I have now been to this salon twice, and both experiences have been relaxing, courteous, and highly professional. On my most recent visit, I got powder gel nails done by their technician, Mahri. She was wonderful - very professional, gentle, and she took her time to make sure the shape of my nails came out beautifully. Will absolutely be back again.

Clean facility and very nice staff but not the quality is not what I expected considering it cost $50 for a regular manicure/pedicure. They already chipped less than 24 hours later. My pedicure is nice but this place it pricey.A lot of clients around me were getting gel and sns powder so maybe that’s their specialty.

I got an acrylic fill at Apple nails spa and it was easily in my top 10 experiences at any nail salon. The shop is clean, updated, with relaxing music and an air of professionalism. My technician was Flora, the owner, and she was very attentive and deliberate with her work. I could tell she took pride in her craft. The pink nails is my before photo which demonstrates how my nails look two weeks after a bulky, rushed job had been done at a different nail salon. Flora spent extra time (at no additional cost) to Reshape them, shorten them (per my request), and made them thinner and more natural appearing. I went shopping after my salon trip and got multiple compliments on my nails from strangers.I would highly recommend the salon. Pro tip: bring cash as your service could be discounted. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve walked into this salon twice before and both times ignored. I was not greeted and when I asked for service no one responded so I left out. This third time the same issue had happened except a white person (me being black) walked in right after me and the excitedly welcomed her and told her it would be a ten minute wait. The blatant discrimination is so unprofessional and disrespectful!!!

You can have walk in appointments, gel manicure, nail extension, pedicure. Very polite staff, high quality material.

On Tuesday 01/19/2021 I was walking by and decided I should get a gel manicure. I went inside this salon because I thought it looked well kept and welcoming. I informed the employers about my service request. I was told to sit down for 10 minutes. I waited for 26 minutes instead being that I see that everyone is busy. After 26 minutes of waiting, a Caucasian woman came in and asked for a gel manicure as well. She was told to pick a color and have a seat at a nail station that was available. I knew she did not have any appointment scheduled, so I looked up and stood up to be noticed.One employee looked at me and looked away. I then yelled WHAT?. And end up leaving. I FELT LIKE THEY WERE BEING VERY DISCRIMINATORY TOWARDS ME! I FELT LIKE CRYING WALKING OUT OF THERE. I HAVE NEVER FELT LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE! I AM A MANAGER & WOULD NEVER ALLOW MY STAFF TO TREAT OUR PATIENTS, VISITORS OR EVEN THE DELIVERY GUYS WITH THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR. VERY DISRESPECTFUL! I WAITED THREE DAYS BEFORE TYPING THE REVIEW BECAUSE I WAS NOT SURE IF THIS WAS SOMETHING I REALLY WANTED TO DO! BUT I AM STILL BOTHERED SO I NEED TO BE HEARD! I CAN MAKE THIS BIGGER THAN WHAT IT IS BUT IM NOT BECAUSE I USUALLY HATE DRAMA AND HATE GIVING MANAGERS EXTRA WORK! BUT THE STAFF HERE WERE ALL APART OF THIS! NO ONE STOPPED ME, CHECKED ON ME AND ALLOWED THE WOMEN TO SKIP ME ! POOR OLE BLACK GIRL! SADDEST PART - I TIP BIG BUT YOU GUYS WILL NEVER KNOW! NEVER AGAIN!

Best nail place! Proper hygiene and extra careful even before Covid. Lovely people! Melody and Mahri are wonderful. Highly recommend!!

They have ONE staff member that knows how to do acrylic nails, so why do they advertise it? She is rarely there because she is the owners wife. And they are OVER PRICED!!

I come here to get my pick me up at least twice a month. I love going to Jenny! Shes the sweetest and makes my experience a great one💕. This location is super clean, quite with soft music, professional and a really nice place to just relax and feel pampered after a long day. They offer many different packages and most include massages. They also offer a membership for those who come often. For every 200$ u get $10.00 off on ur next visit. Trust me! It helps! I would also like to add how surprising it is to say it does not smell like any harsh chemicals! Over all. Amazing and worth a chance. High five to the manger for hiring the best of the best employees! These women deserve credit for doing such amazing work🌹!

Clean enough but very expensive given the quality of pedicure. Not impressed and won’t be returning.

Got a manicure + massage.Wasn’t bad, wasn’t good, just OK.Decently clean nail salon, Eda was friendly but everyone else wasn’t that friendly.Special price was $32 but got charged normal price $35.Probably try somewhere else next time.

I found a clean, relaxing, calm and professional environment at Apple nail salon. When I came in on a Monday afternoon there were just a few people. ( I suspect it is busier on weekends) I recieved an immediate and friendly reception and both Lily and Anna who worked with me were excellent communicators. I have very sensitive skin, but it was easy for them to understand my needs and they were both kind, attentive. Lily was a skilled problem solver for my fixing my broken nail. During my gel pedicure and massage Anna was very warm, diligent and careful. It is great to be visiting NYC where my experience going into an unfamiliar salon turns out to be a wonderful event in my day! Thanks!

Ria provided an excellent manicure and pedicure for me on my first visit. Shaping, filing, cutting and polish - all excellent!!!Excellent again! Amber fixed my nail tears perfectly and then Melody selected and painted the perfect polish :)

I’m really happy with this place. I particularly like Rosa and Jenny. Their attention. To detail and to the customer is just fantastic. I used to live downtown and couldn’t find a place I liked on the UWS that wasn’t over priced. This place is great

New sterile tools used for each person. The spa pedicure is very relaxing with massage. The staff know what they are doing. Great way to pamper yourself.

Convenient place on Broadway. Enjoy a classy Manu- Pedi... with foot and hand massage. Serious work done by qualified people.

They generally do a decent job on my nails and their dip gel lasts at least 3 weeks

I was really impressed with the customer service. The woman in the pedicure chair next to me was having a hard time deciding on a nail color. Without asking, the manager painted swatches of at least 6 different colors on her own nails to show the woman examples of what each color would look like once it was on and dry.The woman that worked on my nails was really thorough and made sure I was happy with what she was doing.

Very relaxing environment and service. Appreciate the measures they take to keep sanitary. Anna was pleasant and well informed.

This place caught my eye because it is a block away from my apt. My second time here on the 10th of May. To celebrate mothers day, I got a pedicure, dip powder for my nails and eyebrows spent over $100 and $20 tip. my dip powder manicure literally lasted for a day. The second day my thumbnail was peeling off then I noticed all of my nails were coming off. so I go in today May 13, 2019, to ask to get them to fix. they sit me down and a technician comes over asks me what she may help me with I tell her, she then turns starts speaking in a foreign language (I hate this part because its dehumanizing, to ignore and just talk about a costumer and not even let the customer know what Is going on. ITS RUDE to say the least) to the lady in the front desk, comes back with super glue. Being that I do dip powder on my nails MYSELF I ask her what shes about to do and she tells me she is simply going to add regular glue and squeeze my nails. I was not ok with that because it will not last any longer, and it will not look good. she tells me is the same thing as priming and adding base 2, when in reality it is NOT the same. its just a cheap way to get the costumer out. so I simply walked out and promised to never return. it is despicable that they charge $$$ so much for services and then when a technician does a bad job they do not fix it properly. for instance, soaking my nails and redoing the job would have been the right thing to do, because adding super glue is a cheap way to fix it. my first time there was not pleasant at all either, but my nails lasted longer than a day. I should have followed my gut then. Ill stick to doing them myself from now on.

Ive been to this place multiple times because they offer a rewards card, and since I get my nails done so often it seemed worth my while. Unfortunately during my last visit they didnt clean the brushes between customers and I got bright red steaks in my light pink SNS mani. These manicures last for 3 weeks. After calling her out on it (she definitely saw it before, how could you not?) she attempted to fix it but it was too late at that point. They offered to take all the nails off and start over but I was already in the salon for almost an hour at that point. Charged me full price for something I clearly wasnt happy with. This will be my last visit to this salon.

Terrible service, spent over an hour and a half to get a mani/pedi bc they were short staffed when I initially walked in. Waited 15minutes to get a pedicure and 4 other ladies were helped after I was and walked out with mani/pedi’s before I did. The lady I got was taking her time, and kept going to the back for long periods of time. When transferred for a manicure after my pedicure I waited an additional 10 minutes.Very disappointing service, especially for such exuberant pricing. Paid $60 for a basic Mani and Pedi, had to ultimately walk out mid manicure with no polish bc I had no more waiting time.

Waste of money. Rushed through service. Uneven nails and awful paint job.

Cleanliness, kindness, they do their job well depending on who does it, some are good others not so much, the prices are a bit high but it is worth paying, the massages 👌

It is a clean place with very friendly staff 😊
