Great location if u want to eat or shop. It was clean.everyone wore a mask.the technicians were friendly and had a great sense of humor.people were ask to use hand sanitizer they provide upon entering.the bathroom was clean and had a nice aroma.I gave them 3 stars becauseTheir prices are ridiculous.150.00 for powererd manicure for mani and pedi n I gave a 20.00 tip because the technician was amazing. Ive had excellent service many times for half the price.

Very bad techniques. Worst worst pedi mani ever gotten. I can even do a better job. Gel coat doesn’t even cover the entire color coat, and there are indents on the coat. Color is unevenly painted. However, the people here are pretty. Wonder if they are being nice to make up for their bad techniques.

I found this salon on Yelp because my normal nail place is closed on Saturday’s and I needed a manicure. I’m so glad I did. I got a silk wrap SNS manicure and a pedicure. It has been 18 days since then and everything is STILL perfect. This place might not be aesthetically pleasing but they are thorough and do an amazing job!! Can’t wait to go back! Worst simple manicure Ive ever gotten. Ran in during lunch and every nail needed to be fixed after she put the top coat on- unevenly painted, paint on my cuticles, missing paint on the tips or sides. I didnt have time to fix, but definitely could have done that well on myself.

I came here in search of an SNS manicure that would last longer than the 2 weeks I was getting at other nail salons in the area. It’s been a little over 4 weeks and my SNS is still perfect. No frills like the others say and I definitely wouldn’t go here for any other type of service, but if you are looking for a good SNS this is the place.

Wendy was careful and attentive. Got a regular pedicure. She did it quickly but I did not feel rushed at all.

Ive been to this place a handful of times so that I could give a proper review. Not customer oriented - they dont value your time even when you make an appointment they run late and give you false hope for being seen in 10 minutes. They wanted to charge me extra for taking off the gel in addition to them being late 20 minutes. Do they not realize the value of 20 minutes? When I voiced my concern and felt that it wasnt fair for them to charge me to switch to a different kind of polish due to their lack of time management, Amanda got an attitude and was not very kind. Even said that a 5:00 appointment doesnt necessarily mean 5:00. No thanks. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Been going to Amanda for the past 2 years! Absolutely the best SNS manicure I’ve ever gotten and I have major OCD - she always files it down for me so that it looks nice and natural unlike most other nail salons in NYC.

First time here, for a manicure ($10) they were very friendly and my nails look great. The woman even added a third coat when I commented that the color I picked was really light. If Im in the neighborhood I will come back.

I asked for the gel mani/regular pedi combo. The pedi was fine. The woman was impatient while taking off the gel polish I had on my fingernails and scraped at it roughly even though it clearly wasnt ready to come off yet, and she broke off the entire top part (white part) of my nail with the polish. Even worse, she had the nerve to try to charge me for gel polish removal! I protested, pointing out that she had broken my nail (I had beautiful healthy long nails and now my thumb is a stub). In the end I only paid for the pedicure but I dont feel I should have had to pay anything at all! Unbelievable.

Really rushed and poor gel manicure. Did not allow time to dry properly and also splotchy application of polish (uneven). Very disappointed with this experience.

Rushed pedicure with very little work on calluses, cleaning or massage. Towels looked old and full of holes. Soap smelled and looked like the cheap soft soap, not what Im used to having for pedicures. I also purposefully picked somewhere with massage chairs but the massage chairs did not work! She was done in under 20 minutes.I would not go back.

I absolutely love this place. Lyn is wonderful and so is the staff. They treat me well everytime I come there.

Ive been here twice for mani and pedi and both times were wonderful. Today I went and the lady doing my nails was so gentle. I really wanted to fall asleep! haha! I should have took her name.Its a simple yet clean place and the people seem very nice. Not any complaints here :)

No frills salon, okay for pedicures, but 4 stars because its the only place Ive found around the area to do a decent SNS manicure. Now I will ONLY go here for powder SNS manis, they do a great job, lasts longer than it takes for my nails to grow out.Ive gone to many other salons in the area where the SNS mani cracked within a week, looked uneven or didnt do enough layers. Right now my nails are a mess because I wait it out until I have the opportunity to go here. Not TOO many colors of SNS to choose from, but plenty for every other type of polish.Also, the staff is very nice.

I went in for a french manicure, the NEXT day all of the white had already come off.Manicure was $11, they charged me $5 dollars to soak off my gel polish, $5 for the french I tipped her $5 dollars and for a total of $26 dollar manicure, they didnt even last a full 24 hours.Personally, I would never go back.
