Had an issue at first with the outcome of my nails. Upon bringing it to their attention, they were nice and reasonable enough to completely fix every single nail. As well as upgraded my polish free of charge, and make them even more special for me.Took their time to make sure that my nails came out even better than expected. While also making sure I was comfortable, despite the initial circumstances. Very professional and clean. I will definitely be going back to them. :)

I visited Perfect Nails because there was a long wait at the place I usually go to. I called and was told I can come right in. As soon as I arrived I was attended immediately. I chose the basic pedicure that cost me $31 and some change and it is a great value. I got a nice massage with a scrub and a hot stone massage as well. It was very relaxing, which is one of the reasons why I like getting pedicures. The last place I went to for years would charge me $37 and some change and would speed through it and I would get a short massage, barely feeling relaxed. Perfect Nails has gained a new client.

While the tech did a good job with the application of the polish I felt rushed in picking a color and rushed in the overall experience of the manicure. The tech had booked a pedicure with another client who showed up early for their appointment and it seemed like the tech was rushing through my manicure to get to the next guest. Meanwhile it was 930-10 am on a Friday morning and there was me an one other client there at the time. Overall it was a poor experience and would not return.

Perfect Nails is an upper scale salon. Cindy did my gel nails, facial, eyes brows and pedicure. She did an awesome job, I felt like a new person! I just happen to visit my family in west Hartford and my mom told me about this nails place and she scheduled for Manicure and Pedicure for me they did a fantastic jobs a great massages on my feet 🦶. This place is clean and everyone one here are very friendly. The manager taking of my mom and me very professional. I highly recommend this place to everyone also they have so many Pedicures for you to choose.

Both my sister and I had a gel acrylics done and we are very pleased with the service and cleanliness, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Both our techs were so sweet and patient as we decided which colors and design we wanted. I chose a more involved designed while my sister chose something sleek. Very nice ppl, wonderful customer service but my acrylic nails were not done to my expectations. My nail popped off in a week, you could see my acrylic and my real nail separated. It was just an overall bad nail job.

Yesterday I wanted to do the big toes in acrylic so they looked nice and even for my pedicure. The acrylic on my big toes looks uneven and applied really thick. Upon entering the lady in the front stated it will be 55, nail tech said 53... they are obviously off with the princes. I left a 17 dollar tip but I can honestly say she didnt deserve it. I had acrylic done on my toes before and this doesnt look nice at all.

Jelly pedicure was very nice, haven’t gotten a pedicure since before covid and this was well worth it.

My first experience was horrible, I asked for my nails to be cut a little shorter and she cut them way too short, she definitely cut my fingers I left my with my fingers that was stinging me, some of my nails were even bleeding she was very rude towards me also very inpatient, my nails weren’t even painted right, also had some chipping on the sides, they were not very cautious with there clients, a lady did fall and hurt her self. I would not recommend going back to that place ever again.

When I walked In the first thing that was said to me was “we are closed.” She didn’t ask how may I help you. She lost the opportunity for a business sale because I was in there to get a gift certificate. The nail salon business hours are until 7:30 PM, I walked in at 6:55P.m.

I believe I found a new place for my nails and pedi. This place is very clean and they sanitize the area and the seats after someone leaves them before sitting down which the last place I was at didnt do so. They are not over pushy and they are focused on getting the job done well. UPDATE... 10 days ago when I first got my nails done yet a nail broke three days after and just as of today Im just getting my nail fixed. They had no time to fit me in. After trying more then 3 times. I make an appointment today when i get there i still wait 30 minutes for someone to get there. That person who came in didnt sanitize her hands and they also charge me $5 to get my nail fixed when the nail broke three days after getting my set done where did this happen at I wont be coming back again. My color of my nail does not even match where i said 3 coasts plz.it looks like 2 coats. Not happy at all and why do i have glue on my finger.

Asked me profusely why I wasn’t getting a gel manicure. When I sat down, there were nail clippings from an acrylic manicure left all over the station, they didn’t file down my nail where I broke it so it’s just uneven, and the polish is blotchy.

This salon is amazing, and very clean. They did a perfect job on my nails. I never want to go anywhere else. I’ve tried so many places before and I’ve always had a horrible experience. Here, I show them what I want and they do an even better job then I expected. They have safety precautions in place for COVID-19 so it makes me feel safe when I’m getting my nails done.

I recently followed my nail technician to Perfect Nails and I am so glad I did. Mi is an amazing artist when it comes to nails. I have been going to Mi for over 10 years and will follow her anywhere. I’m on vacation and this is the best place so far that give me the best Pedicure and Medicare. They keep social distance to all clients and worker also very clean and sanitation to all the work stations, I fell very safe and things that they did in the salon are COVID-19 ready.

When they first opened they were amazing and as time went on and they got customers through the door they changed. It was a bit of a drastic change I may add. I went in to get my nails done and was starred at with an angry mug face. I felt an unwelcome vibe. I was told it would be 15 minutes an after 45 minutes I left. They had manicurists who were just sitting there. They were not busy. My advice is that if you want customers to stay loyal then treat them accordingly. Don’t make them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. They lost a loyal customer and I will tell my friends and family who I recommended this business to stay clear and away.

I have recently started coming to the Perfect Nails Salon because my favorite nail tech just moved to this location. I always come to Julie to get my nails, she is the best at what she does. She is very careful and precise when it comes to doing nails, what ever you ask for she can definitely deliver. I most certainly recommend her if you ever need your nails or any service done. I am also loving this new place the staff is terrific, when ever I come in they are warm and welcoming. I went here for acrylic nails. They looked ok but they did not soak off in acetone! I didnt have time to go to the salon one day but needed them off for an event. Usually acrylic will get soft enough to scrape it off of your nails after about 40 mins soaking in acetone. I ended up having to pop them off with credit cards, ruining my real nails, after trying to soak them in 100% acetone for what was probably a total of 2 hours over an afternoon. Makes me wonder what kind of chemicals they use.

My does an excellent job as a nail technician and goes beyond the call of duty to make sure her customers are satisfied. She is a very reliable professional and provides exceptional service in a timely manner.

It was good in the start but I had one time where a nail artist messed up on doing my acrylic nails. So I called and asked them to fix it. They did but the whole time the nail artist was rude to me and making rude comments about me. So I gave them benefit of the doubt and went again since the place is so close to me. But then they had me wait 30 mins while they had artist sitting around doing nothing. They are nice at first but if you ask them to fix something they will be rude and try not to help you.

Finally! Ive found my nail salon. After a lot of trial and error I stumbled upon Perfect Nails. Ive passed the salon in the past when it was Glorias but its under new management. Emily has done a great job turning this place around. Its clean and inviting. Youre greeted as soon as you walk in. She did a fantastic job on my nails. Lynn did my pedicure and frankly shes the only person Ive found to actually get to the cuticle and any ingrown nails. I felt so much better after having a horrible experience at another salon last week. This is my new spot.

I moved from the Bristol/Southington line to the New Britain/Farmington line and was looking for a new place. I tried a few different salons out and I will stay with Perfect Nails. I only go for pedicures and they conduct a thorough job. Well worth your money. Bring cash for tip.

Got there directly after work, immediately was created with a warm smile and being offered beverages and chocolate bu the owner. Had to wait a little bit so was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to get my fill and pedicure done since they were about to close. Totally incorrect, the owners themselves stayed and took amazing care of me. She did an absolutely phenomenal job on shaping my nails and the design. Once she was done she gave me an amazing pedicure which I desperately needed. If I could give them ten stars I would. This is my new go to nail salon! :)
