Great customer service. I asked for a mani/pedi and they gave me their price. So they start with my pedicure and do the normal procedure. Then after ask if Id like a massage and for how much. I gladly agreed since coming from Chicago, Im not used to so much walking. Let me tell you, worth it.! Then after getting the pre-nail color process, she did ask if Id like to use the washroom first. After my nails were done, she asked if I wanted another massage but for my back....Wow.! Worth it.! Then before paying, she plastic wrapped my toes and added a sort of oil so not to smear my nails. She then put my socks and boots on, zipped up my jacket, and helped me with my backpack. I would go there again if I lived here.

Lowest price in the neighborhood! Salon is not so glam, but they have very good quality customer service! They offer massages and spa packages too!

Manicurist was very nice but I got a gel manicure and my nails started peeling the very next day :(

$12 for a 💅🏻 not bad at all in midtown. They kinda talk you into paying a $ extra for the quick dry coat but it doesnt make much of a difference you have to anyway sit to dry your nails after 🤷🏻‍♀️

Did an OK job but put rude pressure on me to tip 15% when the price quoted was much lower than the final price for a pedicure and gel polish (no manicure). I received OK service (10% tip) superior service warrants 15% and out of the way exceptional service warrants 20 and 25%. I tip the service I receive. Pedicure was rushed and impersonal but looked decent, 10%. Dont pressure me for a higher tip. I wont return.

Think this is T & T Nails now, and it is awful. Worst pedicure ever, she basically just took my polish off and put new on. There was only one other customer, and the woman said I️ couldn’t stay in the electric massage chair and let my toes dry. Save your $$, go somewhere else!
