With this guys it is the exact opposite. Not only are they ALWAYS early to pick you up, they are on time to take you home. The driver is professional and easy to be in contact with, and the limos are always in pristine shape. I recommend NYC Crown Limo to anyone who needs a limo for any type of event.

Fantastic service! The most important thing when you are leaving your house on time! The friendly driver sent by NYC Crown Limo showed up early (even at 4:00am) and with a clean limo, bottled water and quiet, quick service. Returning to New York from UK they were there at the international gate waiting, and when my partners flight was delayed a few days later, they were up on the info and waiting for him even after a 2 hour delay. Pleasant, clean, on time, comfortable ride- just what is needed when it is needed. We will use them again in the future. So much better than a taxi.

My wife discovered in a car a beautiful bouquet of 20 fresh red roses and a bottle of Champagne inside of pail with ice. The driver was gallant, friendly and nicely dressed. He even texted me the name and number of our driver that same night. Our driver that night was amazing and he just made the experience that much better! He was the sweetest guy, always opening the doors and giving us his arm so none of us fell out of the car in our heels! We used NYC Crown Limo for my daughters school dance and it was excellent!!! The limo arrived on time and was gorgeous. Great sound system, big screen and little screen TV, very cool lighting. I had driver drop them off at the dance and then went back and picked up the adults. We went out for dinner and drinks while the girls were at the dance. The driver was always nearby, ready and waiting for us. After we picked everyone up from the dance we dropped each person off at their homes and then had the driver just drive us around for a bit. My daughter and her friends had a blast and so did the adults In fact shes already told me she wants to do this again for her birthday, but now she wants to try the hummer. The driver, the limo and the service was wonderful. I couldnt have asked for a better night and it was because of NYC Crown Limo. When I require a trip to the airport I never call a cab. I rely on NYC Crown Limo to pick me up and get me to the airport with no stress and on time. When I come home I know that NYC Crown Limo will have a NYC limo and driver waiting for me. Why would I want to risk being late with a taxi that may not even show up. I cant afford the risk. The airport service from NYC Crown Limo is the only NY limo service for me.

Personally, I never leave reviews for any company regardless of how the service was provided. This time I cant overlook how poor the service was. Earlier this month I reserved for a pickup and drop off at JFK. The reservation was easy, the representative seemed nice and gave me no hassle. The day of my pickup my flight arrived a bit earlier than the car was expected, so I decided it wasnt a big deal but wanted to call the company to make sure the car would be on time. The representative quickly said yes and hung up, maybe he was busy with another client but regardless I expected a little more courtesy. Once I saw that it was almost the time for my car to arrive I went ten minutes earlier to wait for the driver just in case he was already waiting. Ten minutes pass, twenty minutes pass, I decide to call back once again. The representative told me to be patient the car was pulling up. So I continued to wait, and I waited for another fifteen minutes before I called back. I was placed on hold then disconnected. Calling back once again and being put on hold once more, I was told that the car will be here shortly. The car arrived forty-seven minutes late. Upon arrival the driver was speaking on the phone and smoking a cigarette and didnt acknowledge me. He popped open the truck so I put my belongings in on my own. The outside of the car was dirty and covered with bird droppings. Opening the door to get in, I was greeted with a cloud of smoke. I understand that the driver is a smoker but that doesnt mean I should inhale his second hand smoke. The inside of the cover was also not cleaned. There was dirt on the rugs, crumbs on the leather seats and oil residue on the headrest. Next the driver didnt know the location to which I was headed, so I told him. During the drive the chauffeur would engage in multiple loud obnoxious telephone conversations. I asked if he could lower his tone, he responded with rolling his eyes and an uhuh. Next we got lost. He then proceeded to accuse me of providing him with the wrong address. The rest of the trip the driver groaned and moaned and sucked his teeth at every red light because of this event. Finally, a drive that should have been only an hour resulted in two, we arrived at my destination. Once more with no help from the drive, I retrieved my belongings, closed the trunk and he sped off. Later that day I called the company once more, they seem to be sick of hearing my voice it appeared, I told them I wouldnt be needing them to drop me off at the airport at the end of my trip along with my reason why. That didnt seem to bother them only because they refused to refund me the money. After much battle I said forget it and just wanted this nightmare to be over. Later toward the end of my trip I check that they also over charged my card as well! I could not believe the people I decided to do business with! Needless to say they didnt give me back my money. They seem to be nice at first, but once they get your money that all changes. I suggest you to use this company at your own risk. I will be staying far, far away.
