Extremely overpriced and rude staff. I was quoted $27 for a dip mani removal only and when I looked surprised at the price they yelled at me to leave.
Extremely overpriced. I had a mediocre pedicure and they charged an extra $18 for foot scrub (isnt that the point). My pedicure cost $60 not including tip. There are at least five other shops in the area where a Mani+pedicure doesnt cost that much in total! It felt rushed too.
I am so disappointed. It is a nice looking spot, yes. They were friendly, yes. BUT $254.50 for a gel french mani and pedi and eyebrow wax? Unbelievably expensive and NOT the quality anyone would expect. My french manicure is not cute and not the shape I asked for. It looks like I had my little sister do my nails, not a professional. Their Apple Pay “is broken.” They demanded cash tip and when I didn’t have enough for a $50 tip (ridiculous) the woman put the calculator in my face. I had already tipped $20 which is more than I think they deserved. Will never return after that encounter and price. I should’ve gotten the stick on French tips from CVS, maybe then they’d be the correct shape and look somewhat professional. Do not go here! Waste of time and money!I added photos of what I asked for and what I unfortunately got.
They really are gentle, hygienic, Ken and the whole staff are great. Beautiful design options, great nail art. I love this place.
My wife had a great pedicure and enjoyed her overall experience. The ambience is a bit nicer than a run of the mill place, and her technician was friendly and careful / detail oriented. She plans on returning regularly.
Spa Belles, while clean and modern, is very over-priced. We went in to get two pedicures, my friend was finished with hers before I even started and we walked out of there spending $50 each (and mine chipped within a few days). The women who worked there are also very pushy asking us at least 4 times if we wanted additional services or the more expensive pedicures. There are much cheaper and better quality salons all along Christopher and Hudson.
Go here for the best foot and chair massages. The manicures and pedicures are great too.
Professional, flexible and courteous staff! They do excellent work!
We made an 830 appt and got there on time for Mani pedi, they put us in the chairs at 9 and they closed at 10, we were extremely rushed and my mom finished her Maninpedi in less than 30 mins ... we paid $34 for her pedi to be rushed and woman who maninpedied her out the door by 930 ... i on the other hand was not rushed and I asked for quick dry which. Ever got translated to Chinese because it wasnt put on. They closed at 10 as I said before and by 955 my socks were being put on my not dried toes !! No quick dry . Its not 2 am I have a chipped nail and sock marks on my toes .. what do I do ? Im so dissapointed . This is not a cheap place to be rushed out with wet toes ... last appointment for Mani pedis should be taken at 8pm if the staff of going to rush you out the door with wet nailpolish on your hands and toes at 955... not accepatable spa belles Im very dissapointed and I see that you dont respond to your many 1 star reviews which makes it worse !!!
They do a rush job then have the nerve to tell you how much you should tip! No!
Request Tony for the foot massage. The guy is a pro.
Very expensive. They pressure you to tip every person. The outcome of my nails was worse than many cheaper places Ive been to. Not going again.
Everybody there is a amazing
Classic nail-salon.
Classic nail and foot care studio in the village. The service was very friendly and nice. The treatment was knowledgeable and quick. Of course, they wanted to do additional sales like massage and the like ... but thats common ... we must have said that we only wanted the base and were still treated nicely and courteously. Definitely recommended for men too!
