. No wait and I liked how he did both services himself. I didnt have to switch techs. Im not from this area but Id come back again if nearby.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. So rude. Walked in with my friend and asked how much full sets were. After I read the sign on the wall saying “25$ for full sets” mans had the audacity to say “are you under 18?” And when my friend said no he said “33$”. WACK! Not acceptable whatsoever. I have never been asked for my age and It definitely has never changed the price of my full sets. DONT GO HERE THEY ARE DINGLEBERRIES.

Terrible customer service! The older man and woman were both rude, short, and nasty. I believe they are the owners. I went in with my 10yr old daughter. The man was rude and snapped at my daughter, and aggressively hit her fingers to get her attention on the color she wanted for one of her nails. The lady was also very short and impatient. When i brought this to their attention, the lady responded “who him? I told him about that.” And the man said “ i don’t care”! I got up and left along with other customers before getting the full service done.

I have gotten my nails done at dozens of places over time and this is definitely one of my favorites! Their prices are pretty reasonable my favorite is Mike!

Did a great job on my nails.

Went here a few days ago to get my nails done before my bridal shower. Went on a Friday and there was no wait. Staff was friendly. I got a mani and pedi. Tommy did both. He took time to make sure everything was right and matched my gold sparkly pedi with my dipped gold mani. I am very happy with the results and the price was average like most other salons. It’s been a couple days and nothing has chipped. Would recommend going!

Worst manicure ever. Over priced and very poor quality.

Poor service, overpriced and cheap quality!!!First we were sitting there for 45 minutes with no instructions or warning it would take that long after calling ahead to ask if there was a wait. There were many workers not even helping guests. We only came in for a nail color change and finally when we were called over they spent 10 minutes trying to PEEL off my old shillac polish, damaging and thinning my nails. Then finally they got it all off and put new color on for $25 (JUST for a shillac nail color change, no manicure)Less than 4 days later, the polish was already chipping and peeling off. Very very poor quality and a waste of money. Will never go back.

Nice place right inside the double story mall. They even stayed open late since MY mani-pedi took 45 mins AFTER close on a Saturday night!

Work was ok, certainly not the best ive ever had but was ok. Would have been more satisfied if their English was better and if they would have done what i specifically asked for. I asked for shellac and said i wanted my nails a little longer.. they said that it was possible to make them longer with shellac but then didnt do it?? When i brought it up to the person who did my nails she looked at me like she had no idea what i was talking about...

Would love to rate this place a negative amount of starts - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Made a 15 year old feel horrible for disliking the shape and length of the nail. NO REFUNDS...yeah, well no business either.

I arrived at Le Nails at 7:40 pm. One hour later I still was sitting in the waiting area at 8:45 pm. They asked me repeatedly what I wanted and I said over and over again what services I wanted. They are not very professional and speak very little english. I usually go to Gold Star Nails in Farmington, but they close at 7:00 pm. I will never return to this Nail Salon, its in a great location but ran by the wrong people.

I use to go to Le nails, because it’s close to home. However, the service has gone down tremendously . The owner has a nasty attitude . My mom went to get her nails done on Thursday ( shellac ) . The polish staring peeling off the very next day. She went to get it fixed and the owner was Rude, and very disrespectful, and raised her voice at my mother.

They said one word to me and when I looked at my nails not only were the French tip croked, but the whole acrillic nail was off centered. Ive never seen such a crappy job before and had such a bad experience.

Absolutely the worst experience my sister have had. They are the biggest liars and are over charging people. They barely speak English and they are very rude. AVOID THIS PLACE !! Plus they dont really do a good job in the first place.

TERRIBLE DONT GO ! Not good quality nails at all! They don’t care about there profession and will do the nails they feel they want to do them, i argued with the manager (Jennifer) over the fact that i did not like they way she was doing my nails and when i told her this she got upset and TOLD ME she was going to paint them and i would leave.
