The Party Bus is gorgeous, clean, and well stocked with water, juice and glasses. We had a large complimentary bottle of Grey Goose chilled and waiting for us in the party bus!!! The sound system is fantastic...the ride is so smooth we were dancing on the bus in between each stop! We were a group of twelve girls and everyone that attended loved the Party Bus. We had the best time we have ever had out together. The Party Bus set the stage for literally one of the best nights we have ever had. I went on a cruise from New York to Bermuda Island and needed transportation to and from the airport to the cruise terminal. I made reservations over the phone with my credit card ( big mistake). The driver was really late but nice. The driver than asked if he could see my credit card to make an imprint, and took it to his cab and brought it back a few min later (makes sense) . The only time I used my credit card was for the limo service during our less than 12 hrs in NYC. A month later i get a call from my credit card company saying that my card was stolen in NYC, and had 5 + charges in NYC. The charges are from a month after we where there. Im unsure if the card number was stolen by the driver or the office personnel, but either way the company can not be trusted with your credit card number. I would pay CASH only if you are gonna use them, but they were a 1.5 hrs late picking us up.

Highly unadvisable!We have been defrauded by this company and here is the complete story.For a trip in family from France, we had booked a limo at Newark airport with Manhattan VIP Limo without any difficulty. The driver arrived on due time, we went for the ride and reached the final destination (East Village) in just 40 minutes. Our teenage children were delighted! So far, so good…We asked the driver if we could pay in cash ($170), what we did. However, he also asked for the Credit Card we had used to pre-book the ride. We were astonished and reluctant but he claimed that was just for verification purposes (allegedly to double check that we were the client who had actually booked the limo…). 4 days later, checking of my bank account online, we realized that another $167 had been drawn!!We immediately reached the manager of VIP Limo and explained the situation. According to this “gentleman”, he had called the driver who had ensured him that we had never paid the drive in cash!! So he clearly casted doubt on our version of the story and after a quick exchange by phone, he basically implied we were liars and possibly cheaters.Despite several phone calls and emails, it had never been possible to arrange a meeting in a polite way. The manager has been rather disrespectful, rude (he never had the basic courtesy of just giving his name for example) and pretty offending when he implied that we were trying to rip off his company!!“The moral of the story”: while the service itself was just fine, we have paid for it twice, we lost extra money (roaming fees on phone!) and time trying to solve the situation and we have been suspected to lie and to con! Nice arrival in New-York, indeed!

I had booked a car last night the MKT 2014 from brooklyn to the city in Manhattan we asked him which way hes taking he said the tunnel is traffic (weird at night to be traffic by the battery tunnel, and what about the BQE ?? ) he took the street through flatbush ave to Manhattan bridge and then he took the streets after the bridge he made sure to stop at every light it took for ever the way.we had a new so called MKT which i thought would be a nice new car but it was dark, lights not working no music was able to play and we had such a long ride that 2 guys couldnt eat after that and they didnt even come back with us they took car service and btw the driver had the nerve to accuse us of smoking in the car when his window was open all the timelooks like the driver was his first time on his job had no idea what a limo or how to drive to the cityour whole night was a disasterand when i called to say how bad my experience was the answer was i will credit you for the toll

We landed at 1:40 pm and the Limousine arrived at 3:50 pm !! We waited more than 1 hour on the sidewalk !!! I had reserved a limousine; it was to be a surprise for my husband and my 2 children, the surprise was more than missed, since my husband was angry and my children crying, because they were afraid that we would miss our 2nd plane! When we called the company, they replied Madam, you are in New York, there are traffic jams!. I think the job of a driver is to anticipate this kind of problem, especially when called VIP !!, and not to let customers wait more than 1 hour, without even notifying them or calling them. It is I who must call them 3 times, when I only have a French package. I had extra costs!When we returned to France, I contacted them to tell them of my dissatisfaction. Instead of apologizing, they told me that I was lying, that their driver had arrived on time !! What a shame ! And its called VIP !!
