What a GREAT Limo Service! When my wife and I had our 20 years wedding anniversary on September, 21st I wanted to do something special for my wife so I sent a beautiful, new Luxury Sedan for her to go to the best restaurant in NYC. She discovered in a car a beautiful bouquet of 20 fresh red roses and a bottle of Champagne inside of pail with ice. The driver was gallant, friendly and nicely dressed. All round-trip was a big pleasant addition to our big event. I had reserved a 12 person white stretch Limo for my birthday. On the day of, they notified me that the white one now needed repairs, whatever that means, and that only the black one was available. OK fine, no big deal. It gets here and the limo looks more like a big truck. On top of that, the driver informs me that he was told this limo was to fit 9 people. Calling the company, they inform me that this was indeed fit for 12 people, and that they would contact someone else to figure out what was going on. Of course, they refused to pick up my calls after that. So after a very stressful back and forth, and a lot of wasted time, 11 of us crushed into the back seat while one of my friends had to sit up front with the driver. TERRIBLE experience, mainly because the customer service was nonexistent. This is not a trustworthy company.
