Lia is amazing! I had gotten canceled on by another nail tech and came in without an appointment. They were able to seat me within 5 mins and get me situated. It’s a bit pricey but it’s definitely worth it. I love my nails so much!

Love coming here. Everyone is so nice and the salon is always kept clean.I moved from NB to Manchester 2yrs ago and since I have been making the trip because I trust when I come here I will be walking out happy.

Abby was wonderful!! She was very friendly while doing my nails and made me feel comfortable. I got a full set and she did it quickly but perfectly. Im so glad I found a nail salon that delivers such amazing service and prices!

I absolutely love Bliss! Been going for about 5 years now, and the new location is very nice, big, and clean. Queenly is so precise with her work, will definitely be going back to her next time. Peter the manager is also very kind & gives water bottles to everyone. Nice to stay hydrated while youre getting your nails done :) reasonably priced for the quality youre receiving!

I love LIA she is the best just so nice caring and love to please her customers. She understand my crazy ness been coming her for at least 2 year.

I CALLED PETER TODAY AND HE REFUSED TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. HE INSIST IF I DIDNT GET GEL NOTHING HE CAN DO FOR ME. I advised Peter I never get gel and my polish always last for up to 2 weeks & the nail polish must have went bad & I only want to have the job done correctly. Peter said like I told you yesterday THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU IF YOU DONT GET GEL. I advise Peter that is fine but I see that you respond nicely on the review and you do not follow through with your response. The response is only to make it seem like you took care of the problem when you really didnt. HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS

One of the best nail salons I’ve been to! My best friend initially chose this salon for our biweekly pedicures and she’s gotten her nails done at other places, but after coming here I think we’ve found our go-to spot. The place is very clean and everything is just renovated so the interior looks amazing. The workers are so considerate and friendly, I feel very comfortable and at home. I love getting my nails done by Lia! She’s very meticulous about her work and will correct everything accordingly until she’s content that you’re guaranteed to leave with the perfect set of nails! Any tech is amazing for pedicures but I particularly love Anna. She’s very thorough to your needs, and she’s the sweetest person ever. Even my boyfriend prefers her when he gets his pedicures done with me because she takes out his ingrown nails—which other techs don’t pay attention to. Overall, you’ll have the best experience coming here with the amazing work, staff, and atmosphere.

First time at the shop an i loved how professional they were. The appointment i made was kept on time and they did a beautiful job. Abby was my nail tech an she made sure to make me a happy customer! They had a guy giving out mini water bottles to all the customers an that was a nice courtesy extra to have! I loved it so much i made another appointment to come back

Abbie is the nail tech I have been seeing for my last few visits and she is truly incredible. She is so detailed with her work, she can take any inspiration photo and bring it to life and I never have any issues with lifting! I highly recommend Abbie!

Went for a pedicure with my sister and was pleased with the cleanliness and service. Went back with my daughter for a full set of nails the next day! The place is large clean and busy. They even offer bottled water. ☺️ Happy to see this business is doing the right things to make sure we’re safe and relaxed while being pampered!

I went in with my mother we both had pedicures & overall the service was amazing my gel pedicure lasted over a month, amazing staff, amazing environment, definitely would go back another time. i’m a licensed nail tech of 3 years and love supporting salons for my pedicures, however i’m rating the 4 stars because when i went to take my gel polish off again after a month to let them relax and grow out a little bit with nothing on, and i noticed i had a fungal marking on my big toe, no biggie stuff happens. but just to leave a review and my moms nails are still intact to this day at least 8+ weeks !!

Everyone at Bliss Nail is so kind and welcoming. Not to mention their amazing service! I’m very picky with my nails, but they never fail to do a perfect job.

Kimmi did my manicure and pedicure today. I had her use a blue shade this time. I believe its called Cyber City. It has a purplish hue to the blue. I love it!

Just to respond to the owners response I did call the salon back and was given the same excuse. He said if not getting gel they wouldn’t fix my polish. I’m not asking for a new pedicure just a color fix. Next time choosing a salon I will definitely go to place that values their customers…………….I went for a pedicure on sat aug 28, today is Monday aug 30 and my toes are already chipping. This is a salon I have frequented several time along with other family members. I called the salon and spoke with the owner Peter and explained the situation, simply asking if I can come back and have my toes repainted. His response was due to me not getting gel color they would not correct the issue. Something that would a be 10 min fix! He then rudely hung up on me. I will be taking my business else where in the future.

I spent over $190 on my nails my toes eyebrows and eyelash extensions I tipped very well but after my nails where done on the second day the gel nails chipped and my eyelash extensions are falling out I called the store to see what they can do to help since I spent a lot of money and time there and he said and I quote “ohh you only have three days to after u come in to get fix” so it doesn’t matter if you tip 5% or like myself 30% they don’t care about quality. They are quantity over quality!

I’m extremely picky and I had Kathy do my nails. She has an excellent attention to detail. I left Bliss sooooo happy with my nails .Update: Super unhappy with the level of professionalism. Sadly this will be my last time. My tech left. There was a “storm” on Sunday already anticipated on Saturday and I asked if they were going to be open due to the storm they said yes. I traveled 45 minutes to be there and no one had the decency to call me or send message to all clients that they were closed. No one bothered. Then I make an appointment for 5:30p the next day. I told them how I felt and the least they can do to keep their client is a small discount for the inconvenience. Nope. They said because there was a storm. I told them the storm was anticipated to be way worse when they made the appointment with me than it was. So if they had planned to do that they could of updated me . I understand that things happen but they didn’t do anything to keep client happy . Then the new tech burned me multiple times and now my fingers on the sides are sore already. And the shaping of my nails on top of the nails are all different. I no longer recommend this place. Giving me a baby water bottle isn’t enough to keep a client happy .

I have anxiety... and with COVID I’m afraid to go outside in public.. my daughter bought me here.. today was my first trip out by myself and it was great.. my nail tech Queenly is nice and made me feel comfortable I love that they offer water.. it’s a overall great experience thank you for doing such a Amazing job.

My friend Nancy told me about this place. I love coming on the weekday cause it’s less busy than a Saturday. No long waits, and if you bring your own flip flops you have the option to do regular nail polish because you will get gel polish first if you don’t say anything. Because ofCovid they can’t have you wait inside for the polish to dry, which is why lots of nail salons have been opting to gel polish. It’s difficult to remove on my own so I always bring my own flip flops and I don’t mind driving back home that way. They even give you something to drink while your getting your pedicure (small water bottle) I love also how the chairs massage you while your waiting and the leg massage during the pedicure. Love this place, I drive 20 min to get here all the time.

I wanted a fill and showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. Her response was “you will need a new set and it will cost a lot of money” the insult is outrageous as I have been a bliss customer since 2019. I know what I ask for and what it may cost. Seriously what is “a lot of money” at a nail salon? LOL I have always had good experiences but that was it for me I’m never going back!

Terrible customer service!!!! I asked for a fill and instead of acrylic, they tricked me into getting gel powder which is literally the same thing but $15 more. I stated that I was disappointed and had no idea there was a difference. They were ridiculously rude and gave me no discount. Icing on the cake...my nail tech was aggressive and would shove my hands to put them under the light. They lost a customer!

This was my first visit. There was a slight language barrier with nail tech. She spent a lot of time with me making sure manicure was correct. However she did nic my cuticle on my thumb and it is extremely sore and red. I will try the salon again but will ask for a different tech.

They never disappoint!!! And their new spot is so beautiful. Would definitely recommend

Overall it was good they didnt make my nails symmetrical because I think the manager was rushing. The design i got was fairly simple but it was not symmetrical. Those air bubbles u get on nails started happening about 6 days after I got them done. Very nice people though.

Ive been going to Bliss Nails for over a year since they changed ownership. Im always happy with the end result and receive so many compliments. Amy and Peter are great and very attentive and courteous. Amy is very talented with the nail designs. The salon is very clean and inviting. I recommend Bliss nails to all.

I always love this place, they are always full. They are helpful and efficient. They are quick and get the work done. My daughter just got her nails done and they are nice and was cheap.

Very nice and clean they come around with little water bottles during your visit I had to ask the nail tech lady to open mine lol but very cute inside I got acrylic nails with gel polish a glitter ombré to clear coffin shape and not short or long in the middle and it was $58 clean I recommend really

So happy I tried this place out! I think Ive would a nail salon worth coming to over and over again. The drive was well worth it. The nail tech did a great job suggesting color combos for my nails. The guy from the front desk gave me a small water bottle as soon as I was seated, which I did drink half of and then he noticed it might be empty and got a me a new bottle while I was getting my mani ( It wasnt empty, it still had a forth left) It seems to be a very popular place as all the nail techs were busy and ppl were frequently coming in and out. They even had a waiting area where some walk ins were seated( I think, I didnt ask but it seemed like it). I made an appointment, it seemed like most ppl did too.

Awful experience i was there today the tech did not do a good job she cut my nails too short then continued to file making them even shorter she gave me a square shape when i ask her to do a square oval shape i told her to fix it i end up with nails in each hand shaped different i dnt know her name she did not have her badge on she has blonde & blue hair i only want Queenly doing my nails from now on because the one i got today sucked veru disappointed!!!im trying to figure out how to post the pics on here

I got acrylics done by Rose and they were amazing! Rose definitely popped off on my nails and Im definitely going back. The only annoying thing was having to wait 45+ mins even with an appointment, but Id say worth the wait.

The woman that worked on my nails was a total hack. She used HER OWN fingernails to clean up what was left on my skin which in turn split my cuticles. Not only is this unprofessional is it VERY unsanitary. She rushed me out the door after receiving a 10.00 gratuity.

It’s a new place, very clean and tidy. The host is very nice and welcoming. The tech are ready to work. It’s my first time here, I was recommended by a friend. Very peaceful the music they had on was very relaxing. COVID-19 protocal is done. Everyone has their mask on and plexiglass is used for every tech station. Everyone is nice and friendly. I have gone to this salon for the second time now the first was at their old location across the street and per usual they dont disappoint. Their new salon is beautifully done very elegantly designed and set up in accordance with COVID guidelines. They check your temperature when you walk in and have you wash your hands as well. They also have plexiglass partitions set up between you and your nail tech.I am not a person who gets extensions done regularly but I will do it once in a while to pamper myself and prevent my nails from breaking while they grow out.. Emmily was extremely professional, and precise in the way she did my nails. She told me shes been doing nails for 20 years, and it shows! Her work was extremely neat and if I needed soemthing adjusted ie. the length or shape of the nails, she listened and delivered. I am very pleased with this visit and definitely will be visiting again.

My nails were done by Emmily yesterday and they came out absolutely beautiful. they also just moved across the street and their salon is so pretty and clean. i will definitely be coming here more regularly

Very friendly and attentive staff (Lia and Kimmie). They are both great nail technicians. I recommend them.

Two things: First, I’m super picky and was very happy with how Emily did my nails. I love them. Second, on a whim, I decided to try eyelash extensions here. Not the smartest idea on my part BUT being a place of business I have to say this was a horrible experience. Nothing was explained to me about how they are done or what the aftercare is. The tech was obviously frustrated as she was applying them. She removed the protective under eye pad and didn’t replace it. When she told me to open my eyes they were glued shut so she pulled the lids apart and my eyes began watering profusely. The right lash wasn’t even and wasn’t inline with my own lashes. They are super dark and thick. I can see them and feel the hard glue as I move my eyes around. Oh and what was used to remove the excess glue from my lids?? ACETONE! So here I am with pads soaked in coconut oil trying to dissolve this glue. They never had me sign anything that listed possible problems or allergies either. So I guess even though I love my nails, this visit wasn’t worth injuring my eyes over. 😵

Our first time here, recommended to us by a friend. My pedicure was ok nothing fancy as described in their services but ok I had Kim do my pedi. My husband on the other hand was not happy at all. He says all she did was rub lotion and wiped it off. No massage. Also hot stones were painful for him she was rubbing them too hard on his chin. She was rushing her services and not paying attention to detail. He also got a manicure by same lady we don’t remember her name but he said he was not happy with it either. It is not his first time getting a mani/pedi so he was surprised when he had to ask her for a clear top for his nails. Something other places do without asking. Gave a 3 because I had a different experience but not sure if we’ll be back. Now the customer service was amazing. Guy at the entrance was very friendly and even gave us water. Made sure we were ok the whole time.
