I gave a tip after my manicure and the technician unrolled it in front of me while I was still paying with the owner and said “most people give more”. The owner said nothing and waited to have me give her more before I could finish paying. I won’t be going back.

Rollah is very professional and nice. This salon is very clean. I watched her disinfect that chairs and equipment. I also got my very own file and sponge for my feet that she worked with! 😊

I’ve been here before and my regular manicure chipped after A day and my cuticles looked insane. I decided to try again and can safely say I won’t be back. I got their aug special of a gel mani and green tea spa pedi which came with a 10 min massage for 75 dollars. It’s been a long week so I opted for the special mainly Bc of the massage. What a waste. She literally rolled her knuckles in my arch and on the sides of my legs for the 10 mins. In terms of the polish, the woman that did the pedi missed a massive spot which I noticed after leaving. For the mani, my cuticles were cut dry and she rushed through the paint job. She left polish all around my cuticles and missed the corners. She rubbed lotion on my hands at the end and pulled on a few fingers. There was one person waiting and she was having her gel removed as she waited.The woman doing my pedicure looked bored. The water was cold and during her lack luster knuckle rubbing she’d pause as she spaced out. I feel like I wasted 90 dollars. After that experience the woman expected a 20 percent tip. I left her an 18 percent tip which was way more than I wanted to as nothing about my experience was spa like.

Average nail salon in NYC. I had a gel manicure & a gel pedicure. In the middle of the gel pedicure, the manicurist changed without any explanation. The gel pedicure was nice. However, they charged me an extra $10.00 for callus removing when there are still dry spots on the bottom of my feet. The lady next to me was having a regular pedicure and had a leg scrub and lotion with massage with no additional charge. I was extremely confused. My gel manicure wasnt the best but also not the worst. There are a few bubbles in the polish. I wont be returning because I expect better service for the price.

Very good massage. The young girl was very attentive and friendly. 1.5 hour massage for less than $100. Cannot beat that. Very friendly staff.

I got a manicure/pedicure there on Friday. It is now Monday and my nails are chipped. Ive done nothing out of the ordinary. After leaving, I inspected my nails closely and noticed that there were bubbles and gaps along the edges which have peeled and now chipped. I expect more from an 80 dollar service. Ive been here a few time bc it is near my work and clean but its been a waste of money.

I love this salon. The staff is amazing and you cant tell they enjoy making people smile with their work.
