Used this type of service for the first time ever. I could not have been happier. The company made it seamless and anxiety free to get from the airport to our hotel. Jose was our driver and he was friendly and just all around AMAZING!! Decided to use this company again for our return flight home. Once again delivered top notch service. Yall are outstanding!!!

I had originally booked another car service, but the 1.5 hours before the book up, the drivers car unexpectedly had mechanical issues and no other drivers were available.I found Imperial, called them and was able to easily set up the new reservation (with only 60 minutes before pickup). I didnt catch the name of the person on the phone with me but they were beyond wonderful. It was a crazy travel day, delayed flights, cancelled car reservations, a lot of confusion-but their patience with me deserves 10 stars.Driver arrived before landing time for rider, which was almost 30 minutes earlier than anticipated-so the rider was not waiting around. Driver provided clear instructions for where rider was to meet driver (it was not myself riding) at LGA.All in all- seamless pickup and drop off.I will use them again, and cannot thank Imperial enough for taking such good care of the rider and making things so easy during a very stressful time. I can only recommend the Imperial JFK Airport Car Service! I arrived 2 hours earlier than expected, but thanks to their flexibility they picked me up 30 minutes after I contacted them about that issue. Moreover, the driver contacted me when he was leaving for the airport. He helped me load and also unload my luggage, and I felt very safe during the drive. Absolutely worth the price!

I used Imperial Limo for the first time yesterday and I couldnt have been more pleased. The chauffeur was 15 mins early and the car was nice and clean. They even upgraded me to an SUV complimentary. I recently used Imperial Limo for a tour of NYC for my best friends birthday party. We got a limo sprinter for a couple of hours. The driver was amazing and so was the vehicle. The dispatchers were so sweet on the phone and the process was pretty simple. They did require me to send them a authorization form for the credit card, which I thought was a bit odd but they assured me that everything is secure and only top level managers get access to the info. They also assured me it’s for both my and their security. So I ended up giving them the info and after that everything was a breeze. I got all the email status updates regularly and on the day of the trip the driver was communicated with all his updates with us as well. Needless to say the trip and the booking process was so simple and easy! Would definitely use them and recommend them to everyone!
