They did a wonderful, thorough job on my acrylic fill with SNS dip powder and gel polish.

I had an AMAZING experience here today! I got an SNS for a great price, they had great service and I could see the precision and care put into my nails. I love how they turned out! Definitely coming back here again.

I’m obsessed! 🥰 I love this place so much. After reading the reviews about it being the most affordable in the area with good reviews I decided to check it out. First of all they were so welcoming and friendly, the staff was kind and good spirited with laughter and compliments, I felt very comfortable there. I couldn’t decide what color to choose for a manicure so I went with a French Tip style instead and WOW I’m blown away. They look so gorgeous and perfect! The lady took her time and kept making sure they were the same length and analyzed them to make sure they’re perfect. For the French tip it was 18$ which is soooo affordable UWS.BTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Google maps is a little confusing, it made it look like the shop was by a corner copy shop but it’s not, it’s just in the middle of the block. Keep walking between 102nd and 103rd you’ll see it there! :) 💕💕💕

I got a gel manicure here and had a great experience! There was no wait when I walked in, and they were attentive, kind, and did a beautiful job. I didn’t get the impression that other reviews have flagged about the place looking unkempt or the ladies being rude. I speak Mandarin, but the other customers didn’t appear to have communication issues either. I’ll definitely come back here.

Worse experience of mani pedi!!The women was very rude and obviously didnt know her job! But when i asked her to file more round se said something in chinese and all her colleagues laughed at me !!!The other time i made a comment about the polish was all over my skin, she said i dont continue u do it yourself!!!

One star is for the people treating me nice while I was there. Only 2 stars because I got them done Saturday and 2 days later some my nails started forming a line across the middle of them and a day later two of my nails cracked in half and I wasnt being rough with them. This has never happened to me before. I feel as if I was given old nails. Also In the middle of getting my nails done, I went to wash my nails and when I turned around my things were in another chair and i was passed on to another manicurist to finish my nails and the 1st manicurist had moved on to another woman. Not coming back here. Update: Exactly one week later two nails cracked fully and fell off. I was told they used old acrylic. Smh This is what I received for $39!

It was my first time here on Sunday and I will never return. I spent over $50 for a pedicure (extra massage, callous remover and long wear polish) I am so disappointed. The picture speaks for itself, please look. The nail polish is old and clumpy. When they charged my card they “forgot” the extra $4 for long wear and asked me for the $4 when my nails were almost done drying. How unprofessional and the work is subpar.

I never write negative reviews but this one is needed. Less than 2 weeks ago I went to this place for a gel powder (first time ever). Well, staff was not very welcoming so as I usually do when I go to places like this, I become super nice so the experience becomes nicer for me (I love doing my nails and it is suppose to be a nice moment).The service was good, I loved the result. And the salon is very close to my place.Today, (2 weeks after) I go back to ask for the same person who did my nails, and the welcoming was so cold and so rude!Well I wanted to give them another chance but I rather go somewhere where people are HAPPY to have clients.And guys, please, be nicer and welcoming, that is not how business works.So if you are looking for a nice experience, don’t go there, you will be disappointed.

They dipped my whole hands in pure acetone . . . And didn’t even put actual soap in the basin when giving a pedicure. Horrible experience .

Very disappointed. I went in asking for a pedicure and ombré shellac manicure. The service was rushed and when she got to my nails she told me she could not do ombré. Also my nails have bubbles all through out. Won’t return.

Walked right in for a powder gel manicure and was helped right away. The nail techs were super welcoming and professional and they took a lot of care to make sure my nails were even (were coming off of quarantine nails, 4+ months without a salon mani) and that the brightly-colored powder didnt stain my fingers. Extra care makes a difference! This is the best price Ive seen for a powder gel mani in the city ($38) and they did a great job. They also wore masks and had plastic barriers up between where they sit and where the customer sits, so it felt clean and safe. Will go again for sure! :)

I have had manicures, pedicures and massages there - all with good results and wonderful bedside manner. My most frequent visit there is for waxing which I need on a frequent basis. They are excellent - having me lie comfortably and doing a painless job with excellent beside manner - the prices are wonderful and I like going there.

Literally the worst service I have ever experienced. Cut my skin, started arguing with fellow employees- making my service much slower. And then, after I pay and provide 15% tip, the owner came out and started yelling at me in front of customers and everyone in the store that I was obliged to give 20% tip. Fully feared for my safety and complied but will NEVER go back.

Service varies a lot. Had good but also poor treatments. It depends on who works with you and I wasnt given a choice. Like hair cuts one should not have to leave a pedicure up to chance.

I have been going here for years. They are warm and kind, and very good. Not a glamorous place, but lots of space. My manicurist is Frances, and shes totally wonderful.

The massages are good but I’d only ever go here again in a pinch for mani/pedi because I live a few blocks away. Their prices are cheap, and they have a ton of nice packages combining waxing, pedicures, massage, threading etc but this isn’t a place where you can go to relax. The manicurists are constantly chattering with each other really loudly to the extent it can give you a headache; and they didn’t even seem to have an exfoliating scrub when I asked for some during my pedicure. The overall attitude seems to be to get you out of the door ASAP vs. giving you a good time.

Pedicure was $20 which was one of the best prices I found in the area. Job was good, nothing above and beyond but happy I found this place.

Went here for an eyebrow waxing. Specifically stated to the woman waxing them to please only clean them up but not make them any thinner than they were. My eyebrows are the shortest and thinnest they have ever been, they look absolutely terrible. Would not recommend.

My nails look horrible. I was really surprised that it was okay for her. Waste of money and time. I would give less then 1 star. They need to improve customer service and how to make nails.

Not great, but a decent nail salon. They are by no means state-of-the art as far as instruments, cleanliness, and general practice go, but at the end of the day, my nails looked good, so no huge complaints. They seem to be busy often, so there might be a wait, but I also went on a Saturday evening so that could be why.

I go here all the time even after moving out of the neighborhood (nails, waxing & massage). The ladies are really sweet and do a great job...only 1 person there Id avoid (name slips my mind).

This place is horrible. I legit wasted 30$ on a basic mani and pedi that was rushed and poorly done. My nailpolish chipped and the guy who did my nails refused to fix it out of spite. I had to BEG HIM to apply a clear topcoat...PS. It took him a total of 25 minutes to do a mani and pedi. I AM SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE.

I got my nails done and a massage. Both were ok, thats not what this review is about. As I was leaving, the woman that gave my massage said to me in broken English :You forgot to tip, you need to tip in cash. I couldnt believe my ears. I was going to tip anyway, I was waiting until my nails were dry to go into my wallet. The massage was $40. I began to give her $7, and she said one more dollar, 20 percent is $8. I lost my efiing mind. I told her no one has ever asked me for a tip, let alone tell me I wasnt leaving enough. I will never go there again, regardless of the fact that it is the closest to me. Dont go here. They also do not sanitize the pedicure sinks after each use. So disgusting.

Waste of money for something I could have done myself. My pedicure last five minutes. The water was cold and the nail polish was all over my feet. Hardly a foot massage. They should be ashamed.
