Really good service. Had a couple of broken nails and they applied a dip set to them. It’s been over a month and they are still holding strong which is giving my 2 natural nails time to grow. Also, the non-gel polish that they used stayed on my nails for almost 3 weeks without cracking. I will patron again.

This place is huge and very clean. The manicurist (unfortunately I forgot their name) took a lot of care with properly removing my previous gel polish. They took extra time with my cuticles at a detailed level that I usually dont experience. I was very happy with my manicure and would go back again.

Excellent quality pedicure and massage. This is a very clean spa and they use nice products, not your typical cheap quality massage creams etc. The masseuse was excellent...go for the massage. It’s worth it

This place is SO CLEAN!!! All hygiene and safety protocols are in place! I love this place. They also have excellent service.

There are plenty of places in the neighborhood for mani/pedis but this is by far the best! They give the best gels and powder manicures.Note: I was there post Covid and they cleaned the entire time I was there, wore masks and face shields and gave me rockstar service. I felt very safe. Can’t wait for my next visit!!

The woman who did my pedicure was lovely, but when I was sent to wait for my nails to dry, a very pushy women came up behind me ( I had been reading a magazine and didnt notice her approach) and started aggressively massaging me. She didnt give me an opportunity to turn her down nor did she explain what she was doing. I ended up being charged $15 for a unpleasant massage that I didnt want. I would have gone back, but this tactless business tactic was a deal breaker for me.

Bit overpriced, but its a spacious and relaxing setting. Pedicure soak is unique and nice.

Worst manicure. My simple manicure was destroyed within a few hours even though I let my nails dry for almost half an hour. Terrible waste of money. Avoid at all cost.

I went to Le Bon, as I have many times, to get a manicure with long-lasting polish (an extra $5). I got the manicure on a Thursday and by Saturday every nail was chipped with peeling polish. I stopped in the following Monday to see if they would fix the polish and was told no. The manager said that the long lasting polish should stay on for 10 days but offered no services considering the polish lasted 2. I will not be going back and will be recycling my frequent customer punch card.

Walked in for the first time in July 15 - very courteous staff, complimentary shoulder/neck massage with manicure, facilities appeared clean and played nice music for atmosphere. Went on a weekday, afternoon - not very crowded. My gel french lasted at least 2 + weeks, not bad.

I go here just to get a massage from James. It is well worth every dollar spent. Relieves my chronic neck and back pain for about 3 weeks. I try to go once a month. A nail salon with a master masseuse....totally unexpected.

I went for a manicure to this place and my experience was ver unpleasant,, I realized that the owners treat their employees very badly,, the man I guess is the owner or the manager has a bad attitude with the employees,, nobody has the right to verbally or psychologically mistreat others,,they should take action on those abusive bosses,, bardzo zle

Seems like an okay place. The thing about it was I went to get an ombre look done to my nails, but they said $15 extra. I get it for free in Astoria, so I wasnt about to pay $15 extra to fade some colors. Not to mention I can do it myself easily, but I was in a rush for vacation, so I stopped around my workplace for convenience. To add to this, they said if I want OPI I have to pay $5 extra. Are you kidding me?! What a load of crap. Ill go back to Astoria and get it done to where I know I can trust and not get ripped off.

This is the best nail salon that I have found in Manhattan. I love this place and come here regularly.

A bit dirty on the inside. And not super precise with the gel so you have to go home and peel it off on the corners of your fingers where it got.

Such bad service. The two managers have the worst attitude and make the experience so unpleasant. 0 customer service, non existent. Won’t be back here again.
