I put in an online app last Thursday and received a call from Shaun promptly who invited me to come in and talk to him that day. I will be reporting to the BBB for how they handle and treat their customers and they just lost money from a customer who bought their vehicle from them !!!Buyers and customers BEWARE before doing business with this shady company! Maybe if they replace their front office staff, problem would be solved!

I was looking for a reliable vehicle to help rebuild credit. After calling in advance to get a better idea of approval odds we decided to visit. We were greeted at the door, this was probably the best I can say about the whole visit. We were then greeted by the sales person I spoke with on the phone. While doing my application the sales person was rudely taking personal calls. After we completed the paperwork we were taken to another room to wait for CNAC finance to review. After approximately 60 minutes we were put on screen to have a conversation with the finance manager. After completing this we were taken to the lobby to await decision. After being at this location for 2 hours we were told we needed more than the $1000 down or they couldnt approve us. After leaving we purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze from Carplex with only 4000 miles for the same $1000 down. I would not recommend JD Byrider to anyone.

How are people on a budget supposed to pay a $400 a month car payment? The interest is like 25 to 27%. If you can afford the car payment and cant go anywhere else I guess this place will work. Friendly and helpful employees. Got my fiance in a car and on the road within 3 hours. Never felt pressured to buy anything. They worked with him on the price. Their lot, office & restrooms are all very clean. Id definitely recommend to anyone needing or wanting a car.

We are paying on a vehicle that was way overpriced for what its worth. The vehicle was definitely in a flood, but we were never told that it was. The whole bottom of the vehicle is covered in rust. The inside where the trunk is also rusted. The lug nuts were rusted to the bolts, the rotor just snapped off a few months back while I was driving, due to corrosion. There is electrical issues, the doors will open by themselves and the one will not close by itself. You have to try to close it and while it is closing, you need to pull the handle to release it from the auto shut, and then pull the door really hard manually to close it. Please go to somewhere else that wont rip you off.

Superb Service and Selection!! A few months ago, we found ourselves suddenly needing a new vehicle. We didnt plan for it and werent in a place where we could afford a large down payment or monthly payment. The payments were less than what we had budgeted for, and the terms/length is perfect for our long-term needs. If youre looking for reliability and high quality service, this is the place to go and Ricky Bobbys the go-to guy!

Helped me find a car with my really messed up credit. And even after I hit a deer and totalled that car, they helped me find a similar car too. I got a 2011 Chevy impala that runs perfectly and looked brand new. The salesman knew exactly what my budget was and didnt try to hard sell us into things we couldnt afford. I also love that the payments arent monthly, they auto pay every paycheck so I dont have too worry about missing it.

JD byrider was a horrible experience come to find out I wasted two days with these people and showed them verification of employment on a salary wage my bosses spoke to them and I guess they just dont sell to construction workers horrible horrible experience with this company I would advise nobody use them...

Keep in mind this was my first time buying a car alone!the day i went to look i was greeted by a man, very helpful, he listened and was aware of what i wanted. he told me to scan the lot and i found the car that i just had to have, a black 2012 Ford Fusion SE, i fell in love with it at first site. so i test drove it, after about 10 minutes into my test drive the front end made this horrific sound, like a stretching/pulling very LOUD rubbing noise, so i took it back and told the guy about it and he said not a problem we will get that fixed right away, well the shop did not have the part and the sales guy assured me that if i bought the car and brought it back for service they would make sure the issue was taken care of. i took my car into the shop a week later after purchasing it and they assured me once they were done the issue was solved...(they replaced the rear sway bar, noise was coming from what sounded like the steering wheel, obviously front end) it was not, the front end still made the horrible noise, i made several complaints to the Greenwood, IN location.after getting tired of dealing with them i took the car to my dad who has been a mechanic his whole life and we found my strut assembly looked like someone had taken a slinky and tangled it so bad.. issue #1!next, about 6 months later in December of 2016, i was driving home from a family function(with my children in the car) and i get a warning light that reads assist steering track so i call my dad and he says get the car home and park it, so i did. the next morning i go to go outside and go to work and my car will turn over, but my steering wheel will not move, so i call around and Byrider told me i had to find a way to get it to them, was tired of dealing with them throwing me through the ringer again, so i contacted the local Ford dealership and they asked me to bring the car in, so i did, i had to have it towed. we get there and i have 4 men trying to turn my steering wheel and not one of them can get it to budge! so they send me out, pay for a rental while they figure out what is wrong with my car. i get a call and my steering rack had a RECALL.... A RECALL ON IT FOR THIS SAME REASON!! (1, IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL A CAR WITH AN ACTIVE RECALL) so my whole steering module, rack and everything was replaced. we thought that had fixed the issue with my front end, and it did temporarily. until it started again! turns out this whole time i was sold a car with 2 BUSTED BALL JOINTS AND A ACTIVE RECALL!!!!i will never buy from here again! ever, i will not recommend this place ever.BYRIDER should be held responsible for this!

I was on the hunt for a car that I could depend on back in October 2015. Ive had extremely horrible luck with cars that Ive bought off of people and other car lots Being a mother of 2 with my credit not perfect I needed something I could put my kids in and feel safe. Ive never heard anything bad about the company at all my family have even got a few cars from them. I was very very nervous when I done everything. I was very impressed with the help and all the questions I asked they answered everything. Lewis and Joe are amazing. They made sure that I loved the car and that it was in my price budget and put me at ease. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. Everyone has a different experience with every situation some people have their expectations to high these are used and newer cars. I took my Jeep in to have it fixed and spent around $500 for the repairs. The lady at the desk was nice and assured me everything was taken care of. It seemed good but on my way to work it did the same thing I took it in for, so not fixed and what a way to find out. Stranded in rush hour traffic.

Did not expect such a great experience, but this business has come a long way over the years. I am very satisfied with my new car as well as the buying process overall. I only have one complaint and that is how long it took to complete my purchase....five hours. This was not the salesmans fault though, just the approval process through their finance company. It was worth it. Definitely recommend especially if you are trying to rebuild your credit.

JD Byrider does not build credit. There an * that says may build credit. They will take your car if you are late and it will affect your credit negatively though. If you can avoid them then do because a 10k car costs 22k after it is all said and done. They waited to get my car in for a maintenance issue until my warranty was up then offered to fix it for a grand. They make you say nice stuff on a recorded line saying how good your experience is before you even leave the lot lol.

They have given us good service whenever we have needed it.

The warranty has been great and really helpful.If you need a car but dont have much money or credit this will be okay place to go! The people are helpful and will do everything in their power to help you. Only gave 4 stars due to the mark up of the prices but when you need a car you need a car.

Just another scam car dealership with rude employees. Even their finance company is rude and acted confused because I called them. They jack prices of problem cars up about 80-100%. They claim to want your satisfaction even after purchase but its just a silver tongue tactic. All they want is money. If you need credit I would suggest getting a secured credit card and building up to buy from somewhere like hubler. This place is a no go

This worked out great!Until you get the car home and several things are wrong with it because it wasnt fixed after this big inspection they claim they do. I bought a 2013 Dodge Journey back in March, everything was okay besides my window not wanting to roll up sometimes which the salesman promised would be fixed at a later date. Okay no problem, it’s now September and my vehicle has turned into what was once reliable to jumps to get running, dash lighting up and going out when it wants, breaks not wanting to work then work, I have a appointment tomorrow to have it looked at to see what is wrong with it so depending on what happens will determine if I ever buy here again I was happy with it until it started running bad. I had planned to continue to trade up with this company but if I’m going to get vehicles that die before a year of having it I don’t want it.
