Excellent service which means that I left 150% satisfied with my pedicure and massage. They also have excellent and friendly staff which equals great customer service. The place is decorated beautifully and is extra clean which is important during this pandemic. This is my new favorite Nail Spa.I highly recommend William Spring Nail Spa Inc.

Honestly everyone I met was friendly and the tech did a fantastic job. Fair prices. Will go back. I got acrylics which can be very hard to get right. They werent too thick and they were smoothed out very nicely. The shape and length are exactly how I wanted them.

Do not go to this place if you dont want to loose your money. I went to get a mani/pedi and it wasnt done properly as I expect since you are paying $ 32 dollars. They rushing to get over with you and dont even know what they are doing. They havent even done with you when they are asking if you paying for the tips with cash or card. Really!!! A very completely hot mess place.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS CRIMINAL PLACE....I sent my mom to this nail salon (who doesnt look like a New Yorker) as a fun gift to get a gel mani on me.Little did I know that that nail salon is run by a bunch of criminals who proceeded to jack up the prices to outrageous levels on her services and then at the end demanded a 30% tip because its New York law.They wouldnt let her leave unless she paid this outrageous and totally made up 30% New York law tip.These people are liars and scam artists. Is the manicure good? I dont know. But knowing how immoral and dishonest they are, does it even matter?The owners should be in prison. There are too many nail salons to spend your money at a criminal place like this. They dont deserve to serve people at all and should be out of business.

This place is awful. Went in for a gel manicure and the technician cut, filed, removed cuticles and applied the warm towel all under 10minutes while paying attention to another client that was exiting. I asked her to remove all of the cuticles that remained which resulted in her giving me major attitude. Completely unprofessional, under qualified and careless way to run a business!! Do not waste your time and money here.

I got a pedicure and foot massage for a total of $40. I gave her a 20% tip and she was literally angry at me after that, would not look at me or answer me when I asked if my nails were dry and whether i could safely put my shoes back on. i sort of had to skulk out feeling as though id really ripped her off. very very strange. but a great pedicure!

Ill never go there again. This was my first experience and I was not impressed. I initially went there for a gel pedicure and gel manicure. Because I was unhappy with the pedicure, I told them I changed my mind about the manicure. I felt like my pedicure was done too quickly. My foot was in the water for a very short period of time and the bottom of my feet were absolutely not scrubbed enough. The little paddle-like scrubber she used didnt feel course at all. My feet were very dry once she was finished and was visibly in need of lotion, which she never used. Once I was told I was done I walked towards the exit and asked for lotion and put it on in the store myself then left. Im very disappointed in the quality of service I received. I paid $42.

I went in for a gel manicure, I also wanted a very simple pattern which they didnt listen to and got stressed with me when asking them to correct it and listen to my advice. I paid $40 for this manicure and the gel polish completely pealed off literally 5 days later!

I came with my two girls to get a pedicure for the three of us and also decided to let the kids get a manicure plus a massage for me. The ladies working there were all really nice and we all liked the results. The massage was also excellent. Great service!

Ive come to this salon for almost 2 years. I absolutely adore it. My nails are always done to perfection. If there is something I dont like, need fixing, there is never an issue. Most of the time everyone is pleasant, cheerful, and nice. I usually get tips, gel color, pedi, and waxing. Never had a bad experience. My mother has owns nail salons for more than 20 years in the south - just to say I know a good place when Ive found it!

Dont go here. Gel nail chipped in 12 hours. Wouldnt fix.UPDATE: tried to give another chance.. but my gel nail chipped in LESS THAN AN HOUR. I went back, and they fixed it. But its been 4 days, and 3 nails are chipped. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! There are plenty of much much better salons within three blocks of this place.

Consistently good service and results over the 4 years Ive been getting manicures and pedicures here. My manicures typically last 10 days and pedicures 2-3 weeks without chipping. Never had to wait on a Saturday or Sunday, even when with a friend.

Possibly the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I get them regularly and came here at the recommendation of a coworker because it’s close to my office and quick. The technician butchered my toes and made me bleed when filing and pushing back my cuticles. Barely scrubbed my feet and was incredibly rushed. They don’t even use the bath salts in the tub - only a dash of soap? Whole process took 15 minutes. Will never return here, not worth the money.

It was the fastest pedicure and manicure i ever got. The polish came off the very next day. The young seem angry that she had to do my nails. Her name was Lisa

Dont go here.Ive tried this place 3 or 4 times, and its only been semi-okay once.They rush everything and the polish on your nails ends up messy and full of air bubbles. Its not applied evenly and the second coat doesnt completely cover the first. It chips far faster than other places - whether you use their polish or bring your own.They rush and dont need to form a relationship with the customer because there is a constant flood of customers, this being NYC. The prices are also higher because its NYC.Dont go here.

There were many challenges with my experience unfortunately. They were pushy on the spa pedicure up-sell, I caved and did it and it was fine. It was only until I was half way through my gel removal someone came over to tell me there was a charge for the removal (okay, fine). Manicurist rushed to get my nails done and I had to ask for polish to be removed from my cuticles. 10 min massage was done partially with one hand and they kept asking me to pay in cash. The worst part was after I tipped in cash my pedicurist looked at it and told me my tip covered 2 people as if it ask for more from me, then proceeded to say something to the lady at the front. Overall very unprofessional and a disappointing experience.

They do only a semi-okay manicure as it starts chipping after only a couple of days but the worst experience was when I got a 10 min massage and the masseuse massaged only the left side of my back and neck for the entire time! When confronted, she only kept apologizing and saying that my left side felt tighter so she decided to do only my left side. In reality she wanted me to extend my massage time which. Unacceptable service!

I got a lazy mani pedi, and they didnt put on enough layers for the watered down nail polish to be opaque, I had to ask for one more layer on both. She also cut up my cuticles so poorly that almost all my fingers were bleeding, and they still hurt 4 days later! And then she tip shamed me for a 18% tip on the manipedi! There are much MUCH better discount mani pedi locations in this area.

DONT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!! I had a gel manicure done and 2 days later (day before my wedding) the nail polish started to come off. I had to get my nails redone 30 minutes before my rehearsal dinner. They wouldnt give me a refund and had the nerve to say that I couldve peel the nail polish on my own. Its been 3 days since I had my nails redone at a different salon and they look great so obviously they dont know what they are doing. They are rude, nasty and do a horrible job. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area and I recommend to skip this one.

Honestly idk how this place is even open. I’m legit the easiest person in the world to take care of and i never make anyone go out of their way, but this mani pedi is awful and so was the service. I wasn’t aware that just a quick clean under your nails was considered going above and beyond, but i had to ask her to do it when it clearly needed to be done. Both the transition from the pedi to the mani and from the mani to the dryers i was rushed and the woman was super rude to me. I was in and out in 30 minutes, i have nail polish all over my fingers, the place wasn’t very clean and the ladies sounded like they were arguing the entire time. I thought maybe i just caught them on a bad day but then i looked at the reviews and turns out most days are a bad day there. Please don’t waste your money or your energy here. Go to hanna nails around the corner, they are very sweet, clean, do an excellent job and are only a few dollars more. I was more or less curious about this place.

The place looked clean and nice. Unfortunately, it was the WORST pedicure experience ever. Im almost certain that its the nail technician. My pedicure last approximately 10 minutes before she started painting them and moving me along. Please avoid this person, IVY, she is lazy and kind of rude. I was very u happy and when I asked her to do something more thoroughly she made some excuse and ignored me. I usually tip 40% so I expected good service

Horrible experience. I showed an example to the manicurist of how I wanted my nails shaped and she was unable to do it, and in turn, ruined my nail shape. When I asked her to fix it, she had an attitude and when I spoke to her manager about it, she had an attitude too.I asked for a refund for the manicure portion because I got a mani/pedi deal and was refused that refund.I will never go back.PS - nails chipped quickly as other reviews pointed out.

Very mediocre place. The lady did a decent job polishing, but thats about it . Place came off very cheap . They dont even use the blue salt for you pedicure, guess thats extra . Pedicure felt completely rushed . They do you pedicure in a massaging chair, can you believe she stopped it right before she began to polish !! Really thats low . Never seen that before. Everything here just is half a job . Only reason i came here was because my usual salon was closed for the holiday, and I traveled a long way . Totally missed out on a opportunity to gain a new client . Mani pedi is only 23 bucks, but i rather pay more for better service .wont be back .

The eyebrow waxed just completely ruined my eyebrows. i asked her to clean it up a little bit and pointed to the area. she then proceeded to wax my who eyebrow off. I called over the manager and she told me that they looked uneven. NO KIDDING, THATS WHY I CALLED YOU HERE!!! They exchanged words in their language and she told me the waxer did not understand me. I wish she had told me that instead of pretending to understand what I wanted, knodding, saying okay, and waxing my whole eyebrow off. Do not go here!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went in for acrylic tips with gel color and the staff began performing the wrong service - gel powder which 1) took longer, 2) cost more, and 3) was completed improperly - I left with uneven color coverage accompanied with an uneven nail shape. When I pointed out that this is not what I requested, they said it was better for my nails and to trust them. They then charged me more than what was quoted when I walked in. Overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Horrible service! Store manager April cursed and had a huge fit with me for no apparent reason. When the salon gets busy she loses her patience. Never going back.

Don’t go to this place May other options around.They sell u inside the Lemon Spa pedicure which is 15,00 more than the advertisement on the window and does not bring you anything extra. Total 39,99 A rip off.They rush to do your feet, the staff is very uninterested, complaining and annoyed. You feel they are talking negative about clients, laughing and are complaining.They did the pedicure in 5 minutes. Please note they only cut your nails!!! Noting more than that. Worst nail salon place ever! Got Shellac nails done yesterday and my thumb nail completely chipped. So expensive and not worth the price at all! The person doing my nails seemed rushed and did a terrible job! Do not go here if you want to get your moneys worth!

This was one of the worst nail salon experiences Ive had. The mani/pedi was rushed and then I asked for a 10 min back massage. I checked my watch before she started because I was wondering if I would be late for another appointment. Not even 5 minutes were over and she stopped, claiming my time was up. The buzzer on the alarm never went off but she insisted 10 minutes were up. I went to the reception and she rudely insisted that there is no way the massage finished early.They are 100% scammers and I would never recommend anyone to go here.

This place needs to be out of business... Long ago. Absolutely awful. 3rd degree burns on both of my feet from a callous remover. I am beyond disgusted that this place is still open for business!

Avoid a lady named Ivy. Very unpleasant. The hostess told me that brazilian is $27, and I agreed to get brazilian and French pedi. Throughout the pedi session the lady kept asking me to get a massage, and I had to say no to it like 10 times. When I was done the hostess didnt give me a bill; it was the lady who did the brazilian and pedi who gave me a bill and it said $32 for brazilian (she wrote it herself). So I asked why, and she says $27 is only for bikini, which is too expensive. I didnt believe her, and my impression is that she takes the extra $5 from me. I even had to buy a pair of slippers even though my slippers work just fine in other salons. They keep pressing you to spend money and even lie to you. I dont know why they need a hostess if the ladies come up with prices and give you bills. Dont waste your money and time there. The pedicure has been only 5 days and it began to peel. Horrible.

I go there sometimes and everytime afterwards I ask myself: WHY?!?!?! Ok, the advised 20 USD (in real 21 USD plus Tip, so 23 USD) for manicure and pedicure seems to be a great deal; but the price reflects the quality. They do no real softening of the feed and some days later I have to go to a real nail shop again, because they ALWAYS mess something up, like cutting the nails too short so that they grow in, cutting my fingerbeds by doing the cuticals. This time they broke my skin by filing my nail down. So the girl was holding the file so that it iritated and broke my skin at the tip of my toe, under the nail. I tell you: horrible pain even 3 days after it did not heal.Also they are not very skilled in doing the nail color, the polish is cheap and chipps after 2 days, they are not aware of current designs like half moon manicures.

Ive been to this nails salon countless times in the last 3 yrs. This past visit, I came with a friend for a mani & pedi. As we sat waiting I insisted that my friend go first. About 5 min into her massage two ladies walk in and are seated in pedicure chairs and begine to get their nails done. The woman who was taking care of my friend made a gesture to one of the ladies that I was waiting. That woman giggled and shook her hair as if she didnt want to help me. I then went to the lady at the front desk. She said there was a mix up. I then went back to my pedicure chair and expected someone to start working on my nails. Nope! They continued to do the others two womens nails. I then decided I wasnt giving this place any of my money, so I put my shoes on. About another 5 min pass and a lady comes up to me to do my nails. I said no thank you. I will never step foot in that nail salon again especially when there are three other nail salons in the same area.
