Nice service. Great massages. Beatrice took her time this was literally the best polish job Ive had in years. I dont let anyone do my pedicures but, now Im happy I found this spa. My gel polish looks amazing and my feet felt so good when she was done. Thank you Beatrice!!

I had nail extensions and gel manicure. One of my nails broke so I went here. I made it clear my nails were gel and still she used powder. She kept nodding her head. I thought maybe she could still make it look the same. The nails did not look the same. The nail was white and my other nails were clear. I asked her to fix it. She couldn’t so we had to paint my nails off white. What I did not want! When i sat down, it was $15 and I paid $30. This was included the tip .I said I wanted to tip $5, she said tip $10 because she pay taxes . I said no $5, she said okay, and she charged $10 ! She started pleading her case saying didn’t she do a good job. Don’t you like it? “I have to pay alot in taxes” I was livid. Never again!

I enjoyed having my dip powder manicure with Julie. She was very sweet and efficient. The manicure came out so beautiful. Can’t wait to see her again in 2-3 weeks for another manicure. Jennie was also so lovely and great a great back message.

I’m visiting from Florida and randomly walked into this place based on decent reviews. The staff are friendly yet, the owner of the nail salon pushes their services on you to an extreme and it’s annoying. You can’t help feeling hustled the whole time.I only went in for gel manicure and regular pedicure but she offered and pushed a gel manicure and pedicure for their special of $70. I explained I was missing 2 nails that I’m growing out and she insisted she will fix it with an extension and that it wasn’t a big deal. I added a brow wax priced at $10 and upon paying she charged me $104.I asked why and she said each toe extension was $10 and the $4 credit card fee added to $104.She personally did the extensions on my toes and they look awful (definitely not worth the add on).I can take responsibility for not asking prior on exactly how much each add on was but just her overall rushed and hustling personality felt extremely uncomfortable considering I was looking to relax for a bit. They weren’t even busy ( 2 other customers present and staff sitting around) so, there was no need for her to rush her work. Will NEVER RETURN!

The woman who did my pedicure was clearly unhappy and did a very poor job. She either needed a break, needed a higher wage, or maybe just wanted to go home for the day, because she was looking out the window and sighing unhappily the entire time. She looked genuinely distressed and did not say a single word to me. Not only that, but she was incredibly rushed and only used the pumice on my left heel and right big toe (all while looking out the window), which makes no sense at all. For the exfoliating treatment, she spent 10-15 seconds spreading the exfoliant up to my knees and then washed it off with a single dirty paper towel. No massage whatsoever, no rubbing it in, nothing. The polish was splotchy, but I was so over the experience that I didn’t even ask her to fix it. She clearly did NOT want to be there. I sat under the fan for 15 min to make sure everything was dry, and when I went to put on my shoes, the owner/manager yelled at me for having close-toed shoes (it was raining) and tried to get me to buy flip flops. I literally ran out of there and will never, ever be back. I felt bad for the employee who worked on me because she was so obviously miserable, but she did a really terrible job. It was thoroughly depressing.

Love their attention to detail and how they make me feel like Im well taken care of. They do an excellent job and I highly recommend their services!

I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I got a manicure and pedicure and its like a 2 year old did it. Cuticles not properly cut, I felt rushed, the whole process didnt even take 30 mins. The way my nails and toes were painted was horrible. Make sure to bring cash, they charge extra for paying with a card, cant add tip on the card either. Not sure why I gave her a tip. She seemed to have an attitude or maybe she was discontent with the amount I gave her, but she was lucky to even get a tip from me. definitely not going back.

The lady who helped me obviously wanted to go home for the day. She cut my cuticles so quickly she cut one finger. She also scraped my nails so hard it hurt. She never made eye contact and was completely unfriendly. I really didn’t want to leave her a tip at all, but I just couldn’t do it. Worst nail experience of my life.

What a wonderful place! The owner was amazing and a great conversationalist!
