Driver was knowledgeable, professional, cool and accommodating made us feel comfortable over 100 mi tow.. tow had plenty of power for our truck no problems.

After dropping off my daughter at a friend’s house down a long gravel road, I reached down for my purse and drifted into a small ditch on the side of the road. My attempts to get out only worsened the situation. I called SLO Tow and the receptionist was so kind and helpful, even calling me back when I accidentally hung up on her when my husband called to see what was going on. The tow truck driver (Robert Hart) was there In Half an hour and was so personable, professional and calming. I was mortified, but his calm demeanor helped me so much. My truck was pulled out no problem snd all is well. No one hurt and only a couple of popped tires. I highly recommend this company. They are real genuine people who are there to help. They stored my truck over night (waving the fee) and promptly dropped it off at a tire store the next morning. Robert called me personally to tell me this. Thanks SLO Tow.

Had a flat tire on a cross country MC trip on a Sunday. Most bike shops are closed on Sunday and Monday. Argh!! The driver, I SERIOUSLY wish I could remember his name because he deserves the shout out, dropped me at my hotel in Morro Bay, then dropped my bike off at a friends shop. He then sent me pictures of the bike sitting at the shop door safe and sound. It was done by 1:15 Monday.... Awesome.... That is all....

Robert was a professional in every aspect. He spoke well and was very polite and professional and towed my vehicle all the way from San Luis Obispo to Los Angeles in a very timely manner. At first call AAA and they couldn’t locate anyone even though Chuck’s towing was right next-door for whatever reason Chuck was not willing to help. I sure am glad they found Robert the name of his tow company is SLO towing. Don’t let the SLO fool you; that stands for San Luis Obispo because he is definitely not slow he is very fast and proficient. I recommend him for any towing service you might need. And AAA if you are reading this you are very very lucky to have him on your list. If I ever need a tow I will definitely use him again and I recommend all you guys out there who need a tow use him as well you won’t regret it and he is also an awesome guy. Excellent service! I destroyed my tire when I ran over something on the side of the road. The guy that came to help was very patient, and was glad to use the tools he had to help switch out the tire. He also gave me some advice for the spare I had which I very much needed and appreciated.

S.L.O. Tow and the driver Rick, were very knowable and friendly... They got my car to the work shop when other tow companies could not, as other tow companies said my car was to low since the car wouldn’t turn over the airmatic suspension could not pump up my suspension. Rick, w/S.L.O. Tow got it done without a problem and delivered my car to the mechanic. I went though AAA, but found out I can call them directly and they will set up the tow with AAA making it very easy.

This most recent time they helped me cleanly park/place my truck in the slanted driveway at my house after picking me up at 1045 pm! These drivers do their job well! 👍 👍

Beginning to have Senior Moments, I didnt know I had left my lights on today (cloudy daytime conditions cause everyone else was doing it) until I returned from Supercuts (Madonna) about 45 minutes later with a dead battery. They were right there for me within 15 minutes, started me right up & gave me a great price, just to help me out. Had to call Road Side Assistance after locking my keys in my car. The Service I received from SLO Tow was courteous, helpful and arrived right when promised. I think the drivers name was Daniel, was efficient and got me my keys and me back to work in 2 minutes. Thank you Daniel - sorry if that is not your name. Great service, needed a car towed from San Luis to Santa Maria. I called another company in town first, but they quoted me $120 more than SLO Tow for after hours towing. So I called up SLO tow and they showed up in 5 minutes without after hours charges.

The experience I had was awesome. I locked my keys in my trunk and one of their employees opened my door due to my cars security system I wasn’t able to open the trunk with the electronic switch so the truck driver stayed and help me with manipulating a latch that allows my seat to go down. It was very nice that he helped me. He did his job of opening my car but chose to stay and help open my truck. Definitely 5 star service. Rob you’re the man thanks for everything.

Another AAA tow company bailed on me after waiting an hour. SLO Tow to the rescue...beat their own ETA by 30 min. 3 hrs is a long drive in a truck cab with 3 people, but driver Rob helped us pass the time with great conversation and speedy yet always safe driving. No one is happy to need a tow, especially for a long distance, which is costly any way you cut it. But the experience couldnt have been better under the circumstances. Thank you Rob and SLO Tow.

The employee that was driving south bound on the 101 at 9:30 from SLO was swerving back in forth into my lane and the shoulder. Upon passing him he had his phone in his hand and was too busy sending a text to pay attention to the road while driving the flat bed tow truck. Glad to know a text is more important the lives of others. Good job SLO Tow.

Wouldnt work anything out. Rude, then tried to tell me I was not a customer, ( duh ), I called and tried to get services; they were to busy, thay were non negotiable, they refused after I walked 3 miles back to vehicle.
