Recently used NYC Perfect Transportation for our family vacation drop off at JFK. What a great service. Wilson the driver was fantastic. Picked us up on time 5 am. Was waiting when we landed. Every thing was better than expected professional, courteous. and friendly.

This service was amazing. There was no wait at the airport whatsoever. The driver,, Benjamin, was there and ready to go.. Benjamin doubled as a partial tour guide and threw in extra touches to make the experience great. From now on, this will be the ONLY transportation service I use when flying in to New York.

Hector was absolutely wonderful!!! I was able to book within hours of leaving. The vehicle was immaculate and I greatly appreciated all covid safety measures taken. I will not hesitate to book again if I am in NYC.

Let me say first...Donny is absolutely amazing. We booked a tour with NYC Perfect Transportation earlier in the week and still had his cell number from the photos he sent us during the day. On Thanksgiving night the roads iced over just prior to us having to driving 40 minutes to pickup our son from his hotel. (He was a performer in the Parade and not staying with us.) Being from Florida, we were concerned about driving on ice in the dark. Not only did Donny answer the phone, but he quickly arranged transportation for our son to meet us at the airport and even let us know once he was picked up. Other services were charging a premium or didnt pick up at all. His service is a class act all the way that cares about its customers.Now on to the tours....Honestly this is the only way to see NYC!!! We did two back to back tours and got to see all of New York from the comfort of a luxury SUV. The tours were awesome....front door service to all the landmarks plus someone to take our photos and a safe, warm place to keep our stuff while jumping in and out of the car to take in the sights. Donny was so friendly, professional, and informative during the whole day and even made insider recommendations for places to eat and shop while in New York. The rates were surprisingly reasonable and I actually think beat out all the crowded, gimmicky hop on off tour buses. Highly recommend this service!!!

Amazing service. I was searching for a company with great reviews after having a terrible experience with our transport from the airport to the hotel and found this company. I must say if I could give 10 stars I would. Donny provided me with information I requested to make me feel safe without hesitation and our driver, Benjamin was not only prompt and courteous, but very friendly and responsible. Also driver identification was visible unlike the previous company we used. This company made us feel safe and secure at all times. I cant recommend this service enough. Donnyscommunication before we arrived was excellent and he was able to answer all my questions and accomodate all requests. It was a relief to be greeted by the driver at the arrival gates after a long international flight.

We booked a transfer from JFK to our hotel. In spite of our flight being delayed our driver, Christian, contacted us when it eventually landed and met us in arrivals. On the way to the hotel he gave us a commentary about the New York area and made a small detour to drive us into Manhattan over the Queensborough Bridge for an unforgettable start to our stay in New York. We decided to use them for our transfer back to JFK, and contacted Donny to see if he could arrange it, within minutes he’d arranged the transfer for us. The SUVs were fantastic, immaculately maintained and very comfortable. The friendly, prompt and professional service made the perfect start and end to our stay in NYC. If you are looking for an airport transfer service to and from New York, look no further. Huge thanks to Donny and the team!

Driver showed up early and was super friendly and helpful. Car was comfortable and had WiFi and water.

After texting with the driver he still went to the wrong gate. We paid extra for him to meet us inside but had to talk him through it on the phone.After waiting for him to show up, we had to walk from Terminal D to Terminal C. He said he couldn’t drive over to us. (This about a 1/4 mile pulling luggage).We would have been much, much better off with a taxi or Uber.

Best car service Ive used in NYC for airport transfers. Well worth it if you want a relaxing and luxurious transfer into the city.

We used NYC Perfect Transportation to and from LaGuardia airport. Our drivers were Marcelo and Donnie. Both were there on time and quickly and safely got us where we needed to be. They were so nice and helpful. The SUVs were spotless and they loaded all our luggage (for 6 people). When we checked prices for Lyft it was more expensive. Other companies wanted to tack on high fees if your plane was delayed. We paid what we were quoted and the price was well worth it. Would highly recommend this company!

If there were 10 stars, I would give 10. Donny and Perfect transportation made the commute from LGA to Times Square seamless and worry free. The communication (24 hrs) before the pick up, to 5 minutes before, was amazing. Donny called me and told me exactly where to stand and what to look for. The beautiful new black suburban and the handsome man (Donny) dressed to the nines, in full suit and tie, made us feel like superstars. Donny was knowledgeable and very easy to chat with during the commute. It was like a private tour to the city. I failed to pre-book the return trip to the airport and emailed Donny and perfect transp. less than 24 hours before we needed to be picked up and he took care of everything. When my daughter thought she left her ear pods in the hotel (10 minutes into the commute to LGA) Donny was calm and offered to go back, didnt phase him a bit. We didnt have to go back, she found them, but his attitude is what impressed me. If youre looking for a great way to get from LGA (which is a mess) to the city, this is it. Its easy, stress free and really gets the trip off to a great start. AND..... very reasonably priced! Thanks DONNY :)
