This is my go-to whenever I want my nails done. The nail techs are all professional and the place is very clean. You get your own box of nail supplies that they use on you whenever you come in. Highly recommend this salon. They have an arrangement of services available as well. Eyelash extension, eyebrow tinting and so much more.

I came and saw Emily. They where able to accommodate me last minute. Honestly the set she gave me is hands down by far the best set I’ve had. Ever!

My nails always look perfect every time i go! i only have to go every 3-4 weeks because they look so good in between! they last and don’t break! i suggest asking for Vicky! she also does lashes and i HIGHLY suggest getting them done! she does extensions not strips! they last a good two weeks for $40-50 depending on style u want! i always get long and full so mine cost $50 but i would go anywhere else for lashes or nails

Sorry for this being so long but I have been trying nail salons all around New Britain trying to find one I actually like. I gave Nails By Vicky 2 shots to impress me before I move on. My nails are done by the older gentleman I believe his name is Peter(?). First time I went I was impressed by how fast he did my refill so that was a plus. I then showed him a picture of something I wanted done (did not have to be exact) he pretty much just said to pick something that was more simple. So I just chose a solid gel color. When I went home that I actually looked at my nails really well 3 nails on my right hand had so much gel put on them that it bubbled to the side of my nail. By this time clearly the gel was already hardened. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and just decided to deal with it until my next fill. My nails lasted about 11 days before my rt index finger nail fell off and the gel color peeled off. When I had my refill done I asked for them to be cut down. He cut them down with a thick nail clipper causing them to be uneven. He did not file them to be even at all. I asked for a simple French manicure with 2 nails a solid color and he showed me these mood changing colors instead. So I chose since I didnt want to be that annoying client. Well look at my attached pictures. My nails are terrible. The pictures are 6 days after my fill. IDK what gel they use but something about it is not right. My gel has never peeled off at all. My nails are terrible and I can not wait to soak them off and start a fresh set somewhere else. I guess I will be going back to Bliss Nails. They are the ones I have been most impressed with.

Went in to get my eyebrows tinted and my lashes done... was my first time going. They were very nice and did a great job, I will be going back! She really took her time!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! MADE ME WAIT 4 HOURS WHEN I HAD A PRE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ALL I GOT WAS A SIMPLE COLOR AND GEL FILL AND THEY ROBBED ME CHARGED ME 65 DOLLARS AND COULDNT LIST THE REASON WHY DONT GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT

Last time I came to this place was in 2015 and my experience was not the best. The staff who were here previously were pretty rude. I went today again as I heard they were under new management and I do not regret my decision. The staff were kind and very friendly. Service was of great quality. And my nails came out amazing. Can not wait to go back!

I just went here today 8/17/18. The staff is so nice. The salon is very clean. Vicky tge owner is fast yet effective with her work. All the nail techs are speedy and good. Only one takes long but its worth it. Overall ecstatic with experience.

I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the salon. That was until I got my eyebrows waxed and the woman ripped off a section of my eyebrow. I mentioned it and I was told I arrived like that. I think I may have had my last visit.

If you wanna get your nails done here call before you come to make sure they are open its 10:41am and they suppose to be open since 9am smh this is ridiculous.. how you own a business this way. I got stuff to do n its the day before Christmas Eve smh.. this is what I get for waiting on the last minute to do things HAHAHAHA... The price isnt so bad but u get for what u pay for cause at times my nails fall off... The people are nice here ... They do need a few more though..

I think they either rush or have cheap gel nail polish. Got a manicure on a tuesday and was back thursday because 2 nails had the grl nail polish completly peel off its now monday and 4 nails have no polish on them!!!! Nice staff but the quality of materials is not good. Ive never had gel nail polish come off like this....waist of my $$$
