I was in a bit of a rush, so I called ahead and asked what the wait time for dip was. They asked if I could come in 30 minutes, and I said that probably wouldnt be enough time, so the nail tech said to come now and she would soak my nails and get them done in time for me. I got there and immediately was sat in a chair for my nails to soak. She even finished five minutes earlier than I told them I needed to be finished by and my nails (got dip) look really nice! Even though I was on a time crunch, they did not rush and made sure my nails looked nice before leaving. I appreciate DMC for accommodating me to make sure I was in and out when needed to be! I will definitely be making appointments to come back here!

I have given this place numerous time to get it right, but they are so rude and dismissive. Everytime I come to get my nails done, it’s either they can’t do what I wanted or do whatever they want to do. It’s so annoying. They need to start listening to their customers.

I love the way Sonny does my nails!!! However.. I’ll NEVER spend my money there again! The owner or the person who answers the phone was very rude & unwilling to listen... and always gives the same answer everytime I try to schedule with Sonny! Today was the final straw!! It’s a shame to spend your money in a establishment & be disrespected!!!

Love this place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have color trends for nails, the place is always clean and the prices are fair. I don’t mind driving forty minutes to get my nails done

Clean, friendly, timely and professional. I walked into this shop to get my acrylics removed, mani/pedi. I was greeted upon arrival and taken care of fairly quickly. I also loved that they took their time to soak the acrylic off and not just popped them off with a nail tip like other salons. Highly recommend! I’ll be back 😊

I notified my lady that I have a latex allergy and when I questioned her if hers are latex she showed me the box and said powder free. I told her that doesn’t matter to me and pulled my hands away. She grabbed my hands and said it’s ok. Go wash with just water. I neglected to tell her I’m also a nurse. Never going back.

First time going here (my birthday gift) nice and clean in there and good service. Just dont go on a football Sunday lol...the men cant focus on doing your nails & the game!

I love being extra with my nails and every time I go to DMC nails I feel like they do that for me. I personally love Tony even though you have to schedule to get with him but it’s definitely worth it. I can’t wait till this quarantine is lifted so I can get my nails done.

I LOVE this place... I was running late it was literally 15 minutes till they close when I came rushing through the doors and asked for a pedicure. They said yes and helped me and did an amazing job! Thank you for your patience and phenomenal customer service!

Awesome place to go to i went in to get a pedicure and fill in and they had me out in about an hour. The staff is friendly and makes sure that youre okay. I get the gel set and have yet to break a nail. Extremely satisfied every time.

I have been going to this shop for a few years now and have experienced several of the nail technicians. I only go to Sony now. When she does my nails, she remembers what I like in nail designs, added to her own creativity, and she remembers my latex allergy when she gloves up to take care of me. Every since I have been going to Sony, I have been getting many many, and I do mean many, compliments on my nails. I always tell people where to go and who to ask for but I really need to start carrying Sonys cards around with me. She did my nails for the holiday and the other customers and even the other nail techs came over to look at my nails. If anyone asks, Im happy to recommend Sony at DMC because I know they will be happy with her work. I dont want to leave out the fact that the atmosphere in the shop is comfortable and friendly. New massaging pedicure chairs with tub liners that are replaced after each client. My feet are sensitive so that was a pleasant addition for me. I schedule appointments with her now because even though she takes walk ins, she is usually busy with someone waiting.

I’ve been going here for years and I love it. Staff is amazing, very nice, does great work and personable. I’ve tried other places and always go back to this one. They take their time and truly care about the customer liking what they are paying for.

This was the fastest pedicure I have ever had! 5 minutes, I think!! The technician did not even scrub my heels. When I protested they said - you have purchased the normal pedicure. So essentially I paid 30 dollars to wet my feet, get my nails cut and colored. Horrible. Got attitude when asked to compare 2 colors. I recommend you find another place to go to.

I was very unsatisfied with my experience here. I believe my nail techs name was Tammy, I would not suggest her. She was extremely rude, I tried to keep both my hands within reach of her, but she rudely told me to move my hand and pushed it away to where it was on the edge of the table. She did not use the color I picked it was an almost black red and she got the dip powder all over my hands. After scrubbing it and waiting a full day I still have red rings around my fingers. I have had dip before and never had this issue, my friend was with me and had her nails done by Cathy her nails were perfect and she did a great job. I was charged $40 and she did not even put lotion on my hands, she yanked my hands and twisted my fingers into painful positions. When I was trying to scrub the dip off of my skin another lady who was there asked me if that was going to come off of my skin, I told her I hoped so and that I’d never had this happen before with dip. When I was trying to pay someone else was using the card machine so she walked away with my card and set it down next to a customer and started working on her nails. She was extremely rude and if I would have known how I would be treated and how the end result was going to be I would’ve gone to the other salon who is more expensive but does better work. Worst nail experience I have ever had. Will never return. Also I was charged an additional $5 that I did NOT tip so my bill was $5 higher. They must’ve changed what I wrote down for a tip.

Shellac manicures last 3 weeks, regular manicures last a long time too. Love this place, they always do a great job!

Love this place! After moving from the area where I had my nails dont for the last...14 years I had trouble finding a new salon. Now that I found DMC Nails Ill never drive an hour for a manicure ever again. Nice facility and the staff are very personable. Soni was quick and did a beautiful job, also fun to talk to!

This place is dirty! Manicurist used dirty tools on me. She had no idea Im a doctor. I was appalled!

Allysa is the best. Sony and Tina are good. The lady answering the phone in chair one is borderline rude/mean. I havent tried the other ladies or man.

No communication skills which made for a very awkward manicure, wasnt visibly sanitized tools like Im used to at any other nail place which opens up the sanitized new pack right in front me usually. A couple other small things while I was there that irked me but then to top it off I needed change to tip the lady so I went to the front counter because my manicurist never came back to check on me so I could just ask her, and all the employees stared and didnt say a word such as someone will be right with you or anything. Im not a fan of no customer skills, its really easy and behavior can only change if people stop putting up with bad service.

I went here for the first time, I have asked them for manicure pedicure and eyebrow wax. My 6 year daughter accompanied me so she was excited and asked for just a nail colour, she did nail colour for her and she charged her $23 which was like they did not even bothered to tell me how much they are going to charge for a lil girl. The lady who dont even speak english no proper communication did pedicure and I have no idea what is pedicure means no hand massage all she did was nails n colour.....before even she finished asked me to pay money and I like do I have to pay now when I am not even finished, she arrogantly said YES. I just gave my card and she charged me $84 for these serves she charged me {$61}, no bill, no break down and I had to ask her how she charged me??? 6 year old girl stupid nail polish charged me $23 for nothing....I dont mind paying but they need specify how much for each service !!! As customers I guess we deserve this much information, I felt i was fooled and they ignored my request of eyebrow wax and they did not bothered to even mention, no matter how busy you are !!! how can dissatisfy a customer who is paying....you are not doing free of cost for sure !!!! And thanks ....you lost a customer......save ur money girls!!!!i check the reviews and go

TERRIBLE ! Absolutely terrible! Rude. Disrespectful. Unbelievably terrible customer service. Go somewhere else. The woman doing my nails called over another woman they preceded to laugh at my nail joking that it was a fungus . I had previously hit my finger on something and my nail bed was bruised. The woman standing over me took my hand and started to play with the woman acting like she was going to put my finger on her. Had there been something wrong with my finger the professional thing to do would have been to tell me that they thought there may have been an issue. Overall this place isnt worth your money, go somewhere else! Oh and to top it off my fill in and polish was messy.

Arrived on time for my 2:30pm manicure appointment. Apparently there were 3 other women scheduled for 2:30pm appointments and no available technicians. Inadequate scheduling. I left with no manicure and won’t be returning.

Nails looked okay but Staff member who did my nails was extremely harsh on my nails and rude. I wish i could get my money back. Messed up my nail soon after i left because their equipment to dry nails is not good. I dont appreciate my experience here.
