I have been going to this sport clips location for a while and have had my hair cut by several of the stylist there, they have made notes about how to cut my hair, but I always show them pictures of how I would like it to look, Ive always left feeling great! today I received a not so great haircut, I asked for a taper and to trim the dead ends off the top I basically got a mix between a military cut and a chilli bowl. From the very beginning I could tell that the lady was new and not confident of her ability as her hands seemed to be shaking (probably from nervousness) and she kept asking the other busy stylist for help and thankfully one lady tried to show her to use scissors and a comb instead of clippers, but her response was that takes forever, she also said that she recently graduated beauty school and they dont prepare you for that still not sure what she was referring too. it was a huge disappointment to say the least. I will say the lady was polite and thanked me for my patience, which is honestly the onlyReason I went ahead and let her shampoo my hair so she could earn a commission. If I ever return to sports clips it wont be to the same lady

I showed the lady a picture of the fade I wanted and even described it by its name “mid fade” she gave me one side a high fade and the other a low fade It looks ridiculous. Cant even remember her name but the fact that you can send people out the door like that is disturbing. I even sat in the chair and said are you going to make the other side like this side. She said im still blending it in. Afterwards it still looked the same. Last time I ever go for a $20 haircut thats horrible.

I took my 2 year old in for a haircut today and he had a full on meltdown from the start (terrible two’s + nap time) but the lady we had was AMAZINGLY patient! I felt horrible about him screaming and crying but she did such a fantastic job! His haircut looks perfect too! She was awesome!

My son came to get a haircut and the stylist absolutely ruined his hair. It was supposed to be a one-two fade and that is not what he received. It is not blended on one side at all leaving behind a harsh line with long hair laying over it. The cut was completely uneven that lays awkwardly on his head. My son was in absolute tears afterwards. I would not recommend using this salon, they do not understand what a simple fade for a little boy is and when confronted the stylist blamed it on poor communication.

Got my hair cut by Kelsey, she has done a great job the two times Ive gone here. Told her I wanted a fade to a zero and trim the top, I know kinda vague but she mailed exactly what I was looking for.

She took her time, didnt mind using a photo I provided, and gave me the best hair cut Ive had yet. The price is fair, and wasnt crowded, plus the app is very useful with great features.Cons: There really arent any as of yet.

Well what can I say, I drive 45 minutes just to get my hair cut and scalp massage with a hot towel. Love this place and the ladies that work in it. Such a fun crowd, and good at what they do. Nothings is ever perfect but this place is close to it

I’ve been having my hair cut by a lovely young women named Lyric for the last 7 months or so. Always have a great experience. She’s always in a cheerful mood and carries great conversation. And she never fails to amaze me with my finished hair cut! I walk out of there feeling like a new and improved me with a boosted self-esteem!

I apologise I forgot the name of this fantastic tattooed guy here but great work done bro. Positive attitude n very corteous person n clean place. When loaded with customers n was alone serving me, he handled the situation well n all promptly waited to be served. If ever I visit this lovely Lafayette again, will visit again. I have been going to the Lafayette Sport Clips the first week they opened. I finally found a place thats got a great atmosphere, and the absolute best stylist ever !! I moved over 80 miles from Lafayette for just over 2 years, and twice a month I came back to Sport Clips just so Jamie can cut and style my hair. Her great personality, and flawless abilities have had me walking out of there with the best haircut, and haircutting experience time after time!!Sport Clips, and Jamie are the GREATEST things that have happened to my hair, next to the invention of shampoo of course!!!

I brought my son into Sport Clips in Lafayette IN. They were busy and we had a 15 minute wait. In the back of my mind I was expecting to be rushed through due to the number of people waiting. That was NOT the case. JACKIE, called my son back and listened to what we were wanting done. My 10 yr old son hadn’t had a haircut in 6 months and finally agreed to do something about it. He had specific requests and she listened and met them all. She took her time and meticulously cut and styled a 6 month shag into a super trendy fun and manageable do. JACKIE was amazing and my son thoughtt so too. He said “she was super nice, asked me questions and treated me like she actually cared”. With tip I paid $30 for that clipper cut and JACKIE deserved and earned every bit of it and then some. Super satisfied with SPORT CLIPS!

I trust Sport Clips to cut my hair. They cut your hair exactly how you ask them to. They also wash your hair when youre done, put a warm towel over your face, and add a massage if you want. Awesome company and crew.

For me this is where i go. You can pay the money an get the full MVP which is awesome, but if youre on time constraints then the regular cut is just as good without the shampoo and massage. This is my haircut joint!

Callie took incredibly good care of me on this trip. I have a big function and couldnt make it home so opted for the Triple Play..a cut and a wash. Wow!! It was so worth it. The massage wash with tea tree shampoo had me more relaxed than ive been in a long time! And the chair gently vibrated. I told her I was gonna need a cigarette after...and im not a smoker!! Lol. Id only opted for cuts in the past. No more. Ill at least do the Triple Play. Thanks so much Callie. U have me n all my crazy cow licks lookin great for tonight!

I was very nervous going into this because I am used to going to a barber shop. However I was on strict schedule and needed to get it cut soon. I had a great experience with Jenelle. She was very welcoming and did a great job. Ive seen horror stories at places similar to Great Clips etc and thats why I was nervous. However now I know its something I can trust. Atleast Jenelle. They said they could cut womens hair but destroyed mine and my daughters.NEVER have I been somewhere where they cut your hair DRY!Then put layers in my daughters hair and also thinned it out burnt NEVER blended it.They cut more off of mine then I asked for and it wasnt even anywhere. Please I beg you DONT go here.

Terrible. I asked for the stylist to trim the sides and back and to leave the top alone because i was growing it out. She then proceeded to cut off half of the top when I was turned away from the mirror and couldnt see what she was doing and then told me that she just took off the tips. Will never go back here.
