I have been coming here for over 20 years. I am always very pleased with my nails before I leave. If I ever break a nail I can just go and they will fix it usually at no charge. I have tried other nail salons closer to me but I always come back the this one even though its about a 30 minute drive each way. Its worth it to me.

Better than any other nail salons in NB for eyebrow waxing, no 3 hours appointment needed. Wax lady doesn’t rush and makes sure you like how they look before you leave

This place was good one time now the prices are ski up and the services are horrible

CUSTOMER SERVICE:My sister and I did a walk in about 1 week ago. There was only two workers due to the pandemic. They stared at us for about 30 seconds and then asked what we wanted to get done. (Poor customer service) we knew that we would have to wait because we didn’t make an appointment and we were ok with that. While waiting, a woman came in and they did the same thing to her, just stared at her without asking any questions. She said she wanted her eyebrows done but they didn’t respond with a wait time or anything. She walked out and just left. I was upset for her.SERVICES:My nails usually last over two weeks and I’m able to get a fill after. These nails didn’t last at all. They were falling off like press ons after a week. I didn’t realize how lumpy one of my nails was until I got home. I will definitely not be going back to this location.

Went in for gel pedicure, my pedicures usually last me 2 months! After just 1 day the gel was pilling off with my polish. They put such a thin layer of gel on my toes. They looked great at first but the next day I realized I had chipped gel and polish. Also my eyebrows looked great but under it was burnt marks from the wax which lasted 1 week. I didn’t even realized I was burned . I thought it was pain from the wax paper.. the next day it was dark burnt marks.Over all I paid $63 for a gel pedicure and eyebrows .. smh never again !

Had a wonderful experience. AMY did my nails and I absolutely loved it. Price was good for me considering other places are asking for more. I will continue to come to this place. Check it out for your self dont let others opinions ruin it for you honestly.- Deborah Mcbride

I walked in to ask a question. I asked the guy if he would consider doing a design for me; one design for each hand. I informed him that there was a video on YouTube that showed how the design was done, explaining that it was done with white, red and pink paint. He said that he couldnt do it. I dont understand why he couldnt try considering I was showing him a video. Poor quality of customer service. Never coming here again.

Not the best but always good as a backup place. Went down hill when the girl I used to have do my nails left

I have no complaints except that its been too busy almost every time Ive been in there... I think the prices are very good

The worse feeling ever is when you do your nails and they do such a bad job. I can do a better job myself! Never coming back.

Dislike this place now. High prices for bad work on nails. They didnt even put a clear coat on my nails just left plain and looking rough. Miss the old people who use to work there.

I been coming to this nail salon since 2007 its now 2016 and none of the original people are here no more its awful. Especially that new guy to the left as soon as you walk in just horrible so disappointed everyone left actually started to like the young boy who worked second table to the right but then now he left now I just go to Hartford for my nails. City nails is not the same at all.

She cut me multiple times didnt know how remove nails. I had to keep telling her. They still charged me for a set. Even though i had her stop
