So many nail places have closed due to Covid 😡. This one was open until 9pm and took me even though I arrived a little after 8pm. The owner is very nice and staff is friendly. Let’s help out small business if we can!

I like this nail salon. This is the clear powder dip. I get a pedicure for $29 and dip gel nails. Either 48 or 58, I forget. They treat you nice here . Very quick service.

Worst manicure ever: not properly cleaned nails, some of nails round some partially square when I asked round, not even properly filed nails. This place looks nice but specialists really low level.

By far the worst manicure experience. Manicurist cut my finger with buff while carelessly removing powder gel, causing my finger to bleed, & barely acknowledged it. She did a poor job removing the gel and left me with remnants and scratches all over on my nail beds + did a horrible job at filing during my actual “manicure”. Will never come back & do not recommend.

I never have had a bad experience here. The whole atmosphere of this salon is so relaxing, CLEAN and new. There are no shortage of nail salons in NYC, but finding one that is clean with friendly employees, and not going to charge $60 for a manicure is not the easiest. They always do a wonderful job whenever I go.I brought my maid of honor here for my wedding. She loves it too and wishes they have one in Denver, CO!

Clean and nice place. Extremely poor service. They finish a manicure in less than ten minutes. I can do it better at home. You go to this salon to have your nails painted. That’s it! When you kindly tell the manager about the way you feel, she replies that they do it quick when it is busy. Quantity over quality. Never coming back!

This is my go-to nail salon in the city. Its extremely clean, which is one of the reasons why I keep coming back and the prices are reasonable. I went there the other day and had the mumu special pedicure, really enjoyed the service. I asked the woman doing my pedicure about something specific I wanted done and she did a fabulous job. Ill be back!

Ive gotten about a dozen manicures here and I am finally FED UP. WAY TOO pricey for the quality of service, try Haven just a couple blocks away for all the same services and $5 off the price tag too. Ask for Jenny at Haven. At Mumu, the manicurists dont even soak your hands in hot water. They crucify your cuticles. The massages are really not good. And my nails are always either chipped or not done evenly. Clumpy. Thick.

SO SO BAD! Do not come here. After paying around $80 for acrylic nails w dip power they starting falling off after a week. They also left me with a fungal infection under the nail. SO DISAPPOINTED

Experts here at mani and pedis fairly priced and make you feel so pampered

Not great. Went there a second time in the hope it would be better but it really wasnt. Perhaps even worse. The nails are not clean and the gel polish application was messy. Also the polish is already chipping even though I had the gel manicure just two days ago.

Nice atmosphere but i gave a 2 because i had to go elsewhere to get another pedicure, the lady barely rubbed my feet...this place is only for certain people...

Not very good experience! The quality of work in my case was very low, probably have to re-done it. Also overpriced.
