I love Elegant. I’m very particular about my nails, and they do such an amazing job. They’re also very clean! It’s a great nail salon, with great hours. My manicure last a very long time. The massages are amazing too.

Service was amazing but it felt rushed and I felt like they didn’t want to put enough effort maybe because I’m a guy getting a mani/pedi. Also usually most nail salons offer to put on clear nail polish after, didn’t even bother to ask. Only rating 3 stars because I liked the outcome and their pricing are pretty good.

Why do they rush everywhere you go? They may do one hand more careful and carrot deal with the other. No thank you - no quick shoulder massage. The owner sits listening to his phone with no headsets. No thanks

I was first time come here because my sister she recommended to me. Its like traditional nail salon that they had bright environment and place was clean. The staff was patient and nice! I did have a gel nail and its pretty! Love it!

I understand youre busy but at least make the customers waiting 45 minutes for a pedicure/manicure comfortable by checking in on them and letting them know how long the wait is. I was completely ignored and I wonder if my skin color had anything to do with it since others got better service. Save your time and go elsewhere.

My favorite in the area! They ways do a great job with nails and waxing. No frills but always great. They have lots of technicians so youre never waiting for too long.

They did an okay job but I felt judged. Majority of customers didnt look like me, every move I made all eyes were on me as if I was going to run out. Will try them again hope its a different experience nxt time.

I got a mani pedi gell.The guy that works there did a great job on my toes, but one of the girls did a terrible job on my hands. They look terrible 🤮

With a sad and upset heart Im writing this review as Im finishing my visit. Going from the best to worst in my book one visit at a time. Ive been coming here for about 3 years now and not until lately have I become dissatisfied with the service. I get the gel manicure and usually spa pedicure. Mostly gel manicures every two weeks. Well they provide you with a card and after your 10th visit you get a free manicure. Well that didnt happen. Upon completion I presented my card and was told it was for a free regular manicure. So of course Im confused because it stated that nowhere on the card. The owner does my nails so Im explaining that maybe cards should read that because consumers will assume that the free manicure is the type of manicure you always get. That day I was so upset I left and came back because for a second I thought I was crazy. Still no resolution. I vowed not to go back but hey Im loyal. Next visit after that - owner isnt there so I decide to allow one of the other young lady do my nails. Well she rushed, talked to her peer the entire which resulted in a worst manicure Ive had in a long time. Then we reach today - callled to assure owner was there - made an appointment. Arrive there, she assisting someone else and stated it will be an hour wait. Then offered for someone else to do my pedicure and she would do my nails. LIES! Lady finish my feet and she then was instructed to do my nails. Of course she cut me in the process of completing the job and Im totally over it. Its super sad because Ive referred many people there and anyone that ever asked where I do. So to experience this and for the trend to continue visit after visit, I feel like a lost consumer because I dont want to meet new people or changed nail shops but some times you have to!

The worst pedicure Ive gotten. The guy giving me my pedicure kept getting up to help new customers that came in the door and was constantly answering the phone. The actual pedicure lasted about 15 mins total. The foot massage was about 30 seconds on each foot. He seemed very rushed and distracted. Even though its right by my apt, I will go somewhere else.

Great variery of Essie and OPI gel colors. Plus a couple of extra glittery one. Absolute favorite. :)

Went there did my pedicure today, Owner told me that they will have this mothers day event on the 14th of May. I think I might take my mom there for celebrating Mothers day
