Great nail salón. The place is super clean and they follow COVID-19 protocols. They take their time and dont rush just because more people come in. They really cater to your needs and ask you if you are happy as they go. I will be coming here from now on. I got UV Gel manicure and gel pedicure. I am very happy!

Went in and asked for short coffin acrylic nails (+$2 for shape). It was such a great experience. The workers are very kind and ask how you feel about your nails through the process. Definitely got exactly what I wanted. Wait time was a little long +20 minutes but I highly recommend.

The people were really nice. I went at 4pm on a weekday (maybe a Wednesday) and was in a chair as soon as I walked in which was very convenient. TBH though, I wouldnt go back. The coffin shape I asked for was done masterfully, but bro laid on the acrylic THICK, didnt smooth it out very well, and didnt push it close enough to my cuticles so it looked like I had gotten my nails done a week before, like they already started growing out. He also did this weird thing to my cuticles where he cut them, but in reality, he just ripped at them, so now they look raggedy... 3 starts because I know they did their best and some people would probably accept this. The pics were taken today, about 5 days after I got them done, they look like they were applied 2 weeks ago.

The man there did my nails he was very rude to the point he tried to push me out the chair before I even paid ok bye that’s what he said I’m like ok you don’t want the money cool ooh 54 dollars smfh never ever again 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I went to the M & W Nail Salon to remove my acrylic nails and I have to say it was extremely unprofessional. The lady took one of my nails off with a Metrocard and the acrylic nail came off WITH my natural nail!! The worst part is that she somehow cut herself in the process of it and her blood was dripping on my exposed nail. UNSANITARY!! She did it on the next finger as well and thats when I realized my nail was bleeding. I told her that my nail was hurting and bleeding and she rolled her eyes at me!! She didnt even apologize or anything. She starts using the nail drill on my nails and apparently she has no clue what shes doing because she cut me multiple times. Then she expected me to dip my bleeding fingers into a bowl of acetone!! When I told her that it was burning she completely ignored me. I think the worst part is when she asked me to tip her after all that terrible service. When I told her I didnt want to tip she started getting upset with me so I just tipped a dollar. Now my natural nails are completely ruined thanks to this salon and itll take months for it to grow back to normal. I wouldnt go back there even if someone paid me.

The first nail I remove and I have a FUNGUS. this has never happened to me before and I’m so embarrassed that this even happened to me. Now I have to go to the doctor and get treatment. The wife did an ombré with sms, never used that before... Idk how this happened. Nothing was lifting so I used a metro card to start removing and was in shock. Will update tomorrow after my doctors appointment.

The nail technicians did Excellent work.everyone had on face gear n their were particians up.A little on the pricey side.Overall Im satisfied with the their work

Did a great job on my gel nails! I got a custom design and they were very meticulous and detailed and it turned out perfect!They also serve tea or water and the design of the store is super cute, clean and very cozy.

Its a affordable place

Gel is supposed to last for 2 weeks not one day. Then I got foot fungus from the dirty place dont go save your money. Spoke to the people there and they said we only touch up once I replied gel is not supposed to chip the day after you have your nails done 40 Box wasted.

After having a horrible experience elsewhere (6 & D), I read the reviews for M&W and saw positive reviews. So I decided to take a chance and I explained to Andy exactly what I wanted, and he did a excellent job and Nina did also did a great job with my pedi. Im so happy I went there... Been coming here for years with Angie..she would always do my nails perfect, the length the shape, everything!! Recently I feel as if she’s gotten too comfortable. My full set didn’t even last 2 weeks before nails were popping off —that has never happened in the past, my nails would usually last almost a month with gel..she rushes me out the chair now, even my pedicures are terrible and on top of that I got a minor fungus in my nail!! Disappointed that after years I’ll be looking for a new spot..

I absolutely love this place! Last time I did my nails here I asked the owner if she can just do whatever design she thought would go great with my nail color but that wasntoutrageous for graduation & I can not tell you how she did amazing on my nails! Will definitely be coming back!

Very clean, and the workers were very nice. They did an awesome job and gave me a massage while I was drying my nails.

We live in Soho where there are nail salons everywhere but they charge an arm and a leg where this place is reasonable and they do an even better job my wife loves this place

I *love* this place. Been trying for years to kick a nail-biting habit and these guys have been amazing at helping me reform. Service is excellent, and the regular manis last forever. Im really rough on my hands, and even I get a week out of them. Incredible! The folks who work here are so nice, and really go out of their way to make your nails look as great as possible...have never before seen such fastidious cuticle care. I come here every week.

Super satisfied, The other lady I went to on 6th n D. She wasn’t paying attention to my hands, and kept looking out her window, and made my nails so crooked . I LOVE this spot she made my nails straight, and exactly how I wanted them. And she took her time and paid attention to my hands the whole time. Worth the money. Will be coming again

Its cheap and quick but the crowd that comes in can be disturbing if youre looking to relax I wouldnt recommend this spot. You can find places with better vibes in the same neighborhood.

I went and got a mani & pedi. Took my own color with me. Didn’t like the color so I changed it. I asked to change it when I seen it on my toes. She then charged me $9 after already paying $23 for a regular mani & pedi! They are extremely unprofessional and rude and I will never return back to them! I also noticed their sanitizing machine doesn’t even work so they aren’t sanitizing their metal utensils. Definitely won’t be back, I rather walk a few extra blocks to where I know they are clean and don’t try to rob people for their money!

Great prices, good service. $22 for a mani-pedi. They have a $20 special happy hour offer on Monday-Thursday nights. Staff is friendly enough, not much english. On weekends youll find a slight wait.
