Avoid this place at all costs. They gave me burns on my legs during laser hair removal. I had to go to multiple dermatologists and seek medical attention afterwards. The laser technician is not properly qualified and gave me multiple burns that have still not healed.

I get my eyebrows waxed here every month. Best in the area and highly recommend.

Never answers the phone. Scheduled an appointment online. No one called back! No one was even in the building.

This was my first time going here to this spa to get hair treatment and I was put in contact with Galina, who came to speak to me about the treatment and take a look at what I wanted to do which I thought was great. She made me feel comfortable and explained the whole process of the treatment that I wanted. She even provided some wine which a nice touch. Everything went great and she gave me some pointers on what I should do next for an even better look. I look forward to going back and seeing what else she can do for me. I was looking for a convenient place by my job to get my hair cut so I went solely on reviews. I chose Jackie based on all the positive reviews shes received. I was nervous because I have curly hair and not many stylist can handle curly hair very well. I must say I received an excellent hair cut and color correction from Jackie. She is very meticulous and takes her time making sure the hair falls where it should. She was a total professional knows her craft very well and has an excellent personality. Although it was my first time seeing her and I came out feeling like I knew her forever. Looking forward to my next haircut.

I have gone here a few times now, the first time I had an amazing balayage experience with Elba. The second time I got a blow out with Galina who is also pretty amazing. Third time I went back to Elba for a balayage refresher but things did not go as planned. I spent about 5 hours in there with them redoing the base of my hair since it turned a sickly shade of red. However, Elba didnt give up until it was rectified. I appreciate that they tried to fix what happened and at the end of it, it turned out ok.

Always great Mani and pedi service. Accomdations for social distancing are in place, but not too obtrusive. All of the nail techs are very meticulous and honor special requests such as one cutting ones cuticles. Perfect nails every time. Ive also had body scrubs there. The spa area is nice as well.

He was sweet, patient, and very professional. he took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted and gave me a beautiful layered cut. While he worked her magic, I inquired about getting a balayage. Kevion was more than happy to explain the treatment and I was convinced Id be coming back for a full balayage.Unfortunately trying to get an appointment with Kevion didnt work with my schedule, so I chose Elba instead.Elba was not only sweet, patient and welcoming but she took the time to give me exactly what I wanted. She helped me pick the right shade that I was looking for and gave me the subtle balayage that I wanted.I would highly recommend Elba to anyone looking for a balayage.Funny enough just today, one of my colleagues commented on how great my balayage looks. I had a great experience with Jacky for color correction after a disastrous highlight job at another place. I had been to Luxe den spa the week before for a spa deal and it was very kind of Nadia to recommend her. Jacky patiently heard me out and offered her suggestions, explained what she was doing during the color correction process. Jacky is very experienced and extremely patient. I never write reviews, but this one is definitely well deserved. Jacky V (my new go to for life) gave me a full transformation including a cut, highlights and a Brazilian blowout treatment. I choose Jackie as my hair dresser she did wonderful job. She was so conscious about my hair while bleaching. And she did it two times so that heavy bleach will not damage my hair. This place is absolutely incredible. The best salon experience I have yet to have in my life, I have been a loyal customer for over a year. Jackie is the best stylist, I have gotten amazing balayage treatments, she is an expert colorist. She also knows just how to match colors perfect to you and and gives really nice looking hair cuts and blowouts. She has helped my hair stay healthy by also suggesting deep conditioning treatments every couple weeks. She is always positive and cheerful and makes all her clients feel like a new person when they come out of the salon!

Please don’t go there for a haircolor service!! I moved to NY a couple of months ago so I was looking for a good salon. I’ve been working with professional hairdressers for a long time, so I thought that this kerastase/morrocanoil salon was OK (great brands, good reviews) I paid around 300usd for an horrible service. They left my roots orange and my lengths super blonde. The cut I asked was the opposite of the results: long on the back and shorter in the front. Very uneven work, poor haircolor skills and unprofessional service. They didn’t even served a glass of water after 2 hours being there. Please save your money, time and hair!!!

I had a facial and a massage at Luxe Den and both were AMAZING! Nina was an absolute sweetheart and gave one of the best facials I’ve ever had. My massage was with a gentleman, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. He asked me in detail about any areas I had issues with, and being in the fitness industry, I explained my problematic areas. He did a WONDERFUL job targeting those areas, while giving an overall relaxing massage. The place is super cute and very clean. My sisters and mom will be back in NYC next month and will definitely be making appointments. Highly recommend!

From a person who takes care of hair, i cut my long hair into a short shoulder length with a little color magic of Jackie The Chocolate Cinnamon Balayages.

Ive been a regular customer of Luxe Den since 2014 - its the best place around to relax and unwind. Tub rooms are so luxurious. I appreciate the gorgeous tile work, your choice of music, and comfortable resting areas and showers built into each room.The staff, receptionists, and therapists are great at what they do, and in my experience much better on average than what you will find elsewhere. Stacy is a miracle worker and my regular masseuse of choice - she has taken the time and care to get to know my tight spots, areas to avoid, and techniques that work well for me. I appreciate all she does to keep my neck, shoulder, and back tension in check on the regular. Cant recommend her highly enough.

This is my first time here and will be my last time.I purchased a Groupon for a cut, treatment, and full highlights.I showed pictures to Elba, my hair stylist, for the color and the hair cut I wanted.LIKE:Nice, spacious salon. I like the cut that Elba didDISLIKE:The color that came out was not really close to the color of what I asked for. When I was checking out, the receptionist told me that my stylist added toner, $50 after I colored, but my stylist never notified me the EXTRA charges. I dont know why I didnt confront the stylists at that time (maybe because I was so tired), usually I will tell them that I wasnt aware of the $50. I believe that the stylist should ask me first before adding toner to my hair.CONCLUSION:I felt Ive been ripped off. I will definitely not be going back.

I was taken here by my boyfriend as a birthday gift on Monday. One of the most memorable birthday gifts hes given me so far. This was such an amazing experience for the both of us. The second we walked Nadia, the receptionist was extremely professional and sweet. We were scheduled for a couples rendezvous in which we were taken to a room and given massages, wine and chocolate. His masseuse was Nancy and I had a gentleman from Dominican republic ( if that helps, cant remember his name), they were both very attentive and paid attention to problem areas. We both felt so relaxed after receiving our massages. Following our massages we were taken into the jacuzzi room, which also has the steam room in it, and given 45 minutes of private time in there. Once in the room we were given our milk and honey scrubs on a soap dish, it left our skin feeling so refreshed.Once it came time for us to leave we were charged $21 for tax, gratuity is up to the customer, although they have a recommended percentage fee. I do intend on coming back to Luxe Den and I highly recommend this place to couples.

My hair has always been very difficult for me to control on my own and finding a stylist a source of incredible stress. Then I found the best stylist who has ever done my hair. I trust JACKIE to cut, color, highlight and basically do anything she suggests to my hair and I’ve never been happier with the results. I often just have a blow dry when I just don’t want to deal. Great place for waxes

I had a great time here! I scheduled a shellac manicure and massage at the last minute. I was greeted by friendly staff at the door, and both the masseuse and Juliette the woman who did my nails treated me like I was the most important person they saw that day. Prices are super reasonable especially in this region. Also my shellac lasted a full two weeks.. and I wash dishes 4x a day!

Well priced but the lady cut my hair in literally 5 minutes and didn’t give it a once over and now it’s lopsided. I had to ask her to even out my bangs. I’m no expert but isn’t that part of a haircut?? Making sure it’s even!?? Disappointed given all of the positive reviews but I won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

I just want to give a cero, really bad customer service at the from desk by receptionist name Nadia I don’t even know is that her name because she was so rude and unfriendly with me and my husband. I did a birthday reservation for two with Groupon and I call give my two vouchers numbers, everything was ok until we visited the spa she said you only have reservation for one person and with have a restricted policy, I even couldn’t explained my self or say anything because she even let talk screaming at me but because of my manners and years working in customer service i keep my cool and ask for another reservation, long story short I canceled everything I not recommend this place to my family or customer. Nadia has long black hair and brown eyes just for reference is this help.

First of all, wed want to say that Johnny gave a good massage and did a good job.Sofia was polite, but it was too soft and gentle.Our hotel recommended this place and it did not hold up. More expencive than getting a massage in Norway!The staff was coloring their hair while sitting in the reception and they did not seem to be bothered.Find a cheaper place. More value for the money.

This is definitely a rare quality in customer service and I never want to go anywhere else just because of her. I definitely recommend this Salon for any service.

If you live in New York or anywhere in the east coast, you must go see Jacke V for your hair needs. She is such a seasoned hair stylist who knows what she is doing without hesitation. A true artist, Referred to see Jackie V for my damaged hair by my cousin.Jackie is AMAZING! She worked on my hair to bring life to it again. She evened out my highlights, got a keratin treatment and styled my hair.Love love love her personality! I usually get nervous in a Salon but jackie made me feel so relaxed and so entertained! This is was my first time getting a balayage or even lighting my hair and as my first experience Im very happy with Elbas job. She is amazing!!! She did an excellent job with my hair and most importantly she had a lot of patience. I love her work and will definitely be coming back to her !!! Thank you Elba!!

Got the couples rendezvous package and I was not disappointed. The massage was great, the sauna and hot tub were very comfortable and we got to have privacy. The hot tub was not hot but that was fine. Overall, we cant wait to go back.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Natasha. I walked in for a blowout and I can’t believe how amazing my hair looks and feels. Natasha was perfect in understanding my curly hair and gave me a phenomenal wash/dry/style. She was so good that I’ll be scheduling a cut and color (my first in a long time) with her very soon!! I got a haircut and mani-pedi. Friendly and kind employees. Nails turned out beautiful and unlike other New York hairdressers I’ve been to they listened to what I wanted and delivered, with no extra layers of styling. I left feeling like a princess with exactly what I wanted.

This was a wonderful experience. She made my hair look AMAZING!! I’ve always had a bad relationship with my hair, I’m so self conscious about it, I would rarely wear it out of a ponytail.I almost cried when she was done.It took almost 4 hours, but she was so lovely and patient.It’s incredible was balayage can do.Anyone looking to do it.... ITS WORTH IT!!And you have to do it here.Wonderful people. ❤️❤️
