You can make an appointment and still have to wait an hour . They have no value for peoples time . You will sit there for 3 hours for toes and nails . Extremely expensive. The nail techs can’t do any designs . They charge for anything and everything . I’ve had them take off my eyebrow waxing & the owner simply said “I’ll fix next time “ . Recently i complained about my nails and when I got home i saw they charges a 60 dollar tip to my card ! Do not recommend !

Went here about a week ago to get a pedicure. Since moving to New Britain from NY I’ve been having bad experiences every nail salon I went to but this one took the cake. The guy there was very nice but he wasn’t the one that did my pedicure. The lady didn’t speak to me just went on to doing the pedicure, all the equipment were used and worn I felt disgusted but I still sat there because I’ve seen worst and was well in need of a pedicure. The polish was nice. Decided on touching up my eyebrows, I said not too thin just a touch up, she did an eyebrow when I arrived and it looked good so I thought she knew what she was doing, nope my eyebrows came out looking like adopted cousins both on the thin side and one crooked and the other one short. Won’t be back and I think I’ll just wait until I visit NY to get my pedicures from now on.

Such a great clean place. They speak English and listen to you. I got everything I wanted done for a nice price. They look amazing and I will definitely be back

This is probably the best nail stylist anywhere! I walked in and asked for something to die for, wouldnt you believe it, I got a hit by a car the next day and I am writing this from heaven.

Had a appointment for 9:30 and they took me fast, if you decide to go ask for Sam he is really good and fast, his wife does eyebrows and she did a great job on mines..5*

I stopped by with a design I would have liked saved on my phone. I showed the guy the nail shape that I wanted & the design (one finger for each hand). The place was 100% EMPTY and he refused to try to do the design for me. I even went out of my way to show a YouTube video to how the design was done and he didnt look and said no. He said he didnt even want to try. Awful customer service. Never coming here again!

The only person who is polite and a sweetheart was Ben. The other ladies, where VERY rude. I have NEVER gotten treated like that. The lady in the table towards the window was SO rude. Didnt acknowledge me, treated me like I wasnt there. I understand I didnt have an appointment but she didnt have to make me wait hours. I could tell she was doing it on purpose.

Great to do nails but they will talk about you in their language an smile in your face . do not go here they take forever to do nails go to the nail shop in the plaza next to hr block they are fast an get you in an out great doing wax an eyebrow an lip nails everything is on point dont waste your money AT CRYATAL NAILS .... GO ACROSS THE STREET IF YOU WANT BEAUTIFUL NAILS!!!

They dont do such a good job, nails should not be falling off the day after.

If the young girl does the eye brows she dies them great!! But if the older lady does it you are f****d she messed up my eye brows I was so pissed.. so when I went back 5 days ago she said come in eye brows?? I straight up told her I dont want you touching nothing one me.. & she said ok amd the other hound girl did my eye brows and did a beautiful job.

The only thing is that they are packed sometimes and they have no good appointment system I called for an appointment but I still had to wait

Got my eyebrows done her they messed them up really bad I had grown them out so when they do them they could be thick she made them thin and uneven 😑 I stopped doing my nails here aswell they do a terrible job cut you uneven nails and high prices when I told them to fix it they said my nail was just fine when it clearly wasnt... dont come here

Gel peeled after two days, went back for tech to fix, peeled again after a day. They are clearly not using the best products/technique at this salon. Im very disappointed, and will be going back for a full refund!
