We rented a mercedes limo sprinter for my birthday party. The limousine bus was amazing and the sound system was good we had a great time and we recomend this company.

Very pleased with the vehicles and service provided for our holiday party. The buses arrived early, the drivers were helpful and courteous and managed to smoothly avoid a lot of traffic, and the vehicles themselves were clean, comfortable, and modern. We’ll certainly use them again.

I booked a party bus with this company as surprise for my boyfriends 30th birthday. The bus was better than I could have imagined. My boyfriend was blown away. I had scheduled several stops for dinner and various clubs and bars but we ended up skipping most of them because everyone was having such a great time where we were. A special thanks to our driver Mike and Jesse who were pure gentlemen and made the whole night effortless and as smooth as could be. It couldnt have been a better evening. Best birthday party everWe rented a party bus for my sons 12th birthday party. The bus driver Jesse arrived 15 min early. Oh man when we saw the bus it was so beautiful. My son came up to me gave me a big hug and said thank you dad. The driver Jesse helped us loading up food drinks and so on. We went to six flags and the kids had a great time!!! Kids were dancing the bus had a wonderful sound system six TVs and an iPod hookup. they took such good care of us Jesse and Allen who was looking after kids and keeping everything in order and made sure everyone was safe. Overall this was an outstanding service and I am glad we booked with this company and we will definitely use them again and recommend them to all of our friends. Thank you for providing us with such good service.👍👍👍

I rented a limo bus from NYC Luxury Limousine for a night out on the town.Driver,Jesse showed up 15 minutes early,and we went to the restaurant.Sparks Steak House for dinner. Then we went to the meat packing district and some bars.We had a great time and thanks to NYC Luxury Limousine providing such a good service.We will most definetly use them again..I have other events coming soon and I will use them again.Thank you again to the NYC Luxury Limousine team.

I am a principal of a school and rented a luxury bus for a teachers retreat. Extremly unprofessional horrible service. Bus was 2 hours late to pick up (company blamed traffic), the bus had to stop 3 times at the side of the road for an over heated generator, AC in the back was not working; 4 teachers got very sick and nauseous; we found 4 bedbugs...the driver was nice, but company manager by the name of Anthony, Tony was rude and made empty promises to us. He agreed to give us 2 extra hours because the bus was late for pick up, but then ended up charging us for overtime. When I called to voice our concerns, he had an excuse and argument for very thing. He promised to refund the money and he never did. If I can rate this company with a minus zero, I would. Dont rent from them!!

On time, great price, professional, no their locations, work with you and understanding your needs. This is one of my best contact that Im glad to have in my cellphone. Unresponsive customer service. Tried getting a quote via e-mail and it was like pulling teeth when trying to get answers. Also read their current google and yelp reviews. Glad I dodged this bullet.
