Ive only gone once, but I had what has to be the best manicure of my life. Completely painless but the technician got everything completely taken care of. I also partook of a shoulder and upper back massage during the manicure which was a nice addition to the experience.

I had an amazing experience at this salon, left feeling like an absolute Queen. I haven’t gotten my nails done since before the pandemic, and despite being nervous, I found I had absolutely nothing to worry about here. They immediately made me wash my hands, take my temperature, and sign in with my name/phone number. They had plexiglass separating the manicurist from the customer, and plastic coverings hanging to separate the pedicurist from the customer. I was the only customer in the salon and had made an appointment. All of the employees were working on me at once. I did not feel rushed, I had a relaxing pampering and even tried a fancy pedicure that I normally wouldn’t go for. Every lady in there gave fantastic massages! They are clean, they are hospitable, and I felt so special! Like an actual queen. Highly recommend!

I got virtual nails (Press on nails).I showed the lady the shape I wanted 3x. Just to make sure she understand what I wanted and that I wanted to keep the length of the nails . The shape I initially wanted was square and started to look oval . She rounded my corners. I got upset and pulled my phone out and showed her once again I wanted them square. I ended up having to trim my nails in order for her to cut them .At the end I paid for my services $60.00 plus $5.00 for regular nail polish.After drying my nails I got up to leave and the lady tells me “ I have to tip!!!” for my services!!!.I feel as though if your not happy for your service then why tip. You tip someone because you want to not because you are obligated to!!.I felt obligated and uncomfortable!.

Super clean, great staff, relaxing + firm massage

I came in here for a pedicure and I am so glad I came and found this gem of a place. It’s super clean and the staff is so friendly. They have so many different pedicures also that you can choose from. I had Tiffany do my pedicure and she is awesome and really sweet. She really took her time and didn’t rush at all. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

Was truly fooled by the rating! Nail techs were rude and rough - would aggressively move my hands around and were not friendly at all. I was supposed to get a gel mani and the tech messed up my two thumbs and had to redo them twice, but they’re still bubbly (please see photos). Don’t be fooled by this place. Extremely disappointing!!!

I am SO happy I was turned onto this salon by a friend. I don’t even live in Chelsea, but this is my nail salon of choice for regular maintenance.While this isn’t the cheapest nail salon in Manhattan, it is one of the friendliest and most relaxing I have been to. It also doesn’t hurt that everyone that works there does a a really good job. In fact, for a consistently good gel manicure, this is my go to place.

They are amazing. I have terrible nails from biting and playing sports, my nail technician at Dashing Diva, made my nails look incredible. She was so kind, patient and thoughtful and never once made a comment about how terrible my nails were when I walked in and never complained how much work it took to remove the previous gel manicure that for some reason did not come off easily (after several rounds of soaking).I’m so glad you’re open again!😍Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

I came here because a friend of mine recommended this place after I was unhappy with a color from a different place. My friend recommended Tiffany what an amazing service I received. I actually went back again bc I still wasnt satisfied with the color (my indecisive ways) and Tiffany BOTH TIMES took the time to understand what I was looking for, made recommendations, was VERY VERY patient (which I required it due to my indecisiveness) and was simply kind. She fixed the work from the other salon, cleaned my cuticles well and then didnt get upset when I went to her a second time to change my color again. The patience of a saint. She is one of the best ppl to give me the most unmatched service ever! Thanks so much Tiffany for your kindness and understanding. I will be going back to you again!

I love this place and have been using this nail place for three years plus. In these uncertain times my primary concern Is the cleanliness of an establishment and this place is top notch! The quality of their work is fabulous, and especially their pedicure!!It gives me great pleasure to rate this salon with 5 stars!!

Clean, professional and adhered to the Covid-19 safety regulations. The atmosphere was chill and relaxing and the staff and technicians were friendly. My nail tech was efficient and so talented. Will visit again soon.

THE MASSAGES HERE!!! I’ve gotten very great manis and pedis here too, great attention to detail. But don’t leave until you get a massage. Their Masseuses really know what they’re doing. They really work out your knots and don’t just waste your time and money. They’re so friendly and very professional as well.

One of my favorite nail salons in this part of town. Service had always been friendly and the quality of the manicure was always satisfactory. Not the cheapest around but definitely worth it.

The Dashing Diva in Chelsea offers all service for manicures and pedicures for a low price. If you need a quick fix the ladies are always ready to help. There is an endless color supply for the more conservative to the most outrageous on the spectrum. Thereis usually not much in way of waiting so you can get in`n out quickly

Went on a Wednesday evening with my boyfriend and got pedicures. Maggie was my technician and I felt that she was kind and did a thorough job. The place is nice, relaxing, and prett . Prices are a big high but thats because they do little extras that other salons dont do like put vitamin E on your skin before applying the lotion. Might make this place a my regular spot now.

Dont go here if youre looking to be pampered. My pedicure looks nice (hence the 2-star rating instead of 1) but the process was very rushed even though the place was empty, the customer service was poor and left me feeling angry (hate that.), and it was expensive ($35 for basic pedicure)--even for New York.

Got a gel manicure on Sunday, it is Thursday and one is already lifting off. Not worth how much they charge to have it last 3 days. Extremely disappointed.

I had a great experience getting my nails done by Ines, even though it felt a little bit rushed. She was kind, the whole place was clean and professional. However, just 2 days after getting my color gel manicure ($40) I noticed a splotchy discoloration of the color that doesnt wash away. Im really disappointed now :(

24 days later and my pedicure looks as good as when i walked out of dashing diva...amazing considering ive spent most of that time barefoot at the beach!
