I had a manicure from Tao and a Pedicure from Robert- wonderful quality work! Sometimes you never know what you are going to get...but the services were awesome. Lemongrass smelling hot towels and a terrific foot massage.

Tao and Heather are AMAZING! I have gotten pedicures, gel manicures, and eye brow waxing services. All have been top notch. I would recommend 100%. Walk inside are welcome, but its easier to make an appointment.

I cant believe I am giving this organization such a low review but I must. I was trying to decide a service for my natural nails which are pretty strong and healthy. Since I also wear my hair natural the shellac polish doesnt last between hair oils and washes. I was kind of over the gel overlay since nail technicians cant seem to understand what a thin gel application means. Tao suggested dipping. I couldnt understand why the process involved filing your nails nor the dipping application so thick taking away the natural feel of the nail. Long and short I soaked my nails in pure acetone about 2 weeks after and to my surprise my natural nails were thin as paper. They were sooooo pliable it wasnt funny. It has been several months since this application and to this day my nails are still not in the state they were in. I have cut them down significantly several times. Slowly but surely they are mending. I am so very disappointment**the attached pictures do not depict what my nails looked like upon service with Tao because this wasnt the same day but you get the drift in the after picture...they were longer and stronger now a work in progressUpdate: Typical response from owner, Are you sure you were a customer unbelievable she never takes ownership. Not a huge fan. Novi has to many nail salons to go to this one unless they are the only one open. Nail tech speaks vey little English and because of that we didnt really engage in conversation during the whole experience today. Ive been to significantly better salons, and Ive also been to worse so they get a two.

I love K&T nails Thao and Heather are great!!Ive I have been going there since they open, I think 5 years ago.

Do not waste your money. They are not personable, super slow and over charge you.
