I absolutely love it here. Time and time again, I get excellent service that is far worth the price. With all natural products and polishes and fantastic service, I recommend ten over ten to anyone. Reception has even helped me several times when Im trying to come up with weird designs or colors for special events. Always happy to help and its much appreciated.

1 out of 5 salons in the city that carry 10 chemical free and 8 chemical free nail polish. I was surprised at the price for a manicure too( in a good way). The customer service when you first arrive is exceptional, with an offer of tea or water. The nail technicians are a bit dry, but I think that stems from the language barrier.

I really liked the idea of a clean salon no crazy dust floating everywhere and quiet and relaxing. What wasnt good was the quality of the painting technique. I asked for an inverted french and it was sub par.

Pretty place. Definitely an upscale salon. Although the seating looks pretty a commercial massage chair is much more comfortable for a pedicure. Technician was very sweet but quality of the manicure was okay at best. Didn’t notice a glob of polish on my nail until I had left the salon. If aesthetics are important this is a nice salon, but for me it was not worth the high prices.

The salon is small but very pretty with a high attention to detail. The staff was very friendly and offered water or tea once we sat down (which you cant really have while getting a manicure) but very thoughtful none the less. The color choices are nice and they have plenty of gel colors if you prefer that choice. Very pleasant experience.

Stopped on to get a fill and pedicure done at Tenoverten Nail Salon. So happy as the staff was friendly and creative! Got the fairy dust gel finish and cheetah print accent on a few nails! Getting lots of compliments on my nails!

This is my first time coming here and I am very impressed with the work. I had several questions regarding the different techniques this nail salon utilizes and my nail technician and the owner was very helpful in explaining everything for me. I really loved the the gel set I got and I look forward to trying the European gel set she was telling me about.

Best pedicure ever! The folks here are professional,Careful & quiet. Wonderful, relaxing & peaceful- no harsh smells or loud noises. Incredible massage.I would give this 10 stars!

Great place & service. It is pricey so deducting a star for that. When you want to treat yourself I think this is an nice choice to pamper.It is nearly $100 for a manicure & pedicure. I wish they offered me tea or champagne while I was there. Small touches would help me to justify regularly paying this.

We came here to start off the celebration for my sis in laws 21st birthday. It was awesome! The staff is friendly and they do a great job! Very clean and professional. We love the atmosphere. The whole experience was great and I will definitely be back!!

Great location! Clean, professional, you can make appointments online, their color assortment is wonderful. My waterless manicure was done in under 25 mins, came out beautifully and you can tip using your card. Ill definitely be back!

Worst customer service. Staff is rude. I waited over 25 min and still was not seen. This is not the first time I go and have to wait for a long time. I had to leave after 30 min of waiting and was never seen. Technician had always been rude and I gave her many ch cues. I will never go back again. They feel entitled.

The cleaning was ok. Not even 60 % satisfied. Also not happy with the way the polish was put on. Around the nail looks messy with polish around it, drying!! Every nail salon that I’ve been to have a fan where the nails are dried. I understand the quick dry oil but how dry is it going to get. Didn’t even leave the place and most of my nails are smudged already. For this price I would not recommend this salon. Cote so far has been my go to but because they’re currently looking for a bigger space I’m still on the look out for a non toxic nail salon. Any suggestions?

I drive 40 minutes to get my gel nails with Sarah. She is meticulous, professional, and quite fast. She is very involved in the creating a design that fits my style. Sarah has the latest tools and accessories, and keeps up with the latest trends. I have tried other nail shops but gels last the longest. I love her shop!!!

Its an ethical salon that treats their employees fairly so dont expect low prices. They have a wide range of nail colors and brands including their own. Service is great and I love the fact that everything is charged to my card on file so I dont have to worry about messing up my manicure at the end.

I absolutely loved this place! I went to the one in Soho. The staff is very nice. I saw Lucina for an eyebrow wax and she did a fantastic job. My eyebrows after had the best shape I ever got before plus the gentle hard wax didnt leave me with any irritation. I have sensitive skin so this was amazing. Lucina is very sweet and recommend her to anyone for waxing!

I had a pedicure and quickie manicure and both technicians were detail oriented and did an excellent job. The color selection was great and I especially rate the quick dry drops, they set everything in record time. My pedicure is still immaculate, even after walking around all day in socks and shoes (which I put on 15 minutes after she finished the polish). I think this is slightly on the expensive side, but Ill be back for the occasional treat.

Mixed review. Nice space, nice untraditional seating and set up but it is luck of the draw with which nail tech you get. Mine was pleasant and good. My friends was sloppy and had an openly bad attitude like she couldnt be bothered and didnt want to be there.

My absolute favorite Mani/Pedi spot. I hear the waxing is good too. Customer service is really great, atmosphere superb. Highly recommended with both thumbs, well manicured, and way up!

Called for a last minute Bikini wax and was happy to hear they had availability. Very pleasant ladies greeted me and introduced me to the waxing technician Miranda who was fabulous. Quick and painless, kind and clearly passionate about her job, I felt at ease and was completely satisfied with my service. This is my new spot for nails and waxing! Thank you!

Had high hopes for this place as it was my first venture into toxic free nail boutiques. It’s a cute place with urban chic style. It’s just, well, how can I describe it ? Drips with lethargy.I could not get over the atmosphere and honestly wanted to get out of there as soon as I could. I even went to the one on Reade Street and Fulton to see if there was a difference. Reade is slightly better. Didn’t feel welcoming just over hip and boringAnyway quality of the manicure was fine and so are the products. Nothing extra special.

The appeal of this place is superficial. they have a lot of colors, some non toxic polishes, and a “chic” minimalist loft space, but the quality sucks. Cleaning was not thorough, nails were filed uneven lengths and my polish was put on with a lump on one finger. They bring you a lukewarm towel because they have to bring it from the back. No nail dryers so you have to sit there forever or mess up your nails. Absurdly overpriced for what youre getting.

The staff is friendly and when I called to setup an appointment they were very helpful and patient explaining the different packages. They also had a special referral promotion happening and since I wasnt referred but still new they offered me the special - which was really sweet. Thank you!

This place is so clean and calm and the pedicures last forever without chips. Ive been several times and have only had excellent service and experiences with the staff there.

After sitting me down, the nail technician disappeared for about 10 minutes, leaving me sitting at the table, watching everyone else be taken care of. When she came back, more than a few nails had to be redone because there were little grains in the polish from the bottle. The final product left much to be desired as well, the color being really streaky, uneven, and only 2/3rds of my nail plate was actually covered.Not worth the money. Very disappointing

Beautiful salon with quality nail polish and technicians. The extended wear nail polish always lasts me at least a week with minimal chipping.Unfortunately the last time I came in Etka was my technician and did a terrible job. The nail polish was streaky and came on my cuticles. I asked her to keep the shape of my current nails (very obviously oval) and she made them a really ugly square shape. I should have paid more attention to her work or else I would have redone the whole thing.This is not the usual work I get done here though! Cindy is wonderful and I am always blown away with how great my nails turn out!! I would recommend keeping track of your favorite technicians and booking with them.

I went to the Midtown location regularly before I moved. Today was my first visit to Fulton St. and it is a subpar experience. No greeting, no offer of water/tea, I booked with a specific technician - that wasnt honored. The technician I did have had dirty fingernails, revealed after she took the gloves off to polish my nails. She was fast (booked appointment should be 25 min, as stated when you book) and sloppy - I have polish up to and over my lower cuticle, as well as on sides and tops of some nails. I love the concept of tenoverten, but Fulton St doesnt deliver. For $30 (inc tip) youre better off trying a different location or other higher end nail bar.

Ive been to Tenoverten Tribeca a few times now, and they have never once done a great job. I just dont think their technicians are well trained. For the prices they are charging, I can assure you I wont be back.

A modern nail salon in the middle of bustling downtown Manhattan.

One of the worst manicures ever. If your detail oriented like me, this is not the place for you. I ended up with red, Essie nailpolish (Macks) on my nails AND cuticles which resulted in rough, uneven nails that looked like I had five minutes to slap on color before running out the door. Its seems the goal at TenOverTen is volume versus quality; and the price is twice that or more of other nail salons in the city. I dont mind paying for quality, especially if the technician takes their time however my manicure looked terrible and the process was really stressful.

Nails started chipping 24hrs later and have brush strokes on all my nails. Good service and same day polish change appointment, but very sadly disappointed in the quality.

Clean nail salon that attempts to provide a more upscale experience. You need an appointment and they have a great selection of polishes (chanel, nars). They dont do gel polish.

This is my go-to nail salon in Manhattan. Its a little pricey but worth it. Space is clean, spacious, and well-kept. Staff is professional.

If you want your nails done with an outstanding experience visit this establishment. The owners are two of the nicest women I know.

Chic, clean and a dope playlist that was taken straight from my Apple Music (maybe). The mani/pedi was great. Each tech paid attention to the details. There’s also enough polish colors and choices that you can have lots of fun choosing. My only negative was the receptionist who really lacked customer service, at least when when it came to extending that to me. Once I made it clear (with a head nod) that the difference in her service and offerings to others was noted and not ideal, she attempted to offer me service but the damage was done. Minus one star for the lack of service there (and the reminder of the time they closed which begs why take the appointment if I won’t have time for my nails to dry???)

This is a treat and an experience. It is about 80 bucks for regular spa mani/pedi but listen, IT IS WORTH IT! Cute 2 flight walk up. Nice QUALITY polish selection. Friendly receptionist. I chose the option to have my mani and pedi done at the same time and it was a nice queen treatment. Unlike many other salons, they are not pushy, they always inquire with you to make sure youre comfortable and if you need anything. 5 stars! All around! I will defintely be returning. (The regular spa mani lasted 2 weeks!!)

Great, quaint spot in Tribeca! I recently just had my first visit to TenOverTen and it was amazing! Thea was my manicurist and was very knowledgeable in natural nail care. Its also a plus that they carry Nars polish. Definitely worth giving a try!

Scheduled and appointment for for an extended manicure, the polish started chipping the next day and was chipping away within three days. I called to let them know and they had me come in for a polish change that they charged me for... three days later my nails look horrible. Will not be going back, nothing extended about the polish.
