I would normally rate this place 5 stars but today was so disappointing. Its clear that the owner and the employees only care about the money from each customer and dont respect their time. At first, I was a walk in and was told to come back. No problem! When I came back and had an appointment... I waited an hour and a half for my nails to look like this today and STILL ended up paying for them and tipping the girl who did my nails. The owner didnt say a word to me. I was never told I would have to wait for another lady to get her nails AND eyebrows done while my nails were soaking off for 45 minutes. Totally unprofessional experience and I will never go back.

My daughter and I went there today with some Pinterest nail designs in mind. The ladies at Quality Nails were super nice and willing to do the designs on us.We were very happy with the beautiful results!!They did exactly what we asked and were most pleasant!We are definitely going back!

Best nail spa for miles around. Trust me Ive tried most of them. Fair prices and always treated so very well.

This is by far the best place in Lakeway for Nails and Lashes. Mylissa and her staff are ALL professional, the salon is clean and they actually care about their customers. They do lots of Nail designs and have the best pedicures. You will not be disappointed!

Melissa is the BEST! If you like powder nails there is not a better person to see. She is truly an artist. They also have amazing feet people that do great pedicures.If you had gone here in the past, like me, and were not impressed they are under new ownership and it’s a much better place.

This place is awesome! I will never go anywhere else in Austin. The new owner is so wonderful and provides top quality service. She is so friendly and speaks perfect English and understands everything you want. They specialize in designs and have really beautiful work. The staff is very thorough. They never rush but it doesn’t take forever to get your nails and toes done. The products are top of the line and last a long time. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

My daughter and I got our nails done I made an appointment for a pedicure and a full set I felt rushed while my daughter sat for 20-30 minutes waiting for someone to come do her full set. Might as well have done a walk in.

I’ve been a regular for about 5 years. The staff is super friendly and always give me exactly the shape I want for my nails. Very nice “deluxe” pedicure! Slightly higher price than I’d like to pay, but very high quality.

I love this place- it’s truly the best place for a pedicure that I’ve found. They always take their time (even when the place is packed) and they do a great job. I leave feeling so relaxed and I’ve always been happy with how my nails turn out.

Horrible! My daughter got her nails done today with her sister and they look awful!! My 5 year old could do better! And then didnt want to give her the money back and kept the tip!! Are you kidding me! After she got home and I was going to take her to have her messed up nails fixed, I asked her where the money was and she said they only gave her a gift certificate. Salon credit to go back to the same people who messed them up in the first place and destroyed her cuticles. Dont ever go here...worst experience ever!! The attached pictures are how she left the salon!! Horrendous!! I only wish I could post pictures to show how awful they are!!

AWESOME prices (pedi for $28 and mani for $18). Everyone was super nice and got us in on short notice. They were really sweet with my 6yr old and have great rates for kids mani and pedi too! We will definitely be going back!! Also I love that they offered us beverages while we were getting our pedicure!!

I was the first to arrive at 9:00 am this morning. When I walked in no one was at the front but no big deal. When I told them what I wanted they said okay and started working. My spa pedicure and gel manicure took them a total of 12 minutes to complete, so of course I felt rushed. One other customer said that she was coming back but wanted to run and get coffee first and they started rushing through my service to get ready for her. There were only two employees so I understand trying to accommodate more than one customer. They kept looking at me and laughing and speaking in a different language which made me feel uncomfortable. Not because of them speaking a different language, but its common sense that when some one is staring at you and laughing, and then looking away quickly when you catch them is obvious that they are talking about you. She rushed through my manicure and applied my toenail polish in 2.5 seconds so that she could be done. She also kept pouring the dirty water from my manicure back into my pedicure water. After he was done with my pedicure he rinsed all tools he used on me with water and started using them on the next customer. So unsanitary and weird. They were nice at the beginning and then turned rude in the end. I also wanted glitter on one of my finger nails and asked if it was going to be extra charge and got mocked for asking that question as well. Once she realized I was getting upset she started to ask me how my day was and make small talk. I will not be returning and wasting $58 on poor customer service and a rushed mani and pedi.

I have been here the first time and found that Helen and the staffs are friendly. They take time to work on details. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Been here numerous times and continue to have great service here. I recommend this place highly for pedicures. Next time I plan to try other services.

The lady who did my nails was absolutely rude. On top of that she was being extremely difficult when I was trying to explain the style what I want. They were saying that doesn’t exist?? I get them done like that all the time at my other salon though. Overall would never go back there when visiting Austin.

Went today after not having been there in a month to find new owners. Shocked, but pleasantly surprised! Very nice and got great service. Had a mani/pedi and they both were great jobs done by Hannah and Trang (spelling??)!!

Probably my favorite place to get a pedicure in layaway. If you need a fast pedicure, this probably isnt the place to go; however, this is the best deluxe pedicure Ive had. The staff is very thorough with everything they do. Two thumbs up, which equates to 5 starts

I love Quality nails! They spend a LONG timeOn the massage part of a pedicure and manicure! Not only that they have clean utensils and do an amazing job on nails! I would recommend Quality snails to anyone!

The most horrific experience at a nail salon of my life!! When I got their the woman in chair 1 made a phone call on speaker phone and argued with the person on the other end for 15 minutes. I was so uncomfortable and to top it off she asked for a tip!! Who asks for a tip!?! NO you will not get one after putting me through that experience. She also filled my nail way above my cuticle line as if to get me to get a fill in a week earlier than I should. I will never give this place my business again!

Nobody speaks English, they treat you like it’s a favor and not a paying customer. Not enough variety of colors, they don’t have matching color for regular nail polish to gel colors. I try this place for at least 3 times thinking it was just a bad day, but make no mistakes it is by far the “WORST NAIL SPA “ in Lakeway Texas.Last time I went it took like 20 min to the lady that was doing my pedicure to find a matching color for my gel manicure & regular pedicure, at the end the lady doing my gel manicure totally ignore it and change mi manicure color for white, when I ask her she said it’s because I had white when I come in.I hate this place.

I booked ahead is time for 5 people, and the services were very rushed and poorly done. They overcharged on their services and argued about what we had done. My manicure started chipping withing two days of being done and the polish change I has done on my toes was sloppy. Myself and my friend both received deep cuts on our cuticles and when we asked if they had something that would help the bleeding, the accused us that we scratched our hands up when we washed them. Very unhappy with the shop and I dont recommend coming here.

Walk-in pedicure always excellent service, they remember who you are and always make it easy for my mom and I to sit together!

Very reasonably priced and did a good job. Being nit-picky though, I was given a pedicure chair that didnt message for some reason. The girl who did my pedicure didnt say more than 2 things to me the entire time, she communicated mostly in grunts and nods.

Cut 4 cuticles...it hurt...scabs for a week. Went to get them off and she would not refund or do my nails for free. Wish I had a photo to share...it was bad. I do not recommend this place

The service and options are first rate! I took my mom last week for a mani/pedi and she was so pleased. She didnt know which pedicure to pick because there were so many options. I wont go anywhere else.

I’ve never left a review but I felt the need to. I have been getting sns manicure or shellac for years and never had a problem. I got my nails done here and my nails are cracked and splitting. She was very rude when I came back in get them removed and my nails are in even worse shape. Will not return

Well this is the worst place to go to get your nails done . I went there to get my nails done by Ms Myliss, only for her to put someone else to do and they gave me the opposite of good quality . When I try too get them repaired it was like she didn’t wanted too so it there was always an excuse or a lie .when I asked for a refund she told me she couldn’t give me a refund and that if I came to repair my nails that weren’t properly done I would be charged . Never would I be going there, neither should you .

Everyone at Quality Nails and Spa does a great job. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I have been coming here for awhile and I have just experienced the WORST treatment!! I walked in and said I need fills and a pedi and I need to be out by 3:30. She said go have a seat. I sat in the pedi chair for 20 minutes with nothing happening. The my normal guy began my pedi and I asked if someone was going to be doing my nails at the same time. I was told no! Then told they did not have enough time to do my nails. I asked how long and was told an hour and ahalf!!! Apparently they were calling someone to come in but neglected to let me know the situation. I am going out of town this afternoon and I am extremely disappointed in this treatment and behavior. I will not be back!!!!

Worst experience ive had getting my nails done!!! ... they were rude and unhappy and distracted. When filing my nails she filed too hard and too much, hurting my fingers. She rushed and they dont look very good. Definitely didnt get my moneys worth and never going back back!!!
