I LOVED my experience at tenoverten, and never would have found it without help from Google Maps because it’s not at street-level and the entrance is the same door as Miss Lily’s. They offered a $50 month of unlimited manicures for new clients. Their polishes were designer: Chanel, Nars, Louboutin. I also did not feel hurried like at a usual nail salon, and enjoyed shopping through curated beauty and healthcare products. Don’t bother coming, however, if you’re looking for gel or dip. The closest they offer is extended-wear because the salon is all about using the healthiest products possible (they don’t even have dryers!)

Pretty underwhelmed to be honest. Love that they are clean polishes and practices, but the space feels dark and not a clean. Tilts a bit more factory than zen.

A little tricky to find as its on the second floor. We didn’t have a booking but it was convenient because they seated us right away. I liked that they asked you whether you wanted them to work on your cuticles. The lady who did my nails seemed a little out of it though, and just kinda left me hanging when my nails were drying and didn’t offer to help move my stuff, which I thought was a little weird based on my experience at other salons.

Excellent natural salon services here at this 2nd-floor salon. It’s quiet and inviting, without any of the fluorescent light/ clinical feel of some salons. The technicians are top-notch and there’s a nice selection of nail and skincare products available for sale.I only wish the seating for the pedicures wasn’t so low - the positioning isn’t super comfortable/ relaxing.

Im not sure why this has gotten such good reviews for eyebrow shaping, mine was terrible. The salon itself and service was nice, but the shaping itself is overdone and overpriced. Within 5 minutes months of eyebrow growth was ruined and my brows look like a 13 year old in the 90s went crazy with tweezers. would NOT recommend for a natural, thicker look

It is a lovely place with great ambiance but I have 2 infected toes from cuticles cut and pulled too deep. It is now Saturday, and i’ve been hobbling around since Wednesday. Not worth the money.

Great place for a pedicure but I would not get mani here

My custom pedicure was not well done, the result looks the same as any other cheaper pedicure.Plus, one toe nail was file completely wrongly.Stupidly, I left 20% of tips cause they offered (after I suggested it) a complimentary change of color to a lighter tone so that the imperfection was less noticeable. After telling me to wait 10-15 min, they said they couldn’t do it for time reason and suggest to write to management cause they cannot issue comp services - i’ll Definitely write to the management.I would have expected a better experience given the price I paid.

Ive been here over a dozen times in the last year. All the techs are all great and the service is very clean. Unfortunately people at the front desk are rather rude.

By far the most detailed and amazing manicure I’ve ever had. Ask for Sophia! She’s super sweet and loves talking which makes it more fun for me. I honestly have never had a more clean, shaped, and defined manicure in my life. I got a half moon design and it’s stunning. The front desk staff were also great and funny and upbeat (and I was there at 8pm which says a lot that they’re still kind courteous and upbeat that late in the evening). I honestly can not recommend this place enough-it took a while finding a holistic nail salon that was more than just an upcharge for rushed service. Will be a life long customer!

Extremely overpriced. 70$ for a mani pedi but terrible service does not justify price. Pedicure was extremely rushes and as soon as they finished our nails our technicians left. We had no one to help us put on our shoes--I ended up ruining my manicure. Only redeeming quality of this place was blonde girl at front desk.Youll get better service for half the price at any nail salon around.

Was pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced all the services were, considering the level of quality at this place.

The company prides themselves for paying the employees right, when in reality they pay the minimum rate, in addition they cut off the tip if the employee surpasses that minimum rate.

Ethical nail salon, meaning they pay fair wages to their workers. I buy gift cards here. Its my go-to gift for baby showers where the mom doesnt need baby supplies (second kid etc)
